Great place for quick online order and pickup. Been coming here for over 10 years. Obviously, if you're ordering from here sometimes they have a wait but don't lose patience when your picking up a $5 pizza. I haven't had any issues with any team member here. Easy and quick lunch, dinner for families or singles. Love this place and their low cost pizza!
This was probably the best pizza I’ve had from any little ceasers location. I did call before I placed my online order just to make sure they were open. (drove here before when they were supposed to be open, and weren’t) The girl that answered was nice, and when I picked up my pizza I had the same great experience from the worker. Pizza tasted and looked great. I got the COD combo
The current manager has really helped to improve service. While they do sometimes get behind during rush hours (Friday and Saturday nights), they are quick during slower times. I always call my order in ahead of time and it is always ready at the time promised and an accurate order. I wish I knew the gentleman’s name who helped us today. He’s taken our order many times and always makes sure it’s perfect (we love extra sauce and extra cheese)! Delicious pizza at an incredible price...will be back again soon!
Service was awful. We were given a 10-minute wait time, but we waited 3. For 4 hot and ready pizzas. When asking the staff about our wait time after waiting double the time that they gave to us, they just stared at us like we were crazy. Then they ran off to the back and we didn't see them again for a while. The pizzas were hot and fresh, though. Well cooked.
New people new problems. LITTERALLY RAW DOUGH. NOT COOKED LONG ENOUGH AT ALL THE BOTTOM IS WHITE. ITS SUPPOSED TO BE A PRETZEL STUFFED PIZZA FOR $10 NOT AN UNEDIBLE DOUGH WITH CHEESE AND PEPPERONI. THE GUY REFUSED TO PUT IT IN LONGER TO COOK IT ALL THE WAY, REFUSED TO REMAKE, REFUSED A REFUND. ITS A PRETZEL CRUST ITS SUPPOSED TO LOOK LIKE A PRETZEL THE THINGS SO SOAKED IN OIL ITS DISGUSTING LOOKING AND NOT EVEN DONE COOKING. THE GUY LITERALLY JUST TRIED TAKING MY PIZZA BACK ENTIRELY AND TRIED TO JUST HAND ME A PIECE OF PAPER WITH A NUMBER TO CALL. WHAT THE HELL? SO THEIR SOLUTION IS FINE: YOU DONT LIKE IT DONT HAVE IT AND YOU CAN CALL AND COMPLAIN TOMORROW IF YOU REACH ANYONE. THANKS FOR THE MONEY HUNNY. ATTITUDE I ORDER SOMETHING I EXPECT TO GET WHAT I ORDERED AND IT TO BE ACTUALLY COOKED AND EDIBLE. TRIED A PIECE OF THE CRUST AND ITS DISGUSTING. YOU COULDNT CONVINCE ME FOR A SECOND ITS COOKED. I COULDN'T BE MORE UPSET. WERE ALL HUNGRY AND IVE SPENT MY HARD EARNED MONEY ON SOMETHING WE CANT EAT AND WERE ALL DAMNED HUNGRY. IM NOT PAYING FOR A PIZZA FOR THE DUDE REFUSING TO COOK IT ALL THE WAY TO FINISH COOKING IT TO EAT HIMSELF WHEN I LEAVE. THIS IS BS. Old review Super yummy perfectly made pizza! Quick pick up.
I placed an online order on 7/23, in my error I placed it to the wrong location. I was on a lunch break in a different city, I immediately try to close and cancel before it was complete. The order went through, I called the location and waited 20minutes on hold before anybody answered the phone. The rep who answered spoke Spanish only, she did not understand anything I was saying, I asked her to get me someone else, I even had to use the little bit of Spanish I knew to get her to partially understand what I need. She said the manager is the only one who can process a refund and she would be in the next day, that's all I got. So I called my gf to translate and before I connect the call she(the employee) disconnected. So I had to call back and wait another 20mins. Meanwhile I before disconnecting i can hear the other phone ringing and her talking to someone so I'm confused what everyone was doing.i called customer service, the rep takes my information and says will reach out to store manager. Fast forward to 7/24 i call the store for an update, the man who answers tells me the same thing, the manager is out and will be back tomorrow. He was also unsure why the prev person told me they would be in that day when the manager was coming in the following day. So I call customer service again for an update, to my surprise no update and they are also taking down my info again to send to the store manager. Here we are today 7/25 and i have had no update. Ive had to cancel orders before for a similar reason w little caesars and never had to jump through this many hoops. It was like they dont wanna refund. Atp its not even about the money but more so the principle. Its the unprofessionalism of having customers on hold 20mins before the call is picked up, not speaking any english to accomplish the task needed. When i say no english i mean none. Then 3rd how is it no employee knows when the manager works. Honestly this isnt the 1st incident with this location but will be the last. I dont leave reviews so that should tell you had bad my experience has been for me to leave one. I spent money on an order i never received
Ordered the “Extra Most Bestest” sausage pizza, and what I got looks more like a cheese pizza with a topping suggestion. I counted 19 pieces of sausage—if you can even call them that—awkwardly tossed around like someone got bored halfway through and said “eh, good enough.” And if you thought it couldn’t get worse—surprise! The other pizza wasn’t even fully cut. I guess I paid for the pizza and the prep work now. Who needs convenience when you’ve got Little Caesars’ signature “do-it-yourself” experience? This isn't a rare occurrence either. This location consistently delivers low effort, low quality, and apparently low sausage count. At this point, I’m convinced “Extra Most Bestest” is just a prank they play on customers. If you're craving disappointment with a side of regret, this is the place.
Restaurant staff fulfilled my online order by placing an old pizza that was sitting in the warming oven in the pizza portal. The manager walked away from the counter when I came in and I had to argue with them to make another one. They then didn't bring out the new pizza until I had to argue with them to bring it out. No apologies.
