So so good. Lots of options. We loved the blueberry bagels but apple cinnamon bagel was great. Nice and clean and easy access and parking. Staff was very kind and helpful.
Delicious! Fun atmosphere, bright and friendly space. Light and airy bagels. They are not dense and not chewy. Felt less like a hard-core carb loading experience and more like a, everything is ok in moderation treat. *Beef flavored Doggie bagels are Sunny approved.
The bagels are tasty—crispy, chewy, and full of flavor— with a ton of creative options. The standout is the customer service. Friendly, efficient, and welcoming, hopefully it stays that way.
sooo good!! everytime im in Fresno its a guarantee ill be there every morning. their chocolate chip bagel never fails to be amazing.
When I heard that Einstein’s was coming to Fresno I was super excited, however the first month of it being open they had a rocky start. I went in multiple times and the cashiers didn’t seem excited to be working, I was constantly getting the wrong order but I still continued to go whenever I got the chance. Everything is a learning curve and the team has definitely come along way and now work as one. The store owner, Jaime has brought his team a long way, and he makes sure each customer gets their amazing bagel the way they want. Aside from that, if anyone is looking for a great sandwich I recommend the Turkey, bacon, avocado sandwich on the jalapeño bagel.
Was tempting to try out a new bagel spot, food is delicious! However not all the way filling for my stomach.

First of all let me start by saying I was extremely excited to hear that Einstein was coming to Fresno and boy did they not disappoint! The layout of the store is extremely clean and nice. The customer service was top notch. From start to finish they got everything ordered for us and out quickly. The drip coffee was hot and absolutely delicious. This is the regular bagel shop you need to be going to!

Not bad at all as far as taste goes. It was just an unfulfilled visit. It is bagel sandwiches basically. I think it could be between a 3.5 and 4 star rating for me. Will I be back, not sure but I could seek other options. So I had the Texas Brisket with 2 eggs on a Jalapeno cheddar bagel. It was really tasty but it cost $10. Then I ordered the Avocado with one egg on an everything bagel. Cost was over $6. I believe we’re at a time where everything is so expensive especially for those who have been around for a long time. Yes, I’m calling myself old in a way. Nothing was wrong really with this visit. In the end, to be fair I have to pick and choose on what I’m spending my money on. I came away still hungry from here. I think the bagels were small by comparison to a Costco bagel and for the amount of paid I should have gotten a lot more brisket. From the pics you can see it does look decent. Just know that I wasn’t floored.
Delicious 😋... almost a 5, but a "little" expensive. Bring patients... some people order 30 bagels 🥯 clogging the line (this should be called in or done online). Worth the wait.
Good for the most part coffee and egg sand which are great but I ordered a pepperoni pizza bagel and instead of putting not available on the app they just gave me a cheese instead and it came out looking not appetizing I think I'll stick to breakfast and not order lunch anymore also they gave me a muffin I didn't order
I amended my review from a 2 to a 4 because Jaime the GM called and did a great service recovery. We worked through the error in my order and he made up for things appropriately. Thanks Jaime. And thanks Einstein. You have a winner with this guy.

I got the maplehouse egg sandwich. It was MUCH less impressive in my hand than in the picture. More disappointing than usual. It appears to be dripping with maple in the image on the menu. Mine was served without. Service was mediocre. I got about $7 worth of food for over $10.

Yikes… my husband went to pickup food for our family this morning and my bagel was raw in the middle. I also added hash browns to my bagel and they were hard, undercooked and really just awful. Disappointed ☹️

I've had Einstein's bagels in other states and I've always liked them...until now. They make their bagel sandwiches spicy. Why on earth would you make them spicy? I had to toss half of it because I couldn't eat it. Restaurants and food places need to learn that if a customer wants their food spicy, they can add sauces and spices on the side. Stop taking away the choice for the customer.
I have been going since they opened across from my office. At first I thought the slow service and unhappy workers was because it was a new restaurant and they were figuring things out. Fast forward 1 year and nothing has changed- it might be worse. Today was a typical situation- I waited 25 minutes for a bagel and coffee (I ordered ahead with the app but still had to wait the additional time). The bagel is burnt (like black) and it is cold…it was literally handed to me when I asked why it was taking so long and they said they just finished. There are no lids for coffee and I had to go to the counter and ask 2 different people for a lid. As a side note 2 other customers had already told them there were no lids. I get to my office to eat because now I am running late for work and there are no napkins in the bag.

WORST BAGEL SANDWICH IVE EVER HAD. I had high hopes for this chain to be here in fresno but was highly disappointed. Bagel was thin, doughy and we also had one bagel UNDERCOOKED. NOVA was too thick and slightly fishy, not enough onions and capers. Two of the three bagels sandwiches weren't even cut properly in half so we struggled to tear the bagels apart. Texas brisket was the only thing that was decent and seasoned, though the sandwich was dry and bland. Also they served all the sandwiches COLD not warm. The bagels were also not proofed enough and did not sit well in our stomach. Overall just sadly disappointed. Better off going to Uncle Harry's. Side note: orange juice was great and lemonade was good.

My first time trying einstein bros was when they first opened and I was not impressed with what they had to offer. Bagel sandwiches were bland and coffee was watered down and service was terrible. I made the mistake of giving them a second try today hoping they would have made some improvement. Upon walking in they were not busy at all besides door dashers coming in to pick up orders. I asked the gentleman taking my order for 5 all-nighters and he said "what?" I repeated my order and he shook his head and said "it will be a long wait". I asked how long and he said "about 20 minutes it will be a long wait." I had no issue waiting but he kept on insisting that it'll be a long wait. Which to me seemed like he was refusing to make the sandwiches. I politely thanked him for his time and while walking out, I caught a glimpse of him turning his back whispering something to his co worker... it's upsetting to see nothing has changed within this establishment..
