The food was good. There are quite a few sides and different desserts. My kids said the chicken strips were better than Cain's, so they really liked them. They are a teeny bit spicy, but definitely not too much.

Food is good but you can tell the employees do whatever they want and do not care who is around. From being on FaceTime loudly in the lobby then taking their phone around the back, to 5 of them hanging out front, one with the blanket, and then talking bad about their manager in front of customers when she told them to come inside. Once inside it is unclear if they washed their hands but blanket girl decided it was a good time to play with her hair that was down while leaning on the Togo area. As someone that is heavily aware of ServSafe standards, it is clear that this location needs much training and/or a manager that can better lead. All staff of duty other than the counter person failed to provide a clean and professional environment.

I want to give this one a 5 star so bad but cannot. We've been here twice so far and do plan to return. The food is delicious and on par with every other location, including the Carolinas. The chicken does have a little (Cajun) kick so be wary if you don't like spicy. The fries are delicious and so are the other sides. The first time, a wonderful older gentleman greeted us with such a positive attitude! He even gave us free cookies to sample and they were delicious! The second time, there was a younger girl who was talking on her personal phone the entire time we were there. She opened the window and was talking to a friend. Told us to move up after a bit of waiting, still on her phone and now 2 cars waiting with number 3 right behind us. She then brought two bags outside and seemed to forget something and didn't come back until 5 minutes later. When she finally gave us our food, she was still having her own conversation. I hope the service is more like the first gentleman moving forward because the good is great but some staff is extremely unprofessional.

Ordered in their app for pickup in the evening and tried to go to the front to pickup but the doors were locked. I ended up having to wait in the car order line for 15 minutes to pickup an order that already was done... Super frustrating. Note to others, don't bother ordering ahead through the app. At least the food was still tasty, albeit a little cold from the wait.

New location. They only have chicken tenders or sandwiches (breakfast or dinner sandwiches). I was disappointed that they didn't have real chicken parts as I have heard a lot about bojangles and wanted to experience more than just tenders. I ended up just getting a chicken biscuit which was still good (breakfast served all day). The potato rounds were probably my favorite. If I'd known you only get 4 in an order I would have ordered several more.

I haven’t had Bojangles in over 15 years when I was driving though North Carolina. I didn’t think they had them in Texas so when I saw the signs I had to stop in. Service was GREAT, food was ok (wish they offered gravy as a dipping sauce after breakfast hours tho), and the bathrooms were super gross. Both bathrooms smelled (and looked) like people had just used the floor instead of the toilet 🤢.

This was my first time ordering pickup at this location, and unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed. I don’t usually leave negative reviews unless I genuinely hope the management will use the feedback to improve. I ordered a Chicken Biscuit Combo. When I walked in around 10:50 am, the store was not busy, but the customer service experience could have been better. The employee at the counter appeared low-energy and did not greet me with a smile. A more welcoming attitude would go a long way in creating a positive first impression. When I gave my name to pick up the order, she located it but did not verify the order details or confirm the items with me. This is an area that could be improved—double-checking the order with the customer helps ensure accuracy and prevents issues. After checking the bag myself, I realized my Celsius Peach Vibe was missing. When I mentioned it, she looked over the drinks and realized they were out of that flavor. There was no apology offered, and I was simply told that only orange or other flavors were available. It would have been better to inform me earlier and offer an apology for the inconvenience. It may also help the store to monitor inventory more closely, especially for popular drink options, to avoid running out. Overall, I believe the store could benefit from improvements in both inventory management and customer service. I truly hope this feedback is helpful because I do enjoy the food and would hate to see another location struggle or close. I plan to give it another try and hope the experience improves.

Ordered a chicken biscuit on a blueberry biscuit. Biscuit was burnt chicken was undercooked and lukewarm. I’ve had this at the Wiley location and it was phenomenal. They didn’t even add the frosting to the biscuit. Took two bites and threw it away. The cashier was very pleasant but that was the best thing about the visit I guess.

