This review is specific to the N. Blackstone location. When you go to Subway you expect to get a good sandwich made to your specifications at a clean franchise and that's what I got. But what stands out at this location is the employee who made my sandwich. She was very friendly, funny and took it in stride when I kept changing my mind on toppings or told her one thing when I meant another. I was going to go for a burger but I'm glad I changed my mind.

Food was good the they need to clean the drink machine. There was bits of black stuff floating in the clear drink I got
This location had numerous issues. Not even going to start listing them off. The main thing was the staff. While still very nice they wouldn't listen very well. When trying to ask them questions they wouldn't answer or would interrupt us. We had to ask the same questions multiple times, not to mention from the photo I added they didn't take very much care for food itself. The picture was what the sandwich looked like right after opening it. I go here maybe once every couple months and most of the time the experience is like this. It's just the closest location to our house.

This Subway on Blackstone & Dakota has to be one the worst in Fresno, the moment you walk in it's very humid and warm inside. The store itself is a dirty mess and the staff is very lazy in their duties to keep a clean store. The rest of the state and other Subway's in Fresno have completely opened up and are offering indoor dinning and use of the restrooms. However this Subway hasn't bothered to reopen as their dining room and restroom have been closed to for months. The service is very slow and subpar, in all honesty avoid this Subway location and go to the one on 3073 E. Shields as the service is fast and prompt and the store is clean. In short this store is disgusting and should be shut down.

Second time here and the service was horrible. The first time I let it go thinking that the staff member was just having a bad day. I decided to stop by again and it turns out that they are just RUDE!! They keeping saying that they don’t have certain ingredients, that the app does not work for points/rewards, and when preparing the food the staff members keep touching their clothes. A guy before me was trying to use a coupon and the staff member said that they don’t do “coupons”, but that’s a lie, last time I was there a lady used one (about two weeks ago). The area is also not the best, but for them to treat every costumer in a “defensive way” is unnecessary. Overall horrible service!!! Please go to another subway if you can. There’s also a Chipotle near by and a McDonald’s, great service there.
If I could give a Zero I would ! The most rudest people working here with no manners + Dirty and they don’t even have a manager also on subway guest support center on the website it says there is no restaurant with this zip code !! No one should order from this place!!!

She also forgot to put lettuce on a sandwich mobile order from a customer that called to complain about it. She then acted unfazed no care at all. This is embarrassing for subway.
Workers handle money and dont change gloves they open the subs and flaten them and grab all the handles with the same dirty gloves. Smells bad in there.
Came in at 12:15am the guy doesn’t even know what he’s talking about when it comes to the subs. No name tags on either employee the girl flat out ignored me and my friend when asking for a lid. The guy was on his his phone talking to someone the entire time. Worst service ever!!!
There was a lady employee working at 3:43 am , oct 16 at night . I was having a online pickup order and she refused me to use the restroom, 0 stars for customer service and long wait time for the order , this was rude , try another subway please
I often see spoiled bits of food mixed in with regular food. And sometimes they leave lil bits of plastic film wrap in the food. They should do a better job making sure the food is safe. My girls wanted to use the restroom. We are paying customers. They told us No. Wouldn't give us a reason why. I've seen other people use the bathrooms here. I should have asked if my girls could use them before I paid them. I woulda gone somewhere else more friendly.
I went during the night shift. The food was good, but the cashier had a very bad attitude and seemed unwilling to help. That kind of attitude affects the overall experience. They should speak with her to improve the service.
I wasnt sure if I was going to complain or not but im still angry about what happened. The lady behind the counter refused to use my coupons on YOUR app saying every coupon was for online orders only. The day prior I did the buy 3 get the 4th free. Was told I had ro fome back tomorrow. Alright no big problem. So I did. We get there and the lady not only doesn't know how to redeem it she then has rhe audacity to tell ke the other 2 sandwiched we payed for did not count towards our next buy 3. She didnt give us a reciept for anything just charged us close to $40 and basically told us we were SOL with being helped further.

After calmly explaining that fact that yes I can have her the young lady turned around and continued on ignoring me so I just walked out!!! Not cool subway do better service animals are in fact allowed in!!!

In addition, her behavior toward customers is consistently rude and unprofessional. She frequently displays hostile body language and gives customers uncomfortable looks, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. I raised this concern with another employee, who informed me that similar complaints have been made by other customers and that management is already aware of the issue but has not taken action. Due to the ongoing hygiene and customer-service concerns, I am reporting this matter to the appropriate health authorities for review.

One of the worst subways I've ever been in. Friend and i stopped for lunch and this lady slapped my sandwich together so quick and drowned it in mayo. She was more friendly to the non white customers taking her time....I shall never return. Thanks Subway

I was there two nights ago with my son, and there was two ladies there who were very unprofessional, with a very much nasty attitude, but the one that is the most nastiest is the light skinned Mexican one who the manager said her name is Lonnie. Well, this person makes the visit to this subway uncomfortable every time. Instead of tending to you right away as soon as you walk in or greeting you at all, or even acknowledging you verbally, she stares you down and goes behind the counter and hides behind the divider that goes to the back room and she'll give you nasty facial expressions which is disgusting to have to look at every time you go in there and she'll wait about 3 minutes before she finally walks up to you and asks if you want anything or if you're ready to order. She has this demeanor about her that's just gross and to top it off she's hideous on the outside which makes her ugly inside and out. Every visit to the Subway has been negative whenever she's there but this last time went over the top because it was her and this other Indian girl who wears glasses who were teaming up together and not tending to me for like about 5 minutes before they said they refuse service for no reason just because they wanted to have a nasty attitude and I was being polite and kind and I called the manager Daisy and asked her to look at the cameras so they could see what I'm saying and she said they're unable to do anything because the owner doesn't do anything at all even after getting multiple complaints about that exact individual, and that maybe negative reviews will spark some action on the owner's part. Other than that, this Subway is great and I have been coming here for years for me or whoever else I get Subway for.
