I was very skeptical about this place because when people say fresh its usually a hit and miss, but I was impressed, my taste buds are at 200% on point and the food here is good, the whole reason for coming here was the claim of freshness and thr best ceaser salad , so is the salad the best? No, definitely not, was it good? Yes, now something very good to mention is the quality of the steak(Ribeye), the steak was definitely way better than 13 prime and the idea of that place charging over $80 for their Ribeye and not even cooking it right is crazy, when here they definitely know how to cook the right temperature and for just under $30?? Really? That's something people need to consider. That alone says a lot about this place, do I recommend it? Hell yes!!! This place was a decent restaurant with good food ans definitely with a good price, the price do match for the taste. I'm coming back...

I have a really good couple friend in Fresno, and we went to visit them for the Thanksgiving weekend. They took us out to this restaurant that had such a great vibe and absolutely delicious food. We had a really wonderful time there and ended up going back several times because we enjoyed it so much. If you’re ever in the area, I definitely recommend giving it a try!

Eating here is awesome! The food is fresh, the staff is attentive and welcoming, and the atmosphere is great. We were passing through at the time and were given the recommendation and have no regrets. Something to note, if you are visiting in the colder seasons, be ready to wait for little bit. The line moves quick and there are heaters outside but just a heads up. The food and drink is tremendous in taste, quality, and presentation. The kitchen staff and waitstaff display great communication and work ethic. Even when the place was packed and the line was long like it was when myself and some friends were visiting, they were on top of everything, keeping people moving, feeling welcomed, and satisfied. The atmosphere is sociable, welcoming, and family friendly. As I observed others who were dining, everyone was smiling, enjoying the great food, and having a great time. 10/10, Food menu is definitely made by someone who went to culinary school! All the food has unique flavors and ingredients you wouldn’t think would be combined but it works so well. I lost count how many time I’ve been here with my partner. Go-to order for us is Garlic Shrimp + Iron Skillet Meatballs and Mushroom Taquitos. IFY - There’s always a wait time throughout the day average 20-30 minutes until you order and sit. Go after 6:30pm to have close to no wait time!

Heirloom: The food was so good I forgot my legal name. I was heartbroken because I knew something this good couldn't last. How do I move forward? What’s my fallback position? We can leave that to someone with a lucid thought. To fall in love and dread the inevitable conclusion at the same time is not for the weak. I kept my jacket on all through my meal, but honestly that's not what had my sweating over my plate. It was the dread. They say grief is the receipt we keep for love and I am leaving this establishment grieving. Overall devastatingly good food. Highly recommended.

All of the food I have ordered has been fantastic! The staff is attentive and all good looking. It gets busy for good reason but the line moves quickly. Nvm the negative review from the vegetarian. I bet her stud partner is miserable. The Kambucha is a great substitute for alcohol if you’re there for lunch.

Absolutely delicious food! I fell in love with their cashew cauliflower — perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The chicken breast was juicy and tender, and the strawberry lemonade was just right — not too sweet, perfectly refreshing. Highly recommend!

The fact that there were 40 to 50 people in line outside when I arrived on a tells you everything you need to know about how good this place is. Fortunately the line moves very quickly! Hot tip: if you're a small party of just a few people, or even an individual, there is open seating available at the bar counter with full food service. The best thing about heirloom is the quality and fresh ingredients used in the food. As if that's not enough, the prices are very reasonable and it's topped off by excellent service. Although there's not full table service, you will order when you come in the door and then they will guide you to a table so it's very convenient. They do not take reservations.

If your dining decisions are flavor and freshness driven, heirloom delivers. We loved this place enough to visit 3 times in 3 days. Some of our favs were the beet salad, tomato salad, fig pizza, passion fruit drink. Like the best Disney rides, there’s always a line out the door — more about the-order-before-you-sit setup than available space. Consequently, service is minimal, mainly from the register and walked to your seat. I personally have misgivings about tipping a counter business the same as one would a sit down restaurant but I’ll let you cogitate on that. And while atmosphere is comfortable the lack of table service doesn’t demand a level of patron organization that accompanies a more dynamic machine. But these are small negligible matters when you’re in it for the taste.

Was out in Fresno for a track meet and I always look for new places to try when I’m out of town. A friend suggested this place and I’m glad I listened. First off, if you’re going to eat here plan on trying there before 4 pm. I got there about 3 pm and there was a short line but when I left about 5 the line was looooooong. I was warned about this so I went earlier. This is not a bad thing at all it’s a good sign that people are willing to wait to eat here. The menu is very diverse, there’s literally something for everyone. You order at a counter then they bring it to your table which is cool. I only eat one meal a day and I eat healthy portions so I had the lamb burger, eggplant parmigiana and sweet potato fries. It was all very good, everything was fresh. The prices are also very reasonable. I spent about $45 including a tip for all three items. This is now my go to spot when I’m back in Fresno or passing through.