FRAUD WARNING this location will steal your money went to this location, no one was taking orders at the front. was ignored long enough to download the app, place my order, put my payment information in and no employees even acknowledge my existence. after 10 min I asked about my order and was shrugged off, 15 min and asked for a refund and was told no they dont do refunds by a extremely hostile and belligerent manager, asked for a number to call to get a refund because 20 minutes still no order, manager refused stated there is no corporate number or ways to get refund again being hostile, threatening, and belligerent. gave me a recipient and told me to call it but I would still never get my money back. They stole my money, they will steal from you as well

Not sure how one can manage to mess up a singular order of fries, but this location has truly proven that anything is possible. I asked for a regular fry with light seasoning—a simple, straightforward request. I confirmed my order at the window, only to be flat-out lied to and then met with attitude when the mistake was addressed. It was obvious no fresh batch was made, despite that being standard for light seasoning. Instead, the request was ignored out of sheer laziness and lack of care. I went back through the drive-thru to correct the mistake, and the manager had the audacity to request that I pay for a new batch of fries. Unfathomable. After confirming my order at the window and receiving something completely wrong, being asked to pay again is beyond unacceptable. This level of incompetence, paired with poor customer service and management, is astounding.

The honeymoon phase is over here. All of their employees that were good and kind have moved on. The staff that remains is rude and the food is mid. Typically, you’re the only customer for the entire building and somehow they’re still short with you or act like they’re Put out by your arrival.

Well, you can use the biscuits they serve as stones and build a house on it. Eating here made me appreciate Popeyes on 380 and that’s lowering the bar to 0.1 . Do better !

I don't think we've ever had an accurate order from here. On this latest visit, we discovered after arriving home that the two chicken biscuits from our order were missing. Our order was for a total of 8 items, so 25% of our order was unfulfilled. I called the restaurant numerous times, only getting through hours later. I explained what had happened only to be told I could come back tomorrow and they would provide me with the missing items. I asked for a refund. The employee said they could not provide one over the phone, that I would have to come talk with a manager. I think I'm done with Bojangles, which is sad because their food is the one good thing about this place.

This was our first time here. Wanted to give it a shot. We ordered chicken strips and a chicken sandwich. When we got home, there was no chicken on the sandwich!! How do you forget the main ingredient of the meal?! The food that we did receive (chicken tenders w/side of macaroni) was mediocre. I’d rather eat food out of the frozen section of Walmart. Will NOT be returning!

You guessed it. The service is terrible. Today, 1st time being in this place ever (anywhere btw) and step to the counter, cashier was pleasantly surprised by us (no other customers in entire location). Zero energy to provide basic service, honestly I felt she didn’t want to even serve people, maybe drive through could have worked better for me. Had to ask for utensils, ice for cups and lids and straws when time to go (if this is normal I’m not a fan). Food and location were beautiful. Terrible for the poor hiring in this location otherwise would be outstanding. Went in about 11am, maybe a bad time to go. Hope this helps someone decide otherwise or impresses the right manager to improve staff. Thanks for reading.

I have visited this locations multiple times because my entire family thinks the food is great. Every time we come there are issues with the service. Sometimes they are out of stuff or tell us they are no longer serving breakfast in the morning. They are consistently extremely slow. We have given them multiple tries because we just like the food that much but today it was completely insane. We waited for over 40 minutes before we ended up just asking for a refund. Apparently they were out of biscuits but there was absolutely no communication about that. I honestly would of been happy with my food without the biscuits. We were trying to eat in so they could of even brought the biscuits out after but no...no communication just nothing. They even attempted to avoid eye contact and when we asked for a refund there was no apologies...nothing. it sucks because we like the food but this was the final straw and we won't be coming back. There was another customer who said she waited for over 10 minutes to even order. I wish I could say it was an isolated event but it seems this location just has major issues. The staff is not friendly at all in fact they are kind of rude.
