The broth is the star here—perfectly balanced and packed with umami. I tried the tonkotsu ramen, and the melt-in-your-mouth pork belly was a delightful touch. The noodles were the right level of chewy, and the toppings were fresh. Service was friendly, and the portions were generous. A great spot for any ramen enthusiast looking for a satisfying and comforting meal!
This place is one of the best ramen I've eaten in Fresno area. Service is really good and fast. Staff are pretty friendly and nice. Come and try and you'll never regret. Try and enjoy.
It was sooo good! All the food was amazing, my group all got different types of ramen and every single one was delicious!! I recommend it all! The service was amazing and they are all so kind and attentive! Plus they have cute decor, what's not to love?
I absolutely love this place! Service is amazing and the food is so rich and authentic!
We had a table of seven for lunch. Plenty of room and very attentive server. Folks who got the rice dishes were surprised by the flavor. Four of us got ramen and each was impressed by the flavor they ordered. Fresh, hand made food and a pleasant time overall. Btw, best Raman I’ve had!
This place is the best me and my dad come here all the time they have really great fried rice and delicious ramen the people here work really hard and are really nice I woul d 100% recommend
The original ramen bowl has the best broth. I highly recommend this restaurant. You won't be disappointed.
One of the best ramen place in town! Highly recommended! The curry mixed with pork cutlet was just fabulous combo. Great service and atmosphere!
Excellent Japanese food and attentive service, and a wonderful ambiance (casual). We ordered the house ramen (tonkotsu) and a bento box (pork katsu). All items were delicious. We will definitely be coming again!
Best Ramen place in Fresno. My boyfriend and I are regulars, we just enjoy it so much! The food, the service and environment is always delightful!! Love that you can pick the noodle thickness, base and overall what you want in your ramen (which there are many inclusions to pick from) , everyone I’ve recommended to go here loves it! Trust me it will not disappoint.
The house ramen is delicious. I got the green chili butter & the hubby had garlic miso. Both were so good. The place has limited seating but don’t let that stop you from going. Seriously good eats here
My friend and i ordered the house ramen along with these freshly made green onion pancakes. The service was fast, and the food was delicious. Definitely recommend grabbing the house ramen with spicy miso! Will be coming back soon! :)
First time coming here and was happy with it. The food was delicious, great place to come with others for a good meal, Ramen was enjoyable, service was great, enjoyed the guy who served us, he was nice enough to open the door for us when we left, definitely coming back and recommending this place to others.
Best ramen I've had in Fresno.
Definitely my go-to ramen place in Fresno. The traditional broth is flavorful, unlike other ramen places in town. The garlic oil is great and you can also choose your ramen noodle. Very fast and friendly service!
Really great ramen place in Fresno. You can choose how much salt and what kind of noodles you want. There's so much customization. The gyoza is really great too. The egg noodles are soft but hold together. The customer service was great too. One of the best ramen in fresno.
Best ramen in town so far; unless you like salty, I could recommend the "normal" saltyness level. The chicken karage appetizer is wonderful as well. Light fried with a good flavor! Spicy miso ramen is the best here
Good ramen the tonkatsu base was very rich and flavorful!. If your coming after their break be warned their times stated aren’t followed they open closer to 5 then 4
We came for dinner in a slow day. We were warmly greeted when we entered and quickly shown to our seat. Service was great and we didn't have to wait long for our food. Food was delicious and flavorful. We both ordered Spicy Miso Ramen and we shared tempura shrimp appetizers. Definitely worth another visit.
Everything about this place is AMAZING. The food is very flavorful and delicious, the service is fantastic! Kayla is the best waitress ever. And the atmosphere is so cozy. This is always my go to when I want some comfort food. Especially on a cold day! Give them a try, you won’t regret it.
Amazing 10 out of 10. They had the best tonkatsu broth ever. Pricing was very good we spent $15 per person. The decor was all very cute and the staff were very nice and helpful. This is a must try!
I think this was my first ever Japanese ramen dish. I ordered the house special with the spicy miso. Very pleasant taste but based on the one dish I would say I like pho better. Nice ambiance, kind server, fast service, great presentation and decent restroom. Not being familiar with these dishes I don’t care to lower their review score based upon my cuisine preferences… so 5 stars for now. I will return to sample some of their other offerings. Note: the OSB board paneling works brilliantly in this place.
Food is excellent and the service was very good and friendly 👌 We had a great time. If you love Ramen noodles 🍜 visit.