We recently drove through Fresno in route to Yosemite National Park and stopped at the Pieology Pizzeria at Park Crossing for a quick lunch. Opening hours are 11am to 9.30pm daily. This is an artisan pizzeria where pizzas are customised for each customer. You select the crust type, sauces, cheese and ingredient types which are assembled as you order. They are then baked and served fresh 10-15 minutes later. It is a good concept for a pizzeria. Importantly, we found our pizza to taste pretty good. During our visit, we tried the signature cauliflower crust with pesto sauce topped with artichoke, olives and sun-dried tomatoes. Ingredients were fresh. The pizza was baked well tasted pretty good. We rather enjoyed our pizza experience at Pieology and would gladly visit from time to time if we had something similar back home in Hong Kong. Nice job guys!

Pretty good. I liked the crust options. I do not eat pizza too often mainly due to the fact that a lot of places only offer regular crust. I opted for the wheat and enjoyed it. Service was good, place was clean. I will visit again.

This place is a nice place to go when your in thr mood for something new on your taste buds or something vegan lots of those types of options. Other than that there is a lot to look at lots of decor that is clean and healthy looking if that makes sense lol The bartender and bar were very clean with the work stations all the way to the food and such being served. Kept my area clean and kept up with me as much as they can without being too pushy or annoying. A different type of experience but one sure to check out !

Food was good, although the tables and chairs, and below were all filthy. Especially the chairs. Not only that, they advertise in multiple areas deals that they do not (or no longer) honor. They also wouldn’t honor the price after we pointed it out while trying to purchase for the advertised price.

Tried pieology. They are okay. They do have vegan options for pizza and a pretty popular chicken barbecue pizza. I did a combination pizza which was okay. They serve Coke products and have a couple of lemonade. They have wonderful staff there so I would bump them up to a 4 if I could. I have to rate the food and it's okay so I'm giving a 3 with a 4 for service!

Pieology is kind of hit or miss for me. Every single time I go, my pizza comes out cooked differently, which makes the experience inconsistent. The atmosphere is fine — nothing bad, nothing special — but the real issue is the price. For what you’re paying, the quality just doesn’t match up. Overall, I’d expect better pizza for that kind of money.

First time here and it was NOT as good as what everyone says. I saw everyone’s meals coming out looking so good, giving me high hopes. When I got my pasta, it was a little watery and there were only small pieces of meat in it. The pasta was also rubbery and the sauce tasted like ravioli from a can. It was disappointing. My daughter and her bf had the chicken plate. They said the chicken had a good smoky taste and is moist, but it was bland with not much seasoning. The mushroom taquitos, I thought was supposed to be an appetizer, wasn’t. Presentation of the taquitos was nice but they were just ok. Overall, the place was nice. Lots of seating inside and out. Clean, for the most part. Just make sure you grab a menu while waiting outside in line. You have to order first before they find u a place to seat. Then when the food is done, someone else brings it out to your table. Prices are ok at about $15 per plate. Restaurant is in a really good location with access to everything, and it is right across from Wood ward park. I’ll come back to try the other things I saw, but our food was a thumbs down.

Took an hour in line just for the food I ordered to come out pink. It’s impossible to get a wait staff’s help after you sit. I used to really like this place but the quality is dropping due to the influx of interest and lack of available space and staff to accommodate the large crowds. The food used to be so worth the wait, but obviously this isn’t the case. Some of the food came out scalding hot in just the center as if it was microwaved too. I’ve included pictures of the undercooked salmon that was the in issue to me. And just to deal with the possible confusion, salmon for cooking is NOT sushi grade. You can get sick eating undercooked salmon that’s supposed to be cooked before consumption.

I paid full price for the pizza - Reyna was pretty rude when I called to fix it. There was no red sauce on one of the pizza and other pizza barely minimum sauce. In person the pizza looks horrible and can vomit by looking at it. This place is done.

Wish I could say that my experience was great but I cannot, I have been going to Pieology since they opened here in Fresno and now I think I might change my mind. My pizza was not satisfying, I mean you guys raised your prices by 2 dollars since but keep decreasing the amount of ingredients you put on the pizza, there is one slice on my pizza that literally has no ingredients on it. To start I was waiting in the online order line for a min and patiently waiting for some help. The person at the register (Ramon) I thought would come help me after he was done charging out customers but nope he walked away super fast, then another worker showed up and I thought oh she’s gonna notice me but nope I actually had to ask if I had to wait in line to pick my order. Needless to say my experience was bad and I probably won’t be coming back to this location. I seen another comment of someone complaining about online orders and missing ingredients so obviously it’s not an isolated incident.

Burnt pizza…but their standards say it’s not. Comparing two pizzas you can clearly see one is BURNT. EDIT- person helping me made it a cauliflower instead of original crust. They gave me a refund for the incorrect pizza.

Mostly posting about the service received from the manager on January 23 at 815pm. She was unprofessional, and condescending. She refused to correct an order that they got wrong. I’d think twice about this Pieology.
