Bar/ Taqueria, nice place to catch a game and have some drinks. Food is prepared and in warming trays. You order there and they prepare it right in front of you. Fast and tasty.

Picked up 3 plates, tamales, Chile relleno, breakfast burrito...each had red sauce and loaded with cheese and they all tasted the same. Rice and beans were good. Disappointed ☹️

I like going during times when it's not crowded, the servers are always nice and attentive and the food and drinks are pretty good. But the nightlife is not my vibe. The cover prices are ridiculous and just not worth it for the kind of atmosphere it is in my opinion.

I came here for karaoke because it was posted in the Fresno events app. The girl at the bar was rude and had no desire to help me or see why it was advertised incorrectly. It was basically my problem that was none of her business. I had invited a bunch of people to meet me here for karaoke. NEVER will I patronize this location. EVER.

I was raised in Fresno, left the State for 28 years and came back. Sal's, as it was known back then in the Tower District, had the most delicious food. I brought my friend whom has never eaten there for an experience he'd never forget...and boy did we. Upon entering, the bartender did not acknowledge us, just looked at us. I was the first to ask how she was doing and if they were serving lunch. All she did was point to the back corner. There was no one at the bar top at this time, nor was she doing anything other than standing there with her hands on her hips. We walked up to the counter and the guy behind the register also didn't say a single thing to us. I had mentioned to him how this place has changed since many years ago and this was my first time back. He looked at me as if I was speaking Chinese. Not a "Hey welcome back" or even a "go walk off a bridge". We ordered two taco salads, one carne asada and the other beef. We got the orders rather quickly and decided to eat outside on the patio. The quality of the food was not worth the 35 bucks we spent. The taco shell was stale. I finished mine because it cost too much to throw out and my friend ate 1/4 of it and left it there. Im so sad that this place has gone so far down hill. We walked out of there as quick as we could and we will not be back.

Went clubbing on 9/4/25 sat on a high chair waiting for my friends to be done smoking on the patio until one of the workers come up to me keep in mind he’s in the corner just waiting looking around but weird how once I’m alone comes up to talk to me about if I needed a drink I said no twice third time I ask him did u wanna buy me a drink he touches my arm and laughs but my friends came up to check if I was fine I believe he felt intimidated cuz he said to my friend if there was a problem here. But then proceeds saying he’s the owner and he was simply checking if one of his waitresses have talked to us yet but he made me super uncomfortable and would just stand there but it’s obvious we are hinting for him to leave us alone and then told security that we had to buy a drink or just get out which of course we left I literally was just there for less than 10 min I would never go again be aware for an older white man with gray receding hairline.

I really would like to know why Bobby's changed his enchilada sauce recipe 🤔 it was perfect and now it's disgusting all you can taste is cumin! I guess we won't be eating there anymore. It's a shame because we loved ordering the enchilada family meal when I didn't feel like cooking. Bring back the the other recipe 😋

TL;DR: Fraudulent card charges Went here on saturday 4/19/25 and had my card fraudulently charged for someone else's tab. I ordered a doubleshot of tequila and sprite, get a notification from my bank app that my card was charged the appropriate amount, and walk to the patio after I get my drink and card back. A few minutes later I get a notification from my bank app that my card was charged again, this time for $38.50. I go and talk to the bartender immediately after I see the charge. The two bartenders that night looked through each receipt and couldn't find one with my card number for the amount. They did find a tab for $38.50 but the receipt showed it was paid with an Amex card, my card is not an Amex. They talked to their manager after spending 30 minutes or so on this and I was told to wait a few days for the charge to drop. I waited and the charge never went away, it did increase to $44.50 from whoever tipped them for the tab. I have called a few times and showed up in person but they don't put any effort into making the situation right. There are three cameras pointed to where I was at, presumably recording to an NVR. It's not complicated to check this out. Disputing with the bank now. Don't waste your time here unless you want to pay a cover just to spend time trying to resolve an issue they caused.
