The young gentleman that works here on the weekends is very sweet and helpful. Pressed juices are my favorite! VIP membership is highly recommended!! Their ingredients are clean and there is so much variety everyone is able to find a drink they like.

Visited this past weekend and purchased the celery juice 5 for $25. The juice was yummy and the price point was great! Customer service was 5/5. I became a VIP member which took about 1 minute to sign up. I also got to pick an item for free just for joining! Great experience all around!

This is a wonderful place to get energy shots! I buy açaí here it it sooo good I recommend this place to everyone! The people that work there are awesome! The protein drinks are good so is the mushroom jerky🩵💚💜🧡💙❤️!

We love the açaí bowls ! The fruit is always fresh and they are usually fast unless it’s lunch time. The juices are great too. The customer service is a hit and miss depending on the individual that is there. Don’t let that stop you from trying it out

The most interesting thing was the advertising of the cowboy colostrum bowl!!! I had to stop myself from laughing out loud. Maybe a new name would be good. The irony was astounding as colostrum is a very specific thing and definitely doesn't come from cowboys. Maybe it's for cowboys idk. I sent a pic to my family and half of them were laughing and the other half grossed out. The ones grossed out had children. Anyway this store is odd but seems to have a alot of good healthy juices and eats. Happy cheese comes from happy colostrum!!

We went back to get the correct juices and not once did they apologize for the mistake. By day 3, two of our vanilla almond milks were spoiled and were not able to be consumed. We picked these up on Sunday and by wednesday nothing should be spoiled. It is very disappointing that we spent $300 on these with all of these problems.

Great store, great juice and food. One star comes from them claiming they "can't look up" your loyalty account with a phone number or email. You need to download some app, give them all your info, then show a QR code. Yet another example of a company that makes doing business with them hard on their customers. If you want a business to thrive, make it easy on your customers, even if it's a little tough on your employees (who are getting paid, after all). The owner will respond to this review with something amounting to "we're sorry but that's the policy," but nothing will change other than losing a customer ✌🏽

Worst experience ever. First time here. Did my first pick up order. Got there early. Only one person working which was fine. I asked about my online order and she was like “it’s in the fridge” I looked and nothing. I told her and she’s like what’s your name? I told her and she looks at her receipt and said no I don’t have it. I said I placed the order a hour ago for a 2:00pm pickup. I’m just early. 5 minutes later she found my order. I asked how long will it be? She said I don’t know. I have a bunch of order ahead of you. Not apologetic. No customer service care. At this point the 6 customer ahead of me has left. I was the only one left w/ my husband then another lady walked in. She could have easily said hey give me 2 minutes and I’ll grab your order now since it’s just you here. I felt like I was inconveniencing her. Her face looked like I’m tired and get out so she don’t have to work. Never once smiled. Her faced looked like a Debbie downer. I asked for a refund and she told me since I placed it on the app then that how I need to get my refund. I asked for her name and she refused. She then had the audacity to question me why I’m wanting her name. So I told her because I’m calling to complain about her. She said No. I have no idea how this girl got hired. This happened on Sunday 10/20/24 at around 1:50pm. The girl was a African American girl. I told Pressed Juicery on the phone that I will not return to this store if that girl is working there. Worst employee ever.

Came in for the first time, and experienced terrible customer service. Def not going back. Cashier was Aalaysha (Lala). Couldn't even shop in peace. Felt like she kept trying to rush me out of the store (wasn't even close to closing time). She seemed irritated that someone was in the store or that she had to work. For a business with a competitor down the street (Nekter), customer service is a crucial and determining factor in retaining/attracting repeat customers. For this reason I will continue to shop at Nekter like I've been doing for years. Pressed Juicery will not see me as a customer again.

I don’t recommend this place for fresh juice. I went there for the fresh juice, but the girl give me small bottle of juice for $11.95. They don’t have the juicer machine at the location. If really wanna to enjoy the fresh juice there’s only one place in Fresno “ nectar”.

Ordered door dash for an asai bowl. Door dash was great but the asai bowl was watery and so very small. Not worth thw price. Will never buy from here again. Do yourself a favor and go to Rio, same price, taste great, 3 times the size and not watery. They just don't open on Sundays. 😞
