I got 3 family sized pizzas and chocolate chip cookie dough. I was walking out the door, from start to finish?... 15 minutes tops. The guy taking the orders and running the register was awesome. Fast and way good knowledge of their menu. Love that! All 3 pizzas and cookie dough were soo yummy, as always!!

The gentleman was working hard by himself back there during the lunch hour. He was still able to keep his composer. The pizza came out delicious as usual. I usually order from a different location but since I was on this side of town it was more convenient. I orderd a chicken and garlic pizza with white sauce, and it was bomb. If your debating on what to order, try this out you cant go wrong. Thanks for the great service.

I've been here several times and never had a bad experience. Pizzas are good, people are polite and even when it's busy they get my order out fast. Today I called my order in and was told it was busy and might take about 20 minutes (no problem, delivery takes twice that long). I showed up ten minutes later planning to wait and it was ready! Awesome job!

Papas has always been a family go to since I was a kid, it's affordable, especially for big families. Some may not care for the 'You bake' style here, but it takes like 15 mins to cook, you can control for your own level of crispiness, AND hey, least you know it'll always be hot and fresh. The pizza styles have changed, but pizza is still good. Our go to is the Murphy's combo, but they don't include Canadian bacon anymore, so we substitute. Would prefer the chives/green onions. Don't really have too much to say about specific locations and staff. Been to this one, Shaw and Marks, and Herndon and Millburn and they're all decent. Sometimes staff can be pretty friendly, other times it can be fairly basic.

This location is good 👍. They got the ingredients right and have GREAT customer service. From the call to order all the way to pick up we never had issues at THIS location. Also Papa Murphy's has dairy-free cheese and my family is so thankful that we can order here as a family again!! Thank you to the manager at this location for being so friendly. DO NOT GO TO THE LOCATION ON PEACH/ KINGS CANYON!!! Their employees will cuss you out, they put the wrong ingredients 9 out of 10 times and the manager never responded to the customer. No call back, no acknowledgement. The peach and kings canyon location is bad bad bad!!

I felt like the staff didn't really care to serve me, as I was a contest winner and not a paying customer. I was looked upon as lower than and rushed out. I was very disappointed as I love Papa Murphy's I will just no longer go to this location

I've been going to this location for a few years now since moving into the area. The food is always excellent, however my last two purchases have been marred by poor staff communication. The most recent being today. I placed an online order, as I typically do, at 3:29PM. The site told me it would be ready for pickup by 3:49PM. I arrived at the store at 3:50 and was told at the counter that my pizza was not yet prepared and that they would be putting it together now. This was an issue but not terrible at first. I waited for my order to be finished, but before long it was already 4:00PM. I went up to the counter again and spoke with a different staff member to ask them if my order had been completed. It turned out my pizza had been completed, put on a rack, and I had not been told of it by the staff. The order before it, some weeks ago, had the same issue take place where my order was not put together on time and I was not told by staff that it was ready after it had been finished. This location is the most convenient for me since it's a short drive from my house, however if this continues I may stop ordering from this location altogether.

Although I'm not a huge fan of the you-bake pizza, this is very affordable, and filling. I'm giving it 3 stars because sometimes the staff can be kinda rude, particularly when answering the phone. They usually have quite a few customers, which nay account for the phone demeanor. Also, no matter how brown the crust is, the pizza ends up soggy.

The last 3 orders I’ve gotten from here, spaced out over the last 6 months have taken forever. The first time I placed an order online for pickup 2.5 HRS before I came in- got there, wasn’t ready and told that they had a bunch of orders before me, which didn’t really make sense. The 2nd time was around Halloween where I ordered the day before and still had to wait 27 minutes once I got there, and again today, placed an order 1 hour before we got there and had to wait 20 minutes to get it made. I don’t understand why even bother with preorders because they are never ready! We would get pizzas 1x a week from here and it’s gotten worse and worse each time. Spending almost 30 minutes waiting to get an UNCOOKED PIZZA IS WILD!

Terrible restaurant. Disgusting employees who treat this business like it’s a party house. They lie to health inspectors and are extremely rude to customers. Literally the last place in Fresno i would consider eating. This place needs to be permanently shut down.

We usually go get the 5 meat stuffed pizza and today it was the worst pizza we ever got anywhere. $22 for this is bullshit. I don't live close or I would have taken it back
