I got there as soon as they had opened and the person that took my order was very courteous and patient with me since it was my first time dining here. The flavors were amazing and my favorite was the garlic sauce, will definitely be coming back. Support your local businesses!

Found this place by chance and we decided to stop by. Apart from the great food and phenomenal desserts (try the baklava!), the service was outstanding. Friendly and eager to enlighten on different ways to try the dishes and sauces. Will definitely be back!

The food is delicious! My son and I come here entirely too often. We love the shawarma wraps and are trying to branch out to more dishes, and haven’t had anything we don’t love.

This is our favorite restaurant in Fresno! We come probably once a week because my toddler asks for it! Consistently delicious food, friendly and attentive staff. They catered my son’s birthday party and it was incredible!

The food was delicious, the server was very friendly & genuine! The atmosphere quiet & peaceful! My kids loved the food as well. This our family’s new spot for a great Mediterranean meal!!

I had an amazing experience here last night. The woman who took our order and served us was incredibly kind. She took her time to answer our questions, and offered to warm up my food that I had taken to-go. If I could give 10 stars I would. I highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!

First time in last night and everything was so good. My husband ordered the kebab plate and I got the Shawarma mix plate. Good portion and good sides. The hummus was a plus. The food is literally as good as NYC halal food. They have the best spicy sauce I've ever had at a Mediterranean redtaurant. Everything was super fresh and high quality. The service was amazing. Highly recommend the chicken shawarma wrap with the spicy sauce and finish up with a dessert!

Dined for lunch at Yafa while traveling from Bay Area to Sequioa National Park. A quick google search for halal restaurants put this one on top so it was an easy decision. The food was exquisite and the hospitality was heartwarming. I ordered a combo meal and surprisingly, the chicken was sooo good that my kids devoured it before I could; perfectly cooked with a distinct aroma of rosemary. Beef kebab and lamb chunks were also juicy and tender. Overall, excellent experience.

I have never tasted so many unique flavors and spices in delicious recipes with lamb,chicken,chick peas,etc. The service is always excellent, the atmosphere is relaxing and the music is soothing.

We had the absolute best experience at Yafa Grill! We brought a group of 15 for our Girl Scout iftar, and from start to finish, everything was amazing. The food was incredibly delicious and so fresh — you can truly taste the quality in every bite. The restaurant was spotless and had such a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere. Most importantly, the staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. With a group our size, it can sometimes feel overwhelming, but they made us feel completely taken care of. I had a great experience at this Mediterranean restaurant. The food was fresh, flavorful, and well prepared, with a good variety of classic Med. dishes. The portions were generous and filling, especially for the price, which felt very reasonable for the quality and quantity. The service was friendly and attentive, and the staff made me feel welcome. My wife ordered the lamb kebab rare and it actually came rare! I got the Kafka sandwich and it was quite tasty, chock full of onions and meat. I’ve never had pickles in a Mediterranean sandwich, but I liked it. Everything tasted great, so we will be back! Service was good too.

I love the booths inside this restaurant and how clean it is. The seasoning for the chicken kebob was flavorful and even though I felt it was kinda pricey , the portions were good. I would come again !

The garlic sauce was good and couldn't get enough of it and the hummus was good as well. The beef had such good flavor not overly done. It was easy to eat and not over cooked. The inside was quiet and looked clean. I would recommend this location.

Im pleased to share that I’m very impressed! The food is very delicious and the service matched. I ordered the Yafa Grill plate for my wife and I to share. It came with copious amounts of meat (lamb, chicken, and beef) with grilled onions, rice, outstanding hummus, pita, and a salad garnish. Even with the two of us, we couldn’t finish eating all the food. The young guy that waited on us (we dined in) was really attentive and took care of our needs. My wife plans on getting a piece of baklava to go. She said it looks fresh. We do plan on eating here again. If you enjoy Mediterranean food, I’d recommend giving Yafa Grill a try. I’d also like to get your feedback and opinion on your visit.

As the troop leader for Girl Scout Troop 5255 in Fresno, I just want to say we had such a wonderful experience at Yafa Grill! The food was fresh and delicious, the restaurant was very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The calm atmosphere made it perfect for our group. We’ll definitely be back!

As a couple who has spent a considerable amount of our lives traveling around the Middle East we’ve had our share of great and ‘sorta’ good food. The food here…is outstanding!! We live in the nearby mountains and go to Fresno roughly 3 or 4 times per month. On a minimum, we will eat at Yafa 50% of our trips, either for lunch or dinner. Too many good dishes to itemize, however, we frequently enjoy the lamb kabob meal. A final kudos to the staff because we are always met with warm smiles and good service.

The minute we can in we were greeted with a smile (he was on the phone). It was are first time here and the guy who took are order answered all my questions without being annoyed. When he gave me the order he made sure I had everything I needed/wanted even asked if I wanted to try any other Sauces. Came home to eat, everything was in the bag as ordered. The food was excellent. I had the chicken Kabob dinner plate, chicken was flavorful and tender. Rice was excellent. Pita bread was good just as expected (I ordered extra). Humus and salad was flavorful. We are definitely going back.

Good food and the atmosphere was definitely had a Mediterranean/ Middle Eastern aesthetic.

The shawarma was spot on—tender, hot, and just the right level of spice. The fries were excellent! The olives were a bit dry, but it wasn’t a big deal. I found the portion size to be decent, though it’s a bit on the pricier side. The restaurant itself was spotless. Overall, I’d still recommend giving it a try.

Me and my partner have been coming here a couple of times because their food is so good and fresh. We get the mix plate and we always leave the plate clean.

The only down fall was that their cups are plastic & the cashier was spraying a cleaning agent while we ate & I had a cough attack from the strong odor. The food was delicious, the cashier was friendly. She even went to the back to check an ingredient on a product. When I go back, I will bring my hydro & pray no chemicals be sprayed while I eat. I will definitely go back!

The food wasn't fresh at all, but the place was clean. The pita bread was hard and not fresh, but the hummus was good. It's impossible to tell how they can offer food that has gone bad.

Food is good but there is other places that do the same as good for better price. I got one chicken shawarma with fries and a drink nearly $20. Not too sure that’s the going price but definitely expensive

What they can improve. 1. Taboule salad has very little like sprinkles amount of Taboule. It is more like half parsley and half tomato. It feels like punishment to eat it. 2. Gyro portion is too small. Put more vegetables.
