Today, I tried the winter special lobster bacon roll and lobster bisque soup. Both food items taste delicious. I would recommend those items for anyone who likes seafood.

I ate at Sizzler in Bakersfield while traveling through this past Sunday & was very pleased with my food & the service. I ordered the steak & unlimited shrimp. My shrimp was freshly cooked, my steak was seasoned well & my baked potato was really good but the best part was my server Michelle V. She was on the ball. I never had to wait for a second or third (I know!) plate of shrimp or a refill on my soda. She was on it. Somehow she knew to bring a soda refill to go with extra ice without my asking for it. She must have remembered me from a previous visit. I don’t write reviews very often but I wanted to this time to say I love Sizzler & what a great server you have in Michelle V.

The Sizzler Restaurant in Fresno,..according to Bon Appetit is the highest rated Sizzler in the chain! So when Platypus Pete needed to send 6 of the little nasty Plateaus down to The Hook & Hook Ranch in Fresno, I was all in to go with him, just to eat at that Sizzler! 5 ☆☆☆☆☆

Sizzler - Newly Remodeled, April 1st 2025 I came here with my daughter's best friend & her son & her aunt & it was my first time ever coming here to this Sizzler so I got the (Senior Salad Bar) & a drink. The 🥗 salad bar was very good with different kinds of salads & the 🌮 taco station to plus some different kinds of 🥣 soups & other kinds of food also & then after that you can enjoy the dessert station a long with the 🍦ice cream machine. Don't forget the cheese toast (all you can eat). This Sizzler is so beautiful & it is so clean!Thank you & ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s 😎👍

Great food. The salad bar is amazing. If a person isn't very hungry and is interested in some finger foods with a salad. That's a great option for kids as well they have chicken nuggets and spaghetti along with other items

May 24, 2023 My boyfriend took me here for dinner. We both ordered the unlimited salad bar. I absolutely love their salad bar (plenty to choose from to build your salad or there's even a taco bar area) & clam chowder soup which is my fav. Everything was so delicious. Will definitely be going back here next time I'm in town. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was chill. Highly recommend.

This restaurant is 1000% better than the Visalia store. The food was hot and fresh. The salad bar was plentiful. The choices were also fantastic. This includes their Tomato/Basil soup. However, is does taste a bit like spaghetti sauce watered down. The wait staff were quick, and friendly. The staff had to keep up with the salad bar cleanliness. Some parents have absolutely no control, or no desire to tend to their children. These kids destroyed the food areas. I recommend not going on any day a football game is being played. Obnoxious and rowdy customers actually yelling in the restaurant during the game. As for the store, please install updated Point of purchase equipment. Focus on touchless POS. They do offer a 15% military discount. Thank you

Visited West coast sourdough for the first time today. The food was good but sandwiches didn’t have enough meat and they charge $0.25 extra for each added Vegetable. (Even the pickles were 0.25 each) I got the French roll it comes with roast beef and my fiancé had a pastrami, total cost $32 only got 1 meal a combo. The atmosphere was great, very clean and great decor.

First time there and they were very helpful with ordering. Ate indoors and food was brought to us. Forgot to bring my salad and no napkins. Not comfortable eating my salad off of paper. May return for takeout only. 4 inch sandwich meal.

The BLT was BAD!! The bacon was totally undercooked, lousy shredded lettuce and I paid $1.50 extra for 3 small bites of avocado.. The French Dip is very good!

Of all the steaks I have gotten they all had way too much pepper and the mashed potatoes had too much garlic. When I was young I have had steaks that were extremely good. I'm not sure if it is just the current management that has the food so seasoned. I enjoy the service and the atmosphere but I suggest that you tell the staff that you like the meal less spices. I am nearly 70 and everything I eat I have a lot of sensitivety to everything.

I just cannot find myself coming back to Sizzler unless the world ends and it's the only place to eat... Customer service was up to par but the food prepared by the cooks was the worst thing that restaurant had to offer. I'm not sure what they call BBQ Ribs but they were so salty, they were inedible.. The steak was mid-rare when it was requested well done. Overall, they could do better... Place was clean though.

The only reason i am giving 3 stars is the cleanliness of the salad bar and the customer service. As far as the salad bar food i would rate a 1 or 2 the hot food was not hot and the quality is not there. Chili beans are for sure canned with no extra seasoning.

I had a disappointing experience with one of the employees at West Coast Sourdough. She had AirPods in and seemed to be on a call while taking my order. She didn’t listen to my full order, which led to mistakes, and her overall dressing and presentation didn’t look professional. This really affected the quality of the service.

The amount of money that you pay for the food is absolutely not worth it, the salad bar is subpar and it's all just the cheapest version of food not even the wings are worth it. This was a sad lunch for me. There's better food in the same block.

The food was horrible the only thing I liked was the shrimp and steak the rice tasted like it was made with toilet water. Even the soup had a weird aftertaste the chicken wings were hard and had no meat on them mostly just bread. The soda was good tasting better than a liquor store despenser. The salad bar was okay I was expecting better taste from some of the noodle salads had a blend aftertaste. The cheese toast was kind of burnt.

I don't recommend- I went to Sizzler to celebrate my birthday with my sister and husband. First of all the salad bar was a mess and mostly empty, I had to pick through what was there. No wings, understandable, so we waited, once the fresh batch came out I got about 7 for me and my sister to share only to take a bite and see they were still bleeding. My husband ordered the bacon burger, the cashier asked if he wanted medium rare etc. He received his burger and took a bite the meat did not look like real meat, and the sear mark looked like it was painted on there. Needles to say I was so disappointed. The dessert bar was awful I did not get any. I did talk to the lady stocking the salad bar and told her the chicken was raw and it could make people sick, she took it back to the cook. Terrible place, I had a horrible experience, I felt robbed and did not enjoy my dinner.

Food is cold the customer service needs to be improved significantly; I have more of 20 years on customer service and barely like to input feedback but in this case is really necessary; if a customer returns to the staff their food, the properly procedure is reemplace the order not heating up in the microwave specifically when is chicken

We have always enjoyed Sizzler. Loved the remodel, it took care of the noise issue in the place. We hadn't dined inside in a while, we have just been ordering delivery the last few times we had gotten food from here. I got a coupon recently that required a dine in visit, so we decided to go this week. We arrived yesterday and the place was empty. I believe 5 other tables. We have never been to Sizzler and the place wasn't packed. This should have been a warning to us. We ordered our food, 2 steak(medium/well) & lobster with loaded baked potatoes. The food came out super fast. We noticed that the guy that took our order, was also bussing tables and he also brought us our food. He bussed 2 tables while we were there and there were a lot of tables that were dirty and were never cleared while we were there. Very odd. So to the food. We got 2 pieces of toast. They came out looking just sad. They were not fully cooked and greasy as hell. One of the steak and lobsters was cooked fine. But mine was not. It came out rare, very rare and it was so tough on one end. It was just such a poor quality cut of meat. My lobster was not fully cooked either. It was cold and so fishy. I brought them home to cook them more. This was a mistake. I ate a few bites and could tell the taste of the lobster was off, so I tossed it. I should have sent the stuff back, but I never saw staff until we asked for a box. We just wanted to leave at this point. I was sicker than hell all night. Lesson learnt. We used to love Sizzler. Never had a bad meal there, but last night was a disaster. Our table was being harassed by several flies as well. This was puzzling as well, flies in winter has to be a bad sign. No one checked on our table to see if we needed anything, until we wanted to leave. And it seemed like one guy was running the register, bussing tables(or trying to)and bring out the food too. I don't see us going back again or ordering online again. Not after this visit. No wonder the place was empty.
