My husband will only go here for doughnuts, no where else will do. He loves the maple and chocolate bars *he preferes them a day old* and I love the Apple Fritters and doughnuts holes. I haven't gone there myself with him so I don't know the inside of the store / customer service, but my husband never complained about anyone being rude or having poor manners. This place is definitely worth the price if you're looking to get a dozen or just a single doughnut. 10/10

I hardly give reviews. But this one is definitely worth it... I just spent 4.95$ for a taro smoothie and a donut... So delicious! The drinks are blended perfectly and the donuts are not greasy and don't make me feel fat 😍 so worth.

The donuts and iced coffee are delicious! I felt sorry for the poor lady though because their AC was broken. She was still cheerful and helpful though.

Just tried this place for the first time and now I feel like I’ve been missing out!! The doughnuts are soft and delicious but not overpoweringly sweet and the breakfast croissants are fabulous!! The lady who helps you is kind too and always smiling. Will definitely be back!

These donuts are good. Light and fluffy so you can eat more than one without getting sick of them. Just like real donuts should be😍 there's not much seating, but we went later in the day and donuts were still delicious.

BEST donuts in ALL of Fresno. I guarantee it. You’ve never had a donut as delicious as these. The dough itself is sooo soft and buttery, the icing on top is just a plus ! Every single ingredient stands on its own. The cream in the filled donuts tastes homemade. They're light and airy and fluffy. And full of flavor. As far as their customer service goes, it’s great. the people are super friendly and welcoming, also patient. I took forever to decided (they’re all so good lol) and she was standing there with a smile just the same. Go here. You won’t regret it

So good! The donuts were fresh at 430 in the afternoon. The iced coffee was delicious. It's affordable, wonderful selection, and the owner was very nice too. I'll be adding Bingo Donuts to our list of stops every time we come up to Fresno.

I have found the customer service people are friendly, always smiling, and not making errors on orders. There are a couple of tables and chairs available for small groups.

I was informed that if I was to use my debit card (due to the fact I had no cash on me at the moment) that there would be a 2$ surcharge which seemed extremely ridiculous considering I was only purchasing a donut that cost about 1$. Now normally I wouldn't make a big fuss about this but considering the fact that I had walked there and given how hot it was on that day I was pretty irritated that the lady did not waive the $2 fee and just charge me for the donut, it's not like I wanted it for free, I had no problem paying for the donut. However, the lady working at the time actually took my donut back and proceeded to throw it away and allowed me to walk out the store unsatisfied. I've worked customer service jobs for many years and so I know that it's absolutely no problem whatsoever to waive the fee if it's going to make the customer happy especially in such a small numbered transaction. Suffice it to say I was extremely upset and will definitely never be going back there for this very reason
