This location is bit more of a corporate atmosphere if that’s your thing. Lots of fascinating drinks on the menu that I haven’t seen anywhere else so I’ll definitely have to come back when I find myself in the area. I couldn’t catch their name, but whoever was on bar pulling shots and steaming milk, from one barista to another, they were an absolute rockstar. Orders kept coming and they were efficiently completing drinks while setting out others to expo.

First of all 10/10 for my experience at Ascension Coffee in Frisco! Even though I only had coffee, I enjoyed every moment. Juan was my waiter, and he was super patient with me, especially since it was my first time there. But let me tell you, when I walked in and saw ERIC with that welcoming smile and vibe, I knew I was in the right place! I went with Juan’s recommendation and tried the horchata latte and wow, I don’t know who gave him the secret, but he hit the nail on the head because I LOVE horchata. The drink was perfect, and the overall atmosphere felt like a home away from home, which made it an ideal spot for my work session. I’ll definitely be coming back soon, and I’m already looking forward to it. It’s places like this that make getting work done feel like less of a chore. Stay tuned for more, because next time, I’ll be diving deeper into the menu!

I really enjoyed the breakfast sandwich, which had a nice mix of flavors topped with a flavorful sun-dried tomato sauce. The sweet potato squares were crispy and delicious. The horchata coffee was incredible. However, the Sunrise Bowl didn’t hit the mark for me—the yogurt was kind of bland and lacked sweetness. On the plus side, the staff are friendly, and the place is clean with comfy couches to relax on.

10/10 recommend for every area of service. Best lattes I ever had!! We got the salted caramel iced latte & horchata iced latte. Really great customer service, the servers were all so nice & immediately friendly. Thank you Ascension!! They gave us a warm family vibe and were so patient. We will definitely come back when we’re in the area again❤️‍🔥✨

I had a great experience here. After being in all the other locations before, I decided to stop by here after a meeting and have some brunch with a coworker the staff was very friendly. I enjoyed my omelette and Carafe of mimosa. Absolutely recommend coming here for a good bite to eat, but also they have amazing tasting coffee.

Really great place to have a nice cup of coffee and some food for brunch. My wife and I both had veggie sandwiches. She had a matcha latte and I had an iced latte. The service was great as was the food. Great atmosphere. We'll be back! Update: Back again and the food is amazing! The bacon and egg brekky was very tasteful. My wife enjoyed her avocado toast with matcha latte as well! Would highly recommend!

Good ambiance. Free wifi. Decent atmosphere if you need a place to chill at the Star District. Don't care for their coffee...they do have a great Espresso Martini.

We got invited to meet friends here. Had never heard of it. It was a great surprise. Will definitely go again. Good selection of coffee and other drinks. Avocado toast was excellent.

I ordered through uber eats due to the reviews on the bad customer service. I feel like it’s the perfect way to avoid that. I did order the steak hash, it was delicious. The coffee was really good as well, I do want to try this place in person to see if the reviews were spot on with the bad customer service. I did order a white chocolate mocha, and I did think it was a bit too sweet even though I did add another shot to it. The steak hash had honestly the perfect portion of peppers, sweet potato,potatoes and steak. It definitely kept me full for quite a bit. Overall, I would order takeout again.

Good coffee shop in the Star, they have good coffee collection, my favorites are - cortado, espresso, horchata latte, cappuccino & matcha latte. Their almond croissant and weekend special Cruffin are delicious. They have good breakfast options. Their sitting area is very good. If you work within the Star premises you get a discount as well. Better than Starbucks coffee.

Disappointed. I really liked the ascension shop in Addison so when I saw this one, I had to try it. Turns out they only do table service, you don't order at the counter. The inside is cosy enough. Small terrace outside. Unfortunately, the coffe was so so. Not hot enough. Moka not chocolaty enough. Latte not foamy enough. Overall, I am disappointed. I will stick with the one in Addison.

I am a coffee lover, so my review is purely based on the three coffee drinks I tried and the service received. As usual, I try different cafes when I have time. I ended up coming to this cafe today with a couple of others. We stood in line to order drinks, but when our turn came, we were informed that we could sit and a server would come to the table. It took a long time for someone to attend to the free seating table. We ended up ordering the holiday flight and some lattes. I requested a half-sweet and extra hot drink, but both requests were taken but when I received the drink felt like ignored. The server who attended to us didn’t have any good hosting abilities. Overall, the taste of the drinks and the serving attitude made the visit worthless. However, the atmosphere is good and welcoming.

I saw at least 3 people handling my coffee before giving it to me. With so many people at the espresso machine you would think the coffee would be ready faster. They weren't even busy, I don't why you would need more than 1 barista per cup. Food is good specially the price, and service is always welcoming and warming.

I have given you guts multiple tries to see if it’s accidental but your matcha is actually horrible. This time was actually the worst it’s been. It genuinely tastes like straight whole milk with a hint of matcha.
