I go here strictly for the Reece’s Sonic Blast... ok and maybe tater tots now and then. These get 5 stars. The wait can be ridiculous at times but that says something when you’ll wait in a fast food line for 20 min... Edited 1/16/18 Reduced from 4 to 3 stars because they won’t get mobile pay sorted out. The ap says the location accepts it and the manager didn’t know what I was talking about. waiting 20 minutes to figure out you can’t get the ice cream you wanted is not nice.

I ordered the kids 3 wacky pack meals….the food was fine, but I was kind of at a loss for words when she handed me a big bag with everything in it…..sans the toys…. This is totally a first world problem and it seems silly to complain about, but it’s like going to Mc.D’s and everyone’s happy meals being in the same bag…. with no toys… it just doesn’t happen. (Also all the condiments/sweeteners that were meticulously added to each meal were completely ignored, so that was fun. Glad one kid was asleep) 😂 So idk what was going on on there but check your orders, and definitely download the app so you can get happy hour drinks all day. ✌🏽

First time I try Sonic and I feel it was the worse $50 I’ve spent except for the shake it was good. Sandwiches were sadly a really bad quality and presentation. Chicken seemed like it had been sitting for a while and they barely put any lettuce on them. I don’t think I will go back for food here.

So the girl at the window didn't even acknowledge me at the drive thru. I pulled up and she open the window and kept talking to the cook in the back but she made sure to take my money through. Took my grandsons for cheeseburgers and slushies. They got everything wrong. After several attempts to explain at window. Her attitude had me at a new limit. She gave No receipt. Had total disregard to why i was upset. Couldn't get it fully corrected. Unable to eat due to being made wrong. No working phone number to call manager.

AWFULL service at the blackstone and rialto location!!! I went yesterday night 4/3/2025 at 9:30pm When placing my order at the drive-in, the employee taking my order was extremely rude. She kept interrupting after every item, asking, "What size?" in a monotone voice before I could even finish speaking. When she finally gave me my total-around $12 for a Nerds Slush, Twisted Flamingo, and fries we inserted our card to pay, but nothing happened. We waited 15 MINS without any update, only to hear other cars being told to go to the window after also waiting a long time ??? Confused, we drove to the window and repeated our order, only to be told that no one had ever taken it. It was frustrating and confusing because we had clearly spoken to someone , and I even recognized the voice of the same employee who initially took our order. Instead of apologizing or acknowledging the mistake, they simply said, "Oh, well, nobody took your order, so we can just take it right here." and seemed agitated or didn’t belive that we were waiting in the parking lot. we ended up leaving with no food cuz the 2 girls working were VERY rude even when we said nvm it’s ok n pulled off the girl said very sarcasticly “ok have a good one”. I also tried to call the store today to share my complaint with the manager and it wouldn’t connect me, instead when calling the number google provided for sonic, a automated voice says that “the call cannot be completed as dialed” so i’m sure they do this often if they disconnected the phone!! I just find the service crazy and unprofessional especially for the gas and time i wasted.

I order a blue raspberry slush not only do they get it wrong 50% of the time I get one today and it has specks of recess peanut butter cups in it, think about eating blue berries with peanut butter and Nutella in it (yeah it’s gross) not only did that happen I CHARGED EXTRA FOR IT and on the receipt it had didn’t even say I wanted the recess peanut butter cups and there were barely any (like 10% of one) arguably one of the worst times I’ve been there . Never going again instead going to the 7/11 that’s barely farther.
