Food is top notch, every bite is full of flavors and freshly made. If you're not familiar with the spice levels and need spicy go for medium first then up from there. Spicy is for real spicy 🔥 they're not messing around. Service ranged from good to great, depending on the server. Atmosphere - depended on the day. Saturday was the liveliest we saw the place. Friday and Sunday afternoons were quiet, no music, barely any people around, but lots of takeout orders so kitchen keeps busy. I would definitely suggest going here. We had several dishes and they were all delicious.

Recently visited this place and had chicken biryani and chicken fry piece biryani. Chicken biryani was good in taste and liked the flavour but the fry piece was very dry and bland was expecting something different but did not reach the expectations. I hope I will get good taste and flavour during my next visit

Guess I should've read the reviews more thoroughly but I thought I'd rely on my past experience instead. Prior to placing my order today, I hadn't visited Mirchi for some time. I ordered the Chicken dum biryani, vegetable samosas, and garlic naan. The chicken was very small chicken pieces, mostly bone, whereas, prior it was whole pieces of chicken. The samosas were dry and hollow. The naan, just okay. Overall, disappointed. Definitely not reflective of my previous experiences. Gave a 3 star only because biryani flavor was there and naan wasn't amazing but not bad (until I re-warmed it and it was chewy)

We went for dinner , Chicken majestic was good and Kabobs are good but Mandi is not up to the mark - I didn’t feel like Mandi at all rice was Biryani rice not Mandi rice. service was very bad it took 30mins to take the order - overall service was very bad they need to improve a lot on service. staff was Friendly though .

The front desk staff at the restaurant greeted us with a smile and promptly seated us at a table. The menu offered a wide variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, and the ambiance was calm and pleasant. However, the service was below expectations. We ordered both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes to accommodate a group member who preferred vegetarian food. While we were nearly finished with the main course, the vegetarian dishes had still not been served. It took almost an hour to receive the crispy corn and vegetable biryani. Upon inquiring with the server about the delay, we were informed that the chef had overcooked the dish and had to start over. Unfortunately, we were not informed of the issue beforehand, which would have allowed us to cancel or order an alternative dish that could have been served sooner. In terms of food quality, the dishes were a mixed experience. The Masthan Bhai Mutton Biryani looked appealing but lacked flavor, and the meat pieces were tough and rubbery. The crispy corn, on the other hand, was enjoyable. Overall, the lack of communication regarding delays and the inconsistency in food quality made for a disappointing experience. I hope the restaurant improves its service and ensures better communication with customers in the future. As of now, I would not recommend this restaurant.

The food tasted fine, and it has an open bar. But the service is horrible. Went during a Friday night, and the crowd for dine-in and pickup was way too much. Yet they had only 2-3 people to serve. Plus they forgot all the dishes, and even our check after asking multiple times. Few people with their children were waiting for long hours too.

I came here after seeing their reels on Banthi Bhojanam, but I left disappointed. There is a huge gap between the social media presentation and the actual taste. It feels like basic quality testing is missing in the kitchen. I hope they start focusing as much on their flavors as they do on their marketing.

Terrible food. There's no taste or flavor. Biryani is just white rice with some pieces, and absolutely no biryani flavor. Appetizers lack taste and just oily. I really don't know how this is in business. I'd avoid this place, you have many other options nearby.

One of the worst thali experiences we’ve had. If the kitchen isn’t equipped to serve a proper thali on a given day, it would be better to clearly inform customers instead of offering it. We paid $15 for a chicken + mutton thali, but the quality was extremely poor and the quantity insufficient, to the point that we couldn’t eat it.

🚫 Worst Biryani Experience in Dallas – Please Avoid! I recently ordered two biryanis — Meghana Biryani and Vijayawada Boneless Biryani — and it was honestly one of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had in Dallas. The quality was extremely poor and felt cheaply made. Both biryanis were overloaded with artificial colors, and the chicken pieces were tasteless, and of very low quality. I actually felt lucky that there were only a few pieces in the box, because I couldn’t even finish what I got. The rice in one biryani was too hot, while the other seemed reheated and stale. It clearly showed that the food wasn’t freshly prepared. What made it worse was that I had clearly mentioned the order was for kids, and the staff assured me they’d take care — but the result was completely disappointing. The food was full of artificial coloring and unhealthy ingredients. If you care about your health or taste buds, please don’t visit this restaurant. It’s honestly the worst biryani I’ve had anywhere in Dallas. I rarely write reviews, but this experience was so bad that I had to warn others — don’t waste your money or risk your health here.

Ordered a goat dum Biryani for to go but they have given a burnt goat boneless biryani. Upon calling and verifying, they denied initially but eventually they had to accept the mistake that they swapped order with someone else. But the food what they served was burnt totally and still they are serving the customers with same food. At the end they replaced the order but as a customer I don’t suggest to go and waste your valuable time and money here.

Sorry to say, but Avoid this place if you want to eat good Indian food I would rather cook @home than come here not even one single dish was good. They just deep-fry every appetizer no sauté no gravy nothing. I'm shocked to see how they manage it. The interesting thing to know they close their Kitchen at 2 pm. Not well maintained, orders were taken quickly but for billing, no one shows up had to call them. The staff was friendly. We ordered - Apolo fish dry deep fried Chicken 65 completely dry and deep fried didn’t sautéed. Chili pawns same as pictured dry Gongura Chicken Biryani Ghee roast mutton Biryani. For owner - when we were eating one girl came and asked us if we would like to order anything else since we are about to close the kitchen and it was 2pm when she said. I love Indian food and know about every detail and been to india many times so I know how Indian dish looks and taste like. Deep fried chicken and prawns that’s what u served when we ordered chicken65 looks like u don’t know what chicken 65 taste like. I don’t write bad reviews for fun I’m just being honest I’m giving this review based on what I ate and experienced. U if agree or disagree doesn’t matter. But I hope you make improvements so you have a good business.
