Came here the other day with my friend! It is such a light and airy coffee shop with tons of greenery and a great place to relax and work on your laptop or catch up with friends. The seasonal drinks were so good!! And the staff was so sweet! I had never had masubi before and I really enjoyed it!

Kona Reserve is a great coffee shop with some nice food options. The beans are grown in volcanic soil which makes their regular coffee bold and unique. Nice area to sit and relax with ambient music.

Coffee & Food: I got the Chai Latte, and it was sooo good! Plus, the way they serve the drinks is really cute. I was kind of shocked at how tasty their musubi was. I tried the Shaggy Dog and salmon musubi, and both were on point. The shrimp tempera is crispy and way better than I expected for a coffee shop. Definitely coming back to try more of their food. Environment: This place is super cute and chill. The Hawaiian theme for a coffee shop is a cool touch. Overall, just a great spot to kick back and relax. Service: The staff was really nice and knew their stuff. They explained the menu and gave me great suggestions when I asked for drink recs. Solid service!

Friendly service, yummy Chai Latte. Liked that I was asked if wanting my Lemon Blackberry muffin warmed up, wished all coffee places did the same. Clean place with free Wi-Fi, highly recommend.

I really loved the atmosphere, good coffee, and nice interior. This is a good place to study or chill with friends. The drinks and foods were all tasty and reasonably priced. Internet connection is very fast and is unlimited as well. It was very quiet and air-conditioned. If you’re up for a fresh place with a beautiful atmosphere then this is a must to visit.

The atmosphere is awesome. This is a place where you can enjoy time alone or with a friend or friends. I enjoyed my time at Kona with my husband, son and his girlfriend. Now it was our first time here I ordered the Kona Mocha, I was disappointed 😞 it lacked flavor Normally I order hot coffee or cold brew anywhere that sells it. This time trying something different. It didn't taste like anything again first time so my disappointed won't keep me away. My son who is a huge fan of Matcha lattes he was disappointed as well his tasted more of milk. This is his favorite drink, it lacked flavor. His girlfriend has the almond milk latte she said it was pretty good. My husband had toffee, Kona he enjoyed it. My son and his girlfriend had bagels with cream cheese, salmon, capers their favorite breakfast sandwich. They gave 5 stars they enjoyed it very much. My first experience wasn't bad just my drink, this will become a favorite place because the atmosphere is awesome. Staff is friendly. I will try the smoothies and other coffee choices. The music in the background is wonderful, there were a few people just hanging out sitting on their laptops either alone or with someone enjoying their conversations laughing and smiling. Certainly a great reason to return and give them another chance. I really like this place. I will add pictures of my son's salmon on bagel. Along with pictures of beverages. I don't have pictures of mine because I tossed it in the trash. But again will be doing a second try.

Good spot to visit with friends. They have a variety of options and the staffs are super friendly and open to explain any questions about the menu or the taste of some of some of the options they have on the menu. Just came in for a coffee one day, so not so sure about the food they have. The coffee shop is also located in a nice spot, within a plaza. Plenty of open parking all around.

My daughter went to get a Matcha drink a little while ago and while she was drinking it she said the Matcha tasted horribly bitter. (She was literally looking for some sugar in my car.) Even though she asked for lavender syrup in it there was barely any syrup in the drink . The staff should be properly trained to make the drinks according to what customers request. We wasted our money here. So pity ! Never coming back here for Matcha again.

When you get real Kona coffee in Hawaii, you feel like it's the best coffee you ever had. This place isn't even near that, it's just average, and the food is overpriced. 8$ for a skimpy breakfast sandwich with a precooked egg and no cheese. For a place with the name Kona, I would expect a lot more.

Coffee tastes way better than other chain Update 8/4: Try Avacado toast if you are here along with latte. Very tasty. Unfortunately A/C is not working. Just be aware if you are planning to sit and enjoy the coffee.. and no fans also inside.. Update from 3/9/23: Ordered latte and chai latte, all 3 of them are just half.. this is not good. Am reducing the stars. Since we saw after driving, could not get chance to get to talk to them..

Came here three times. This time was disappointing. Walked in at 3 on the dot (Monday Feb 23rd) and the Asian or Spanish boy with the black hat denied my wife and I food because the kitchen was “closed”. Turning down an order after we drove so far for that specifically and deciding not to make business is a weak move in my opinion. Fake smiles don’t make the situation better. I highly doubt the kitchen was closed already. I’m sure if the white girl with the light eyes was working who actually has a heart and is kind, the situation would have been handled much better. Oh well.

While trying to get a quick breakfast on my way to work ordered a croissant and cream cheese. The sign clearly said 3.60 they charged me 3.99. Plus tax I brought it to the cashiers attention and said there is nothing that can be done. I got handed my croissant in cream cheese. The croissant was cold and stale and the tiny tin of cream cheese as soon as I opened up smelled terrible as if it had been sitting out for weeks. Don’t plan on going back. It’s a shame since It’s conveniently located to my home 1/3 Kona reached out and made an honest effort to fix the situation glad they made the changes so it hopefully doesn’t happen again

We drove 30 min today to visit this coffee shop. A lady staff at Barista with piercings all over her face & with pink & purple hair took our order. She was very rude and showed extreme racism while we placed our order. We visited this place many times and never had this experience with other staff. Additionally, she made the worst coffee we ever had at this place. Kona Reserve should consider firing such extreme unprofessional staff to give good customer experience and ask them to be polite with everyone.
