Very good customer service. Very helpful in explaining how the menu options and how to order. I had several questions and they took the time to answer all questions without hesitation. The drinks were amazing and the mozzarella sticks were scrumptious! We will definitely be repeat customers

This is the best place for boba drinks. The flavors are so true to the actual fruit flavors and the drinks are rich and tasty. It's not watered down like some places . OMG one must try the calamari. The flavor and how well they fry it up is delicious. We ordered one order of calamari and it was so good we were tempted to order another one but was too close to dinner so we did not want to over eat. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is the happening place with the number of people that go in and out with different drinks. Really enjoyed the experience.

Many options available. Love the coffee and coconut flavors. I prefer my drinks blended. Easy to order and has a relaxed atmosphere.

Very good boba. However, for some reason, I always get there, and the order tablets are taken, and the 1 or 2 behind the counter seem too busy to take an order. Basically, the process of ordering is slow and somewhat frustrating. So I only go when I am really craving a boba.

I am a HUGE FAN of boba addict. I have been going for 2 years. It’s the best boba in fresno. I love it so much. I love the milk teas and the popped chicken. Super nice staff they know me by name :)

So happy we stopped here on our way out of town! They have the best Thai tea w boba I've ever had. Never seen the option of "Snow Boba" & gave it a try...it's a blended creamy shake style & is so yummy! A must try for all!

Pretty good boba place. They have a very wide range of toppings and tea. A little bit overwhelming but each flavor is unique and I highly recommend. Definitely a bang for your buck. Has a reward points system and you can get a free tea for every ten drinks I believe. Sells their own merch in the form of reusable straws, stuffed boba and tumblrs. About a ten minute walk from Target. Friendly staff, was patient when I had trouble deciding what to get. Will come here again. :) highly recommend.

We absolutely love the Boba here! My wife swares by the milk tea, I like the slush texture! They have so many flavor options. I try a new flavor and jelly/popping pearl/boba everytime we come! The only issue I have is; when you mix 2 or more flavors you can't taste the mix, you just taste one flavor or the other. They have an awesome and patient staff! Very clean and spacious!

The coffee jelly you can add into your drink is amazing, same with the egg pudding. Plus, they've got frostie-style drinks called snows, which are also delicious.

I ordered 2 drinks for us: first we had a mango-strawberry green tea w/mango jelly on ice & it was so good & refreshing!! We also tried their house taro milk tea (taro first-timer here!) & it was absolutely delicious! Drinks didn't feel overly sweet, all drinks non-dairy, staff took the time to help me decide on a couple of drinks, & the service was surprisingly quick! We highly Recommend for sure!

It's a cute small shop, there are also a lot of games you can play there that they have on some shelves. They have a big TV there and the time I went they played Thor Ragnarok on repeat, no prob with that😉😁

I got a Taro smoothie, jumbo sized and I have to say I got my money's worth. I've been visiting many Boba places and this has to be one of the better ones. My smoothie wasn't watered down and had a strong taro taste. My only small complaint would be the waffle fries, which were a little over-seasoned and a little burnt but it's called "Boba" Addict for a reason. Overall I had a great experience.

Boba was good, if anything a bit too sweet for my taste, but all my friends really liked their drinks. They offer a wide variety of flavors and smoothies. We really appreciated they had board games, it made for a very fun afternoon. A bonus is all the yummy fried foods on the menu. Mozzarella sticks were fantastic.

Second time here. Taro snowball is absolutely delicious. Really wanted honey boba though and they don’t carry it. If they had honey boba it would be 5/5. Also, would be nice if there were some tables inside to sit down.

The place is small but it's fine because people go there only buy drinks and leave right away. If you want a hangout spot you can just chill by playing games the store provided for its customers. But the boba is mid at best

I had never been in before. I waited and when someone came out she asked if I was paying in cash and when I said no she told me to use the kiosk. Not unfriendly, but not very good first impression. The kiosk was easy to use. I got the almond joy snow and it was just a coconut almond frappe that they added boba to. I wouldn’t order it again. The price was excellent. The atmosphere was vastly empty with no decor except for some grab prize machines on the far wall.

Got some taro snow bubble and it wasn't bad. The boba was a bit too chewy / not fully cooked through but it worked for a hot day in Fresno!

I'm not really sure how to rate it. I haven't eaten inside since it is not allowed right now which is alright. It's very bare inside. The location is kind of odd. The drinks I usually get are good but I have had some bad tasting ones in the past. Like too artificial or watery. Or the boba is too hard inside. The price is okay. Customer service is okay. They never seem happy and a little irritated if you don't know the menu. But it's not that bad since I'm in and out pretty quick. I would recommend milk teas like thai, earl grey, tiger. The fruit depends. Peach seems to make the drink just lose flavor. The banana is an odd flavor. But the strawberry is good. I like to mix them. The boba is okay when soft, not a whole lot of flavor but satisfies if you want boba. They have other add ons. The only fruity ones i have liked are the strawberry hearts. There is a lot of options to choose from. I would recommend the place and I will keep trying different drinks here. My favorite boba place is too far. Update: The boba tastes like watery cheerios and the tea is very watery. The staff is not friendly. I also had staff move the machine on me, tipping themselves a lot. They did not offer a refund or apologize for it. I no longer recommend this place.

Boba addict chooses volume and convenience over quality beverages, food, service, and atmosphere. This is a business with big potential that has gravely missed the mark. And as a Clovis local who has gone here for years (pre pandemic to now) and used to recommend Boba Addict to everyone I came across… Do not go here! Here’s why: 1. They have removed all seating so their shop is literally just a giant empty room with no seats. 2. If you are paying with card you are required to use a kiosk to order where a default tip is checked. 3. Food used to be bomb and good value pre pandemic, now it’s shrinkflation to the max, and poor quality. 4. Again… No atmosphere. No vibe. It’s unwelcoming. 5. The sauce containers are half the size of the regular sauce containers you’d expect, and are filled less than halfway. This isn’t a place to stay to drink your beverage and chat with friends. It’s like a gas station, you stand in line to purchase your drink and get the heck out. Hopefully one day they will change back into the good old boba tea shop they once were pre pandemic. We can only hope.

Never again will I go to this place. I been a loyal customer. Even the manager recognized me since I do go in a lot. Well today I wanted to try something new I got Takoyaki. Well the discrimination sounded like something I might like since I always get lobster balls. Well when I went to eat it. The center was mushy and very unpleasant looking to eat I told the worker it looked undercooked and I can't eat anything mushy and doughy. He said ok and that he would make me something else. I asked for lobster balls instead. He told me to wait 5 minutes and they will be ready. Well instead he said if I want lobster balls I would have to pay for them. The manager told me. I can't get a refund or an exchange. I said so it's basically eat at your own risk she said yes. I was furious how can they take my money, not offer refund or and exchange and threw away my order so I was out of everything. When owners reply back to these reviews we have no way to respond back to them. They are just trying to make it seem like they are trying to fix the situation when they really are not.

Honestly just avoid, there’s better places than this for tea.

Ordered milk tea and it tastes like water. Cheap prices though. But seriously? No tea whatsoever
