This place is run down and in a very sketchy area. Half the time when we go there, they barely have anything available from their menu. The restaurant and restooms are usually filthy. Vagrants harass people in the parking lot especially later in the day and at night. I would avoid this location.

Wrong order was given. We called the store and the manager asked why my husband didnt check if the order was correct before he left. She said there was nothing she could do to fix the situation unless I brought the donuts back to prove we recieved the wrong donuts. I explained we could not go back tonight as they are 10 miles away. She proceeded to argue about how she would not have her general manager call me back because she was the only manager there. She hung up on me. I called back and asked for the corporate number she told me to Google it myself.

Went to see what the hype was about, but honestly the place is so dirty and poorly managed. The use of gloves is made pointless at this location. While wearing the same pair of gloves you can’t grab someone’s order, touch garbage then continue to handle the order. I watched as the guy fixed his hat, grabbed my donuts, then as he is making my coffee he pushed down the trash so more could fit and adjusted the trash better to the bin, then continued finishing making me my coffee. So disgusting.

Hands down the worst KK that’s I’ve ever been to. We stop by whenever we are in town. The hot light is never on, the employees lack customer service skills, and the lobby is always dirty. This isn’t a one-time experience, it’s every time that we have gone to this KK.

Came in 12/04/25 at 11am. Was only 1 person prior to me being there but I end up waiting 8 minutes still. Lady running the cashier needs social skills, not only did she not know how to initiate a conversation with a customer and ask what they want but she spoke so quietly I had to piece together what she was saying. Very bad experience and tbh won't bring my buisness back here again.

We only go there a couple times a year, but almost every time they NEVER have their hot glazed. Whats the point of them even staying open? their hot glased is the only reason most people go there, their other doughnuts are no better then anywhere else. Called 615 am Thanksgiving morning and they tell me will be two hours before they have any. What kinda BS is that?

I bought two donuts came up to almost $12. I wanted to try the new York cheesecake it had no filling in the middle.. It was mediocre nothing special. The cookies and cream was pretty much the same nothing special. Any donut store in Fresno would be a better choice than this place.

Sad Harry Potter Donuts. Paid $23 for them to leave out one of Hufflepuff donuts. Sorting hat barely had a little dot worth of jelly filling but taste like dye. Reminded me why I stopped coming here. They're not even trying. Wish they would have offered me a receipt

Placed an order to be picked up for the Harry Potter dozen donuts and when I got there an hour after they been open I get told they are out of stock but online it let me process the order hours before the store opened. Horrible service don’t do buy online pick up in store orders and charge customers if you’re not even going to have them an hour after you open. Worst service ever!! Now I have to wait for a refund. Don’t do an online order unless you want to wait a week for a refund because your order won’t be fulfilled.
