Tried this new Indian food restaurant. Good food and very nice and clean restaurant. The service was great. Had the butter chicken, naan, and samosas. All food was good. Try it out.

You can really taste the difference in their curries and naan — everything feels homemade and authentic. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. Fresno is lucky to have a place like this. Highly recommend the goat curry and tamarind whiskey — both are outstanding!

First time trying King Indian restaurant. The staff are very friendly. I tried their mild buttered chicken and it came with a side of rice. I also tried their garlic naan bread. Everything had a really great flavor with the perfect taste of spices. Will definitely be coming back!!

Had an amazing experience at King Indian Restaurant! The ambience was warm and inviting, and the food was absolutely delicious. Muskaan provided excellent service friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. We ordered Choley Bhature, Butter Chicken, and their Lacha Paratha, which was simply next-level. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Highly recommend visiting this restaurant for an authentic and memorable dining experience!

I’ve been wanting to try an Indian restaurant forever! Last night on our way home we decided to make a pit stop and eat here. The food was Absolutely amazing. The staff was so helpful in helping us decide what to eat. We will definitely be going back. So if you are ever in the village shopping center and looking for somewhere new to eat. This is the place to try! My wife and I had the butter chicken and garlic naan and it didn’t disappoint one bit.

This food was so delicious. My daughter and I have a thing for Indian food, so when I offered, of course, she wasn't going to turn me down. Everything that we ordered was spot on, and my son even eats Indian food now. The tandoori chicken, samosas, butter chicken with garlic Naan were so good I can't wait to come back. The mango Lassi was really good for my first time having it. You can't go wrong making a visit to this place.

Jashan is the waitress, server and life of this restaurant. She's sweet and so helpful to new customers who don't know the best of India Cuisine. She is so helpful, pleasant and giving I always leave her a big tip because I don't see a place for it on the bill. In my opinion tips are for good service and she deserves it. Not like most restaurants who ask you to pay the tip before they let you complete paying for your bill. So shameful as my wife would say.

Laura help us with the beginning of our greeting. The conversation was a lil rough but we got it together and the back support providing amazing customer Service 🐕‍🦺. Our night ended amazingly after finishing eating and we left satisfied.

The food was great! We got mac and cheese bites and Buffalo fries. Customer service was alright. The woman that helped us looked like she didn’t want to be there.

These fried are legit good and better than McD. Chicken is okay. Take about 10-15mins wait but it's fresh. 1 order is enough for two kids, or a big man.

Service is good, but a front desk person, she is not able to understand basic English which is really bad for front desk and table services, and didn’t get water for much time. Ms Shreya, she gave us good service, patient good with explaining what and how a dish is prepared but there is some miscommunication occurred, hope this doesn’t happen with other customers

First off, this was my first time trying Indian food, so I don’t really have a comparison vs any other locations. There are 4 Indian restaurants within a mile of me, but the reviews on this place is why I chose this one. First off, atmosphere was nice and chill, very clean as well. Service, prompt and helped me choose a good appetizer and first time dish (buttered chicken) w/rice, including garlic naan. Loved every bit of it and this perhaps, might be my go to place. Can’t wait to try more dishes!

Got a Groupon for 17 for 30 dollars worth of food. We got butter chicken, tandoori chicken, rice and garlic naan. The service was great. The girl who was working was very nice. The place was well kept. I wish the little lights on the table worked. It would’ve been cute. The tandoori chicken was my least favorite. The flavor was there but the chicken was a bit dry, the butter chicken was perfect and delicious, naan and rice were also good. I would love to come in and try more items.

Today was the first time I tried this place. I ordered a chicken wrap, fried, and it was good, but it wasn’t $14.50 good. It did not come with a drink or fries. Also, the menu had a different price, and I was charged a higher price. When I asked the employee if he charged me for a drink, he told me no, and that the price had gone up. That didn’t sit well with me so I wanted to share that with others, so you can be aware when you order. The price on the menu stated $11.49 but I believe I was charged $13.49 plus tax. The wrap was definitely overpriced.

