First time at Del Taco overall amazing! The staff was so nice and informative abt deals, the food and drink was delicious and came out fast. Pls bring Del Taco to Tennessee!!

The only thing I order is the grilled chicken soft taco and you have to order it to your liking in ofender to like it. However you request it that’s how you’ll get it, if you just order and make no modifications to your meal, you get what you get.

Won’t say it’s bad just different taste if you don’t want Taco Bell types taste is ok nothing special not bad can be tried if one wants change

Food to go and it was good but serving of fry? It was half empty. Shame on me for not checking before we left but still why would anyone bag it half empty? P.S. to whoever, if they, respond: not worth the time it took me to get there and back. Should not be short in the first place.

I think the 3 star explanation says it all for this location "It's okay". But the food is good it's a 4, it's like taco bell only the tacos are less greasy. The fries are the old fashion crinkle cut and they also have a value menu and $5 combos. The only down fall is the employees kinda have this I don't want to be here attitude. They also have an app which always has good coupons for free food and the reward program points start at 300 for free items. Definitely worth downloading.

The cashier kept his head down the entire time. No eye contact. I should have left. Since we don't have Del Taco at home I stayed. I ordered two Spicy Chicken burritos from the 2 for $7 menu. A very huge disappointment. I got two bean and cheese burritos. I found chicken on my last two bites. The meal is not worth the sale price. There are plenty of fast food deals to take advantage and still enjoy a meal. Wendy's has a $5 meal. Burger King has a $5 meal. Taco Bell sells bean burritos for less. Arby's has two sandwiches for $6. Best I can say if you like Del Taco is to check your food before you eat it.

This restaurant is filthy and the employees don't look very clean either. Hair down hanging, sweating, headphones around their neck for the drive-thru and then handing them to someone else without sanitizing or washing hands. Then handling food.

I showed up at 10:52 PM with three cars in front of me. I waited 28 minutes, and they did not answer the drive-through speaker to take my order. Every car behind left due to horrible service. I walked up to the window and asked if they were open. The worker said yes, but he acted like he could care less. Honestly, if I was the owner and saw what he was doing, driving away business, I would fire him. 04/12/2025 was the incident.

I’ll never forget that night they took my paid food and lied saying they’ll refund me but never actually did. They also discriminated me for my health condition. So not only did they steal, discriminate and lie, but they left me hungrier than I was. I hate Del Taco. Well, this specific location. Oh, also - they don’t wash their hands, they’re rude, will yell at you freely and curse at you, and will even call the cops. All on their wrong doing. If you want all that, be prepared. I haven’t come here since that night, 4 years ago. I went from being a routine regular customer to never ordering from them again. I called corporate to tell the about the discrimination I faced - all they did was offer me a coupon to this place. NO I do t want to return, and I never will.

01/23/24 1415 I ordered 4 del tacos with extra lettuce, charging $.89 cents for each taco. Charging me almost $4 for extra lettuce. Worker explained “They put extra lettuce in the tacos.” I had to grab the taco & show the worker there was no extra lettuce. Below is the pic of the taco supposedly having extra lettuce. They gave me 1 lil cup of lettuce. I told them you charged me $4 for lettuce, I would need 3 more of those. They only had given me 1 more. Really ridiculous charging me $4 for extra lettuce. It’s not like the charge of the lettuce comes out of their paychecks. Just give me the lettuce. I paid for it! Don’t come to this place. Waste of time. I should have went to a real to have tacos.

Foods good. Just a bit of a wait. They need to get their speaker fixed. So this happened on 8/6/2020, not only this but our drinks weren't marked and they were both diet, I had ordered a regular. Also, only one of the three kids meals we ordered had the sticker sheet they give out.

Update - No response at the local level but Corporate sent me a $7.50 voucher. Used it today. Bought 2 macho combo burritos, to go. Good thing I wasn't going to eat in my car! Looks like they poked a finger in it! The worst experience I've ever had at any Del Taco. Waited almost 10 minutes to get to the speaker. Ordered 2 Macho Combo Burritos. Worker reports the order back as 2For Combo Burrito and the rest of my order. Total $12 and change. Should've been higher. At the window I confirmed the order as Macho Combo Burritos. At home I have basic combo burritos. Where's the lettuce, tomato, sour cream, . . . ? 😤😥 Store won't answer the phone. Ugh!

The food here is okay. I like the Del Taco on West Shaw better. Lowered from three stars to one. ***update: Overpriced. Four tacos from dollar menu on Tuesdays are now $6 total. The tacos only had three ingredients. The price went up waaaay beyond what it used to be. They used to have three tacos for $1.39. I can buy taco shells, cabbage, and tomato at the grocery store for only $3 and still have leftovers....on top of it all I can hear the guy in the kitchen yelling and complaining as he's making my order. Very unprofessional. Lady at the register was nice though...
