Service is extremely slow, most times the wait in the drive thru is 15 minutes. Employees are rude. They get my order wrong half the time. Inside store could be cleaned better and the outside is filthy.

I got the new double cheeseburger. I got the classic and the rodeo. The classic was bland I had to put more ketchup and mustard on it. The worker put ketchup packs in my bag and I wondered why? But I know why it had no flavor. The rodeo had a little better taste because it had BBQ sauce. The burgers were also cold I had to reheat them in the microwave. I paid $4.50 each for little kids burgers. They were so small I don't recommend you get these burgers.

This place needs new management. They are always running out of everything. From large cups to different flavors of soda. Service is very slow in the drive thru. It was never like this until a few years ago. It's a shame because they are right down the street from my house. They have definitely lost a lot of my business recently.

Ran out of syrup at home so went to Burger King and ordered some French toast sticks for the kids and a biscuit for myself. Got offered a croissant instead because the biscuits were not ready. Whatever. It's cool. Got home and realized there was no syrup in the bag for my kids French toast sticks which is why we went here in the first place.

Very bad customer service I am waiting for my order 35 minutes.

I hate this location. They’re always out of something. And they always park you even if you have a small order in drive through. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Took 20+ minutes in the drive through. Edit: I came back a few times over the past months and 6 out of the 6 times I had to wait 25+ minutes in the drive through, absolutely horrendous service, time, and from what I saw through the window hygiene. One of, if not the worst Burger King I know of. Do not waste your time here. If you lived right next to this one you would get faster service if you drove to a different location. I cannot stress this enough, please go to a different location as it will ruin your day for sure.

They gave a real impossible burger, I tried doing the survey on this store but the recipt has little ink. I came here at 20:09, and it was a brown girl who took my order and gave me the opition. We did mention that the order was quick and now I know why it was. I tossed the rest of the patty to my dogs.

When you pull up to the drive thru and there's two broken menu boards and you can't place the order until after you've got into the speaker because that's where the menu board is at so your asked to place your order before you even gotten a chance to look over the menu and then it when you start placing your order the lady tells you to hold on in the middle of you asking for your order and they were out of every drink except for 3 flavors that I really didn't like. Just won't be going in the evening will try another time to see if service changes to a better review

Burgers were cold and didnt have much in them. Onion rings tasted old like they were heated under a lamp to long. I would have walked right back in but I have 2 kids. They also forgot my nuggets and had to send my 11 yr old in to get them. Service wasnt to friendly either. Sad that one shift can cause a review like this for burgerking.
