Buffet selections need some work on. I have been to Lin's Fusion before they have hotpot, I didn't know their time changed, and closed from 330-5pm. The Hotpot buffet was okay, but I had it better elsewhere. Customer services were great, and I couldn't ask for better services.

The food was well prepared and fresh plenty of variety, staff was friendly and kept our table clean. Was slightly overpriced in my opinion but they offered a lot of fresh seafood. Didn't get to experience the bar maybe on my next trip I will.

Good place to go if you're having the lunch buffet it's totally worth it lots of great options. The teppanyaki part of this kind of sucks because the cook doesn't know how to season the meat. Overall lots of bang for your buck I would definitely consider this if you have not had a buffet very very clean and lots of flavor. Better to go earlier than later.

With my experiences, the servers that I've had were usually on top of clearing the tables and refils. Food is okay. And Ive never noticed untill today that they have steam rice. Lol Pricing have definitely gone up.

Used to be the best Chinese buffet in Fresno, but the decline of the coconut shrimp really killed the vibe. It used to be perfect, but now it is much less sweeter, leaving only sour and weak cream taste. At this point, A-Star is a better option with slightly more variety and for sure better coconut shrimp.

This was my first time at Lin’s Fusion and it will definitely be my last. The food was honestly gross, and there was a bone in my salmon that stabbed my mouth .. something I’ve never experienced anywhere else. On top of that, the service was terrible. Our waiter kept taking our plates before we were even finished, and at one point we were left sitting there without forks. When I went to the bar to order a drink, the bartender tells me, “Sorry, she went home , no alcohol.” At 8 PM. Absolutely unacceptable for a restaurant.

It was a wide variety of foods, and fruits. Wait staff was very helpful and it was very clean. I tried the cheese oyster, fried calamari steaks, beef bar buns, chow mein,Mushrooms and the salmon was good. Food for everyone's liking.

I love the food, I love the hot pot. I loved my server, BUT I DID NOT LIKE THE HOST/HOSTESS. I put down my name and number and waited for an hour. I went to the host/hostess to see how many people were in front of me and they had the AUDACITY to say that because I did not show up when my name was called and I did not check my messages, my table was given up. when I DID NOT received any text message that my table was ready. The Host/Hostess needs to do a better job, no matter how busy you are, if you don't know the phone number and you are making people wait outside because inside too pack, then you need to repeat the phone number back because to say that "We texed you and you didn't check you messages" is bewildering.

I really can’t believe they got over 4 stars. This food tasted old and bland. Showed that they do dim sum so I arrived at opening hoping to get something fresh. It’s all you can eat so I don’t expect anything fancy but to be served food that looks like it was from 2 days ago, thinking maybe it’s just been sitting and dried up. Nope tasted old and looked old, tried the rest of their food and it was all the same. With tip it was almost 30, I’d rather get anything other than this. They got 8 more restaurants too and I would avoid those to If this is what their quality control is.

I wouldn’t recommend this place if you are a party of 8 . They will make you wait for almost an hour trying to figure out who will be able to service you until you decide to get up and leave elsewhere . The host was friendly and welcoming us trying to accommodate us with a big table but whoever was in charge for today 01/19/2026 did not want to do it . I would definitely not recommend bringing a party of 8 to this place .

We went at 11:30 AM, most of the food trays were empty and what wasn't empty was room temperature at best. I had about eight different foods and six out of the eight all tasted exactly the same - bland and oily. Our waitress was a miserable human who clearly did not want to help us. We were given our drinks at the beginning of the meal and that was it, later on I had to get up and ask someone to get that stubborn mule to serve us refills. She was anything but friendly and had a sour puss expression the entire time right up until it was time to pay. That came out to over 200 dollars for eight people by the way. The atmosphere was awful, they crammed us in a corner right by a table with a screaming baby of course, heaven forbid they allow us to sit over near the soups where there were empty and available tables instead of cramming us in like sardines at a table that was NOT meant for eight people. It's a shame, I used to absolutely love Lin's Fusion, but after this visit? NEVER AGAIN. What a terrible experience. Do yourselves a favor, next time you want Chinese food go to I-Kitchen at Gettysburg and Willow instead, they actually serve good and flavorful Chinese food that doesn't taste like cooking oil.

They were our favorite place when in Fresno. They've lost 3 long time customers. 2 were eating hot pot, the 3rd doesn't like hot pot but they had to pay for 3 hot pot meals anyway. We didn't really mind but... They found plastic in the meat. We all left hungry(which has never happened before), and we got a whole $5.00 discount... Lin's this is the worst experience I've ever had there and we won't be back. I've been doing business with y'all since way before you remodeled...I guess you don't really care that you lost 3 old customers.

Disappointed and won’t be coming back. It’s been a while since our last visit because the previous experience wasn’t great. My sons were hesitant to come again, so, we decided to give this place another try. Unfortunately, we regret it. The prices have gone up to $27 per adult not including drinks, and the food quality just isn’t worth it. Everything lacked flavor, and the food sat out for long periods without being refreshed unless it was completely gone. I was hoping for some salmon, but the one that was out had clearly been sitting there for over 40 minutes. When I asked for a fresh piece because it looked dry and old, the staff told me they wouldn’t bring out a new one until the current one was finished. The only thing I enjoyed was the fruit bar—fresh watermelon and pineapple. Honestly, I do not recommend this place. For the price, you can get much better food and service elsewhere.