Not only was my delivery wrong but the way the pizza is sliced is ridiculous. This is sad if someone did this on purpose and even more sad if someone doesn’t know how to cut a pizza. Do better. This isn’t a company problem this is a whoever is on staff at the moment problem. They should either stop being lazy or get another job because cutting pizza is apparently not a skill of theirs. Or reading a delivery order. The receipt said pepperoni pizza and this person put a Hawaiian pizza in a box and then put the sticker that said pepperoni pizza on it. Employee of the month does not go to whoever made my pizza.
After finally getting someone’s attention, the woman that took my order must have been on something. I asked for a pepperoni hot and ready and some crazy bread. Charged me for 2 crazy breads. Already annoyed, I just accepted it, only to find out when I get home that it was a cheese pizza. Come on guys. Be better.
THIS LOCATION IS DEAD! This location in Frisco used to be very good but it has become so bad that the last order was for 4 items AND THEY MESSED UP ALL 4 ITEMS ON THE ORDER! The pizzas were room temperature, had clearly been sitting out for a LONG time and was not even cut into slices and was not even the correct KIND of pizza. The garlic cheesebread was disgusting because it had been sitting out so long the cheese had become rubber. Nothing was edible. And as if that wasn't bad enough, the crazy sauce I paid extra for was only 1/4 full. The quality has gone to absolute garbage at this location and LC doesn't even care. My complaints were not even addressed. AVOID THIS LOCATION! (I'm not going to say avoid all LC locations at this point because it is possible it's just this one mis-managed location, but definitely do not patronize the one on Rolater Road in Frisco.)
I ordered through the app, and it happily charged me and told me when my order would be delivered. But an hour later, I got a message telling me the order was cancelled, and that I should call. So, I did so, and their agent told me that the delivery driver related that the location was closed. I had a hard time believing that, and to be honest I was pretty rude to the poor CS agent, and I wound up driving to the location to see what was going on. Sure enough, it was closed with a sign on the door saying the AC is out. Ok... so the store really is closed, but the Little Ceaser's app is still taking orders. Long story short I now have to wait 10 days to get my money back, which honestly is preposterous and only adds insult to injury. When I arrived at the store, there were multiple other people there trying to pick up orders, so I'm sure I'm not the only unhappy customer. I get it: it's hot, and it really isn't fair to expect people to work next to a blazing pizza oven without AC. Things happen. But absolutely when this sort of thing goes down and you have to close your store, you absolutely should not keep taking orders online, that's just nuts. I mean, you are charging people the money and not delivering the service. That's basically theft. Beyond that, it's just a really cruddy customer experience; how many customers won't order from them again? I know I will think twice.
Don't expect to get greeted with a smile, hello, how are you, or any basic customer service. I came in about 25 minutes before close and smiled at the man at the counter and said hello. He glared at me. Like I'm an inconvenience for coming in instead of treating me like a guest. The entire experience. He looks like the manager. If this is how the manager treats his customers then I can only imagine how he treats his employees. I requested one cheese and one pepperoni pizza. He then started opening the warmer and trying to get me to take the pizzas that were in there instead of making my order. I had to tell him 3 times. If it was just me eating, I probably would have gotten one of the other pizzas but I have picky kids. He walked around lost for several minutes before ringing in my order. I have never felt so unwelcome in my life. Just to make sure it wasn't just me, I tried again with a smile and told him to have a wonderful night. It wasn't me. It was him. He didn't say anything back, didn't smile, didn't acknowledge me. I don't like saying this in reviews because I feel like people take this as "I'm better than you" but in this case it needs to be said. I have worked in restaurants since I was 16 years old. I've been in every position there is from host, dishwasher, server, cook, to general manager. This is NOT how you treat your customers. We remember the small things like this and will never give you our business again.
I walked in wanted classic pepperoni pizza, middle eastern older guy with mustache said I just put out a extra pepperoni pizza for a dollar more do you want it? Being that I was on my lunch break I said sure (didn’t want to wait) so now that I actually look at the pizza not only doesn’t it have extra pepperoni but it’s really old and greasy. I know for a fact he tried to get more money out of me by lying. Hopefully he goes out of business. Terrible will never come back
Don’t usually write reviews, but can’t believe the experience I just had. Just ordered a $100 worth of pizza for my daughters birthday party (9 items). They delivered 8. No biggie. Called them up to let them know and the lady in the other end stated “we counted the items, so we know they were delivered”. Basically suggesting that I lied and that all 9 were delivered. I let her know that we ordered 9, but only got 8. She suggested that I come in and pick up the other, but of course I had them delivered because we are hosting a party. She said she would get her manager. He offered to give one free pizza if I ordered 2 in the future, which I’m pretty sure is a normal pickup deal and that he isn’t able to refund a partial order. What??? Makes no sense. Can’t believe they would insinuate I was lying and then offer me a regular menu item. I would recommend steering clear of this place and go to Dominos instead. Never had an issue there. I will not be a customer of little Caesar’s in the future.
They don't know what they're doing. People go to Little Caesars for one reason only - Detroit Style pizza. Detroit style is where the cheese is all melted up and caramelized on all of the edges. You get this crispy chewy cheese and sauce sensation that is unique to Detroit Style pizza. When it's done right, it's very good. However, the pizza I got tonight had zero cheese at the edge. And even several inches of dough not even covered. The whole pizza was a fail based on what Little Caesars advertises. I've had more than 1 bad pizza from this location and despite it being a few blocks away, we've only gone there about once a year since we moved here. We've had undercooked pizzas way too often and pizzas like this one that fail to follow what must be the franchise recipe. I doubt we will ever go back again. They just don't know what they are doing.
