Such a wonderful atmosphere. The service was amazing both the greater and our service. We order a giant pizza with our drinks. The coffee my husband ordered was brewed fresh which was refreshing and delicious. Now when they said giant they mean it! Took all of us one slice to be full. But the pizza was so delicious and the ingredients tasted fantastic. I definitely recommend this spot. Love it here will definitely comeback!
Ordered pickup. Initial order ready on time. Added to order. It took only a few minutes. The food was delicious, especially the calzone!
Always great food, this time made even better by our wonderful waitress. My wife was trying to decide between the two soups, the waitress suggested doing what she does for herself, and combine them in one bowl. Wow, these soups stand alone just fine... but combined... so good! You get the veggies of the Minestrone and the beans of the one that i can never remember the name of! We will be visiting here even more!!! Of course, the pizza was excellent as always!
Diciccos has always been my favorite Italian restaurant, actually have been going to Diciccos since I was little, at least 60 years. Spaghetti and meatballs has always been my favorite not to mention the bread that comes with it. I moved from Fresno over 15 years ago but everytime I come back to Fresno I make sure to go to Diciccos at least once plus I also get a couple of spaghetti and meatball dinners to go.
(I’m on my mom’s account so don’t mind my profile picture) I love this place and the workers are so polite, the food is very good and very delicious! I would come here again when my mom asks where to eat when we go out!
My grandfather and I visited this location for lunch, it was around 2:30 in the afternoon on a weekday, hardly anyone dining, maybe 10 guests total. Service was great! I ordered a special menu item which included salmon, capers, a lemon and wine marinade with seasonal veggies, delicious (my dish came with penne pasta, but I opted out for lesser carb intake)! My grandfather ordered a parmesian eggplant with garlic cheese bread to the side, and of course we had complimentary Italian loaf bread. Our lunch was fantastic and the food was hot and fresh. The lighting and atmosphere felt comfortable...we really enjoyed our meal. All of this with an ice tea, came out to 78 bucks, including a tip!
I really loved the food here. However, I experienced issues with staff, mainly poor service and poor atmosphere this Friday evening. I normally like it here and don't have complaints. But they really dropped the ball this most recent evening. And the prices have gone up since my last review too.
I've been going study probably last 5 months. And I love when I walk in the door that they already have my seat available... The staff will stop and talk and visit Me and my buddy.... we have so much laugh. Food is always outstanding... My favorite news beef Ravioli. Butter & Herbs flavor.
I had the opportunity to participate in a group event dinner and I was shocked of the amazing service and how they were able to handle a big group in a graceful manner. The food was the best I had try in a while. I ate 4 plates of salad. Yes 4 plates!!! The server stated the salad dressing was homemade and you can really taste the good flavor. Salmon and pasta were delicious! And I had the opportunity to try the desserts that were just perfect. I am tempted to go back to this area just for that restaurant. Highly recommend this place!
Dicicco’s pizza 🍕 is our favorite. We ordered a giant pepperoni and a large pepperoni and black olive. The edge of the crust on the giant was burnt on 1/3 of the pizza. Still good overall. The manager made a correction to what I was charged which I greatly appreciate.
Went in there on 1/19/26 at around 8:20pm with a party of 5. The hostess at the desk literally scoffed when we walked in with a look like why were we there. She took us to our table and there were two other parties in the restaurant. One party was wrapping up and the other left about 10 minutes later. The waiter came and offered to take our drinks and order. We told him another person was expected and he reminded us that they closed at 9pm. We placed our orders and the portions seemed to be getting smaller than previous visits. Whatever though, I get the economy and what have you. We ended up leaving at 9:10pm and still left an 18% tip.
Have dined here for years and has always been delicious. Unfortunately, last time was not. Canaloni was so over salted it was impossible to eat. Server graciously took it back. Attempting a bowl of their amazing minestrone was also disappointing. Watery, flavorless and underwhelming. The bread was delicious. Not sure if it's a new chef or just an off night. I will of course try again.
The food was good except for the piece of a plastic fork that was found in the eggplant parmesan. If it had been a whole fork, that'd be strange, but not a big deal. However, it was just a small, broken piece of plastic that was the tine of a plastic fork. Because of how small the piece of plastic was, the fact that it's a similar color to the eggplant in the dish, and the fact that it is broken, sharp, inedible plastic, this is a problem. The plastic was seen by a family member of mine and taken out of the dish before it could really become the choking hazard it had the potential to be. I'm disappointed because eating a piece of sharp plastic should not be a concern when ordering from a restaurant like this.
Was truly disappointed in this location. I was hoping it would be like the one we used to have in Oakhurst but oh it was such a far cry from that. We ordered soup first. My husband asked for clam chowder which was sour! Clam chowder is not supposed to be sour at all. My husband absolutely could not eat it. Our server was kind enough to offer a different soup at no charge. My husband asked for the minestrone which I had. It was very bland and lacking in flavor. I ordered the beef ravioli. The marinara sauce was so watered down. The stuffing didn't taste like beef. Honestly I don't know what it really was. My husband ordered the Hawaiian calzone which came with the watered down marinara dipping sauce . It was stuffed with way too much cheese, hardly any pineapple. I have no complaints about the service as the staff were very courteous. Its just the quality of the food has clearly gone downhill. Pretty much the entire menu is overpriced as well. As it was, there was literally only three tables (including ours) being waited on. And on a Saturday night nonetheless! So sad. ☹️
the food is terrible. so much grease, loads of salt, hair in the food and just overall poor quality. the service was amazing, I'll give them that. this was their chance at redemption & we will never be going back. it's really gone downhill. would not recommend to anyone, zero stars on the food.