So walking in there the atmosphere felt extremely dull. Not only that but the cashier came off as rude; they did not even greet me once I got to the register or anything. She just stood there blank faced and didn't even ask if I was ready to order. I felt I had to engage with her first. As a cashier one of the most important things is to greet your customer and that was the one thing she did not do. Not only that but it took around 20 minutes to get my food when there was only one person ahead of me. I took my food home to then see that the styrofoam had been burnt through! I haven't been to this location in a while and this interaction is a indication I should stay away. Such a shame.

Was really disappointed withe the size of my shack snacks for 13.49 (see photo) also they were over cooked. They gave us our sauces and they were not labeled so we did not know what they were. Missed 2 or 3 also. My wife liked her straps and was way bigger than my small plate. Kind of slow for the very small amount of people in there. Try again after a while to see if there is any improvement.

Hours say open at 9am but cant order nothing because fryers are barely turned on. Maybe need to change hours of operation and or have the people working come in earlier to turn everything on.

Absolute slop, ordered the #1 The original buffalo chicken fries. It was literally buffalo sauce soup, fries were soggy there was crumbs of “chicken” spread through out. Not coming back.

Can you get any lower? Charging 3$+ more before tax for the food posted as a meal clearly stating a price for a meal with drink and fries because "the prices have changed, sorry." Terrible customer service by the two females at the counter. Not a single person in the restaurant, and I can see why their competition seems to be thriving in this location.

Very first time trying this place. Kept hearing their chicken is sooooo good. Well...... the fact that I had to add salt on my chicken for flavor tells me they lied or had a very bad bash! The food was very blan, chicken was dry. The dip was ok and for the price of this food I will not return. Was really hoping to give a 4 to 5 star. Only gave the 1 star because the staff was super nice! I don't understand what the big hype is. Ate one strip and was done. Almost 40 bucks for 2 plate down the drain. Was hoping for good food and got robbed.

Edit: Never going to this location again, very rude cashier. 😡😡😡 This is the 4th Chicken Shack location I’ve been to & it’s closest to my house. The food was really good, fresh, hot and cooked perfectly. We always get the same thing, 5 piece chicken fingers and chili cheese fries. My husband agreed the taste was really good. Hopefully they get their permit to sell beer soon.

The fries were good. But they give you 1 sauce for 5 strips. There pretty big. 1 sauce isnt enough. I asked or a extra 1 and they charge another 99cent. You spend $16.01 and they can't give you a extra sauce. This will keep me from eating there again. The service was really slow. I was kind of surprised how slow it was.

Will NOT come in anymore. The counters and tables are sticky. Windows were dirty. New owner you should take more pride in you establishment.

I had a very bad experience at this restaurant. While eating my food, I found steel/metal-like dirty material inside the dish, which is extremely unsafe and unacceptable. Today I wanted my husband to try butter chicken, we got it to go. The order of butter chicken was literally 3 small pieces of chicken and was literally just the sauce. I paid $18 for a plate and was disappointed as it was the first time having someone eat it and had to show a picture online of what it actually should look like. Reply to comment form store: There was no chicken in the dish, how can the cameras determine how much chicken was in the dish? I hope you serve the right amount for the next costumers in to go orders. I will definitely try other places that serve the correct amount. And it doesn’t matter the amount it cost still should serve what you pay for.

My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. I had ordered mixed vegetables and lentils, both of which were not tasty at all. Additionally, instead of the goat meat that I ordered, they deliberately served me lamb, which did not meet my expectations. Moreover, the service was also subpar. Overall, the experience was quite disappointing.

I was really disappointed with my recent order from this restaurant. I ordered a goat curry, but it had a strong, unpleasant smell and clearly wasn’t freshly made. The taste was off, and it didn’t seem like it was prepared that day. When I complained about it, no one came to apologize or offer any solution, which made the experience even worse. For the price, I expected much better quality and customer service. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from here again.

I ordered their Samosas and they all came out frozen and we were given new ones. However the wait for our food was extraordinarily long, about 40 minutes. The butter chicken was not like any other butter chicken I’ve ever had, it was weirdly sour and not spicy at all like how I requested it. Not to mention that we were given a single small water bottle, not even your standard 16.9 Oz water bottle. Then when my friend paid by tap the server tsked at him.