This place is small and has a few very unique items on the menu. The ramen (of which there is only one base, hakata-tonkotsu) I had was very good and I liked being able to customize the noddle firmness, the saltiness and oil for the bowl. Some of the more unique topping items you can get are fried fish skins as well as dried shrimp (which were not available at the time of my meal unfortunately). I liked the flavorful broth. Its exciting to hear that this place will soon be getting other different types of noodles. I'd for sure need to come back once this happens.
I came here after hearing about a promotion that happened during the weekend. When you first walk on its very cute and plenty of seating. One area seems quieter and more relaxed and the other near the bar type seating is brighter and a tad louder. I got the custom ramen with hakata noodles, tonkotsu broth with the chasu pork and some other toppings. The noodles were cooked just right and the broth was so savory and delicious. The pork was tender and the kimchi was a good tang to the dish. Super happy with the service our waiter always made sure we had water and drinks. Overall great experience and I can't wait to come back. This might be my new go to spot
This is easily best the ramen place in Fresno. It jumped to number 1 in my wife and my opinion when we learned they actually make their broth the traditional way over a 12 hour period. Surprisingly, they seem to be one of the few ramen places in town that does that. Fresno has such a strong Asian cuisine tradition. Why the standard weak broth for most other places? Needless to say the taste is amazing. Also since it’s pre-made, it’s a quick turn around from ordering to having food on the table. On top of that it’s a good price for a lot of food. It’s about $10 just for the ramen without extra toppings. Great taste. Filling food. Short wait. Cheap price. It’s rare you find a place with all of those qualities.
The food was delicious and came out very quickly. We ordered build your own ramens and a chicken katsu rice bowl. The server was very attentive and accommodating. My 3 yr old played musical chairs in the super roomy booth the whole time we were there, and all we got were smiles. I'll definitely go again when in the area.
Had great ramen here last week---the 2nd time every trying ramen. Pros: love the ordering system, you are given a menu, they have other non ramen items, terriyaki type bowls, tempura apps, etc, but to order ramen you fill out a little menu slip with all the options clearly spelled out. I love this for ramen newbies like me. There are still so many things to choose from but you don't feel overwhelmed or on the spot, you can take your time. I really enjoyed what I ordered but I will make a few tweaks, like if I'm not ravenously hungry, I will ask for less noodles and more broth, the traditional miso broth was so yummy! Also I will ask for extra green onions. Great little spot for conversation and tasty ramen!
I got the curry ramen. Honestly one the best I've tried. Location was well kept. The employees were so kind I didnt even know they were closed until i asked they told me not to worry and continue eating i didnt feel rushed at all. It was my first time there and they recommended things to try out as well. Will be my new ramen spot
Great Ramen! A little different as you order everything separate for your bowl. The flavor and presentation in the bowl however is excellent!
We brought our friends from Hawaii to try the ramen. We also ordered the karaage chicken, which was delicious, too. We'll be back! 😊

Just found this place today… what a jewel! SUPER great service, extraordinarily flavorful ramen (satisfying textures, too), and conveniently located! I’ll be returning. :-)
Had ramen for the first time there. Our waitress was super patient made recommendations and now I love ramen!!!! The food is soo good! Portions are generous, vibe is cool!price is right!
It was so good and peaceful in there. Quite a nice atmosphere. 10/10 one of the best ramen places i have been too in while.
The food is so delicious. The flavors are diverse, subtle and so so good. We tried several things but the kimchi fried rice and the hatch chili butter soup base were excellent. Respectable spice level. Super friendly service. Easy to highly recommend.
Its just a little whole in the wall. The race car decor is fun. The Ramen was so delicious. I got the spicy miso with chicken and my husband got the garlic ramen, no protein. It was so good, I didnt need the protein either the Ramen was really delicious. This is our new favorite.

I found this place to be ok. I tried the ramen, eel bento box, green onion pancake, and the chicken cutlet curry. Overall, I've had better experiences with the ramen and the curry at other local places. For reference, I prefer the ramen at ramen hayashi and the chicken cutlet curry at Tamari Robatayaki. It wasn't bad here, but it wasn't better than the other locations I've been to and overall I'd say it was alright. There was plenty of parking, the service was good, and the atmosphere was alright.
Excellent, the quality was top notch. One of the best ramen spots in Fresno. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The only drawback is the fact they charge extra for ramen staples like egg, bean sprouts, corn ect. The more addons you choose the more expensive it gets, and it gets expensive fast!
