We came in 25 minutes before they closed and never once did the employees act as though we were inconveniencing them or give us any dirty looks for coming in so late. It was my fist time trying pizza factory so they had to help me with the menu a little. They were very kind and informative. Our pizza was cooked and ready to take out in about 12 minutes and delicious when we got home and ate it. I will def buy it again as an alternative to Me 'N Ed's. They have a sticker vending machine with stickers like this in it. I bought all 10 of them.

Wow! What can I say, this place has everything from delicious pizza, calzones, great customer service, great environment and the owner Jacob is so respectful and nice. He greeted us as soon as we got there and made sure our order was perfect. Very nice Gentleman. We ordered a combination pizza(vegetables were amazing and we even ordered extra, dont mind the charge its totally worth it.) and pepperoni calzone. This place does not miss ever. This is why I always come back, thanks for making a great experience every time for my family and I. If you your craving pizza I highly recommend you go here. 💯

We stopped in for a quick lunch since the other place we stopped at wasn't open till noon. We weren't disappointed, service was quick n the little girl at the counter was very helpful. Our pizza was brought to our table piping hot and it was really good.

Pizza buffet is from 11-1:30. Was only $12.99 per person including drink and salad. Pizza and cheesy bread sticks were great! We got there right when it opened and nothing was set up, but someone asked which pizzas we wanted and made them right away. Restrooms and facility were clean. Would totally come back!

Jacob, the owner, is a nice dude and when my elderly dad left his wallet there, they held on to it and made sure to get it back to him in one piece. Thankful for good neighborhood restaurants! Thanks PF and Jacob!

Family and I visited on the weekend for dinner. Everybody really enjoyed the food, including our little picky eater. Pizza and bread was awesome. Perhaps the freshest tasting I have had in a long time. Thoroughly recommended.

I've been coming for years and have always liked their pizza. Recently had their calzón and noticed a bit of a downsize, still good though...

Enjoyed the salad bar, staff was courteous. They put in a good effort keeping the place clean. Disappointed in the pizza, way too greasy. Need to buy better ingredients.

Went for the pizza buffet. $8.99 per person. Fresh pizza (had to ask them to make one, and was limited to a list of basic toppings) was great. The old pizzas on the buffet, not so much. Staff was curtious and professional. Would NOT return for the buffet!! For the price paid and quality of the pizza, would go to da vinchis instead (in the same shopping center, in the building to the east - if you are looking out the door of Pizza Factory, your looking at DaVinchis).

The bell peppers and tomatoes were slabs, and the onions were huge rings. There weren't enough olives to make up for this. It would have been better if things were chopped far smaller. Although, I will say, the crust was exceptional. The combination calzone was likewise a disappointment. Very little meat, and oddly, the meat was cut up so small as to wonder where it was. What we saw of our friends' meals was somewhat better, although there was a fair enough of those big, worthless bell pepper and onion rings. Doesn't this place own a knife?

I called 45 minutes ahead of time and I still had to wait for my food, when I got it, was cold and burnt the only thing that was hot were the cheesy bread and I had to wait and extra 10 minutes for those. My 2 large pizza and bread came out to almost $80 was super expensive and not worth it, I would not be coming back here again, my first time here today and the experience was bad , food ain’t worth it or service

Awful experience ever.the cashier and the guy closed the restaurant before the closing time. I had placed my order and when I got door closed and they ignored me. They were acting dumb like they didn’t see me or heard me knocking at the window. I got there before closing time and it was closed. Even the customers that were inside heard me and open the door for me. This is ridiculous!

I’m writing this review based on an uncomfortable experience I had at Pizza Factory recently. I arrived a little early to pick up my to go order. So I had to wait a bit and decided to stay and purchased a soda cup while I waited. I sat for about 5–10 minutes, which was completely fine!! I had no issue waiting!! However, during that time, the owner and his wife began arguing behind the counter. The argument escalated, and she stormed out of the restaurant with him following her outside to continue arguing in the parking lot. This left me alone inside the restaurant with no staff present, as they were the only ones there. Which to me felt very unprofessional and uncomfortable. When they eventually came back in, the tension was obvious. Items were being slammed around and tossed by the wife, the atmosphere was extremely awkward. When my order was finally ready and handed to me, the interaction felt annoyed and dismissive, as if my presence was an inconvenience. I understand that disagreements happen, but handling personal conflicts in front of customers and leaving the restaurant unattended is supposed to okay??? Absolutely not, very uncomfortable for some mid pizza in the end too..

Today is Lent, so we ordered a large cheese pizza. I was sitting right next to my fiancé when he placed the order and clearly heard him say large cheese pizza. He pays, gets back to the car, open the box -- it's pepperoni. Simple mistake, right? Apparently not. When my fiancé went back inside, the owner immediately got defensive and insisted he "specifically heard pepperoni." No apology...No attempt to fix it. Just ego. Instead of correcting the order and taking back the pizza we weren't going to eat, he argued back and forth like a child who refuses to admit they're wrong. Then he had the audacity to offer to sell us a $10 cheese pizza -- as if we should pay extra for his mistake. Asked for a refund and was hit with " I'm the owner and I can't do a refund on something that was YOUR mistake" It was arrogant, prideful, and completely unprofessional. The whole interaction screamed, "I care more about being right than keeping customers." If this is how the owner handles a simple mix-up, I can't imagine how he deals with real problems. We won't be back, and now I finally understand why the owner works ALL the time by himself, can't keep any employees or returning customers. Please go to the Pizza Factory on 7081 N Marks Ave for better food and customer service