So excited to have found this gem of an authentic ramen place offering up the traditional ramen taste, ambiance and menu. The spot is tiny, can occasionally get crowded but the service is fast. They have a quick and easy ordering process with an easy to follow menu. You choose from 3 different broth flavors, 3 different noodles and an arroy of addons. The shrimpballs were fantastic, great flavor and texture. I opted for the curry miso with shrimpballs, mushrooms , eggs and garlic oil. The broth came out nice and hot. The kimchi as an appetizer was amazing, I actually recommend adding it to your broth for that extra kick. Overall great taste & reasonable prices & great service.

Me and my fiancé we’re looking for a nearby ramen spot on Sunday and decided to try somewhere new which was here. We were overall disappointed with the entire experience compared to most Fresno ramen restaurants. The menu was a little confusing for the custom ramen, but we got through it. The ramen came out relatively fast. The broth was ok, but overall very plain. The charsu tasted good. Toppings are pricier here compared to many other places in Fresno. There was two different radio stations being played simultaneously. At one point both radios stopped and it went into complete awkward silence for a few minutes. The music choice was pretty somber and sad for a place to dine. Overall, you’ll get a much better experience price wise, quantity and quality elsewhere in Fresno.
Seen this place open up so I decided to try it. As soon as I walked in there was no one in the front so I decided to look at the menu, the server walks up to the front desk where the card reader is and just get in front of me without even saying excuse me or anything so I just step back and decide to wait. I waited around 5 minutes before he finally came back to help me. Looks like his English is poor and I had trouble understanding him so I just ordered the house Ramen bowl. Food came out quick and tasted good but for the amount of food served it was on the pricy side. The second server that took the 1st servers place does speak English well and is well mannered so thats a plus but probably won't be back again.
I was expecting a different kind of ramen noodle. The noodle almost seemed like a soba and definitely wasn't handmade like Noodle Q. Flavor was good and sides are shareable. Small seating space and they were out of some items. I'd like to try again with both harder and softer noodles. Hopefully they can up the quality of the noodle.
Back in Fresno; meaning: back to trying a new Ramen shop. This place was the nearest to me after an earlier errand, so I decided to give it a shot. The ambiance was casual and typical for a Japanese establishment. I happened to be the only patron at the time so there wasn't much of a wait time, considering there was only one server. The prices seemed to be a little much for a smaller establishment, but I wasn't too picky at the time. I got a "Make your own Ramen" option with a side of Gyoza and was given chopsticks for both; needless to say, I asked for a fork. The food was good but average and some of the toppings had a different look than how it was advertised, but still good regardless. It was about halfway through my meal when more patrons started to show up, but my server was still attentive to me when needed. The problem came when I had to pay: I was charged an extra fee for using a credit card even though it was authorized as a DEBIT. When asked to change it, the server refused and when I tried to ask for a copy of the receipt, he took forever to come around again and when he did, he didn't seem to understand what I was asking. He finally did, but ended up giving me the original receipt without the charges. Again I asked for my charged receipt, but he seemed to ignore me and attended to the other patrons, which was starting to get slightly more busy. Overall this place is a definite 3/5, mostly due to the end service.

I ordered the Gyoza and build your own ramen. Personally, I'd say it's "Japanese inspired". The gyoza was soggy, unlike that of typical pan-fried gyoza. I still ate it while hoping the ramen made up for it. The noddles for my ramen, egg noodles, felt over cooked, it lacked the springiness and firmness of other ramen noodles I've had beforehand (from my 12 years of living in japan). The Char siu i included was quite sweet, throwing off the balance of my ramen. Additionally, the bamboo I ordered in my ramen was cold and tasted as if it was freshly drained from a can. Honestly, I couldn't finish the ramen and just opted to just pay and leave.
I didn't like this place at all. I had the house ramen. The eggs were entirely unseasoned/unmarinated, and the chashu was poorly seasoned. The broth was just okay. The server barely spoke English. This place is only steps away from my home, but I'll drive to another place for decent ramen.
We ordered ramen, fried rice, and chicken. The chicken was barley cooked and the the bacon on the fried rice was also undercooked the only thing that good-ish was the ramen.
This place smells horrible and I saw a mouse in here! Dirty! Avoid!!!!!
Do not come here if you are vegetarian. They do not get the concept. I ordered the vegetarian spicy miso ramen but it came with pork and fish cake slices. My wife even told the waitress to make my dish vegetarian. When I asked why my vegetarian ramen came with pork and fish cake, the waitress said the broth is vegetarian. Other meat dishes were not good. Rice for the tonkatsu dish was leftover and still cold. The other ramen dish, the noodle was still clumped together. All this after we waited for a long time for our food.
