Great place and food. Maybe it looks like a very simple sandwich but this is it greatness. So simple and so delicious. One of the best choices so far I have ever taste since I arrived this city. To go or dine it, always Chick-fil-A is a good choice

I love using the app to pre-order & pay. All I have to do is mark that I’ve arrived (I like to go in to pick up my orders), I’m there for a few minutes, usually under 5 minutes and off I go with my order. They’re great about their level of order accuracy too, no issues on our part.

Great as always at any Chick-fil-A. Second visit to this location (1st time 2020) in Collin County as we have eaten at the other places. Came here to get the seasonal chicken tortilla soup along with grilled chicken sandwich etc. Food was served very quick before we even sat down. That's fast. Most customers use the drive-thru for Sat lunch hour. Somewhat different layout that other locations, see photos. Plenty of parking so beware of the don't park here signs just off the property on east and south directions. See sign.2020: Another great setup. A new location completed this year. We usually eat at one closer to home but drove here for the adventure of getting out of the house during Covid-19 virus crises. Very short time to take our drive-thru order as they had 3 people out on drive taking orders. It was ready very fast. Order was correct so we were well fed.

This Chick-fil-A is fast and consistently well run. The staff is kind, friendly, and works efficiently, even during busy times. Orders come out quickly, the food is fresh, and everything stays organized. They clean regularly, which makes it especially nice for a fast-food restaurant. There’s plenty of seating, so it’s comfortable to dine in without feeling crowded. Overall, it’s a dependable location with good service and a pleasant atmosphere!

I like this Chick-fil-a. Great service, great food! As always but I had to circle the building almost 3 times to get to the drive through. They need better signage to show how to get to the drive thru but other than that, prompt and efficient service!

The service at this Chick-fil-A is outstanding — honestly better than what I’ve experienced at some top restaurants. The team is friendly, attentive, and quick to serve. Everything feels well-organized, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. It’s rare to find this level of hospitality in a fast food places. Definitely one of the best dining experiences around.

Really juicy chicken sandwich with pepperjack cheese and waffle fries on the side that are fresh, hot, and crunchy. Also, I got their diet lemonade and a free chocolate chip brownie as an app reward for my birthday! Just visited the restaurant again. Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with cheese and waffle fries. UPDATE Jul 2023: If just the people we saw at lunch at dine-in and drive-thru wrote an honest review this store would be a 5+ star. The crowd was all over inside and outside. Many families with small children were enjoying themselves. The staff was very very busy but always seemed to have time to get drink refills, clean up the place, empty trash bins, deliver orders outside, etc. And we still found some shade south of store for awhile. 100+ degrees today. We came for the free brownie and stayed for entire lunch. FIRST VISIT Jun 2023: Come on folks. You rate this a 5 star by your presence for weekday lunch with friends and family. Lot of folks in/out inside and thru double lane drive thru. Staff was moving and shaking taking care of lots of folks. First time at this location but we have been many a one in Collin County. Doing errands in area so worthwhile to take advantage of discount loyalty club offer. Sign up. Small feature they have regular trash cans as opposed to ones that open by sensor. I just want to dump my trash and not wait for sensor to open. Don't tell anyone but we found a shaded parking spot south of store. Worth the short walk to have car in shade. 100 deg plus.

Great chick-fil-A. Service is always nice. Has a play place for the kids which usually good. Sometimes some of the other kids are like wild animals rather than children that know how to behave, but if you can get past that and everyone plays nicely on the play place, then you can have a good time.

Nice location and clean chick-fil-a. It has many tables to sit around and also has a small kids play area. The grilled chicken sandwich was not warm thus food require some improvement. There are plenty of sauces available and chipotle special sauce is the favorite. The staff were nice and friendly. Loved their seasoning for chicken but quality manager should look into the warmness of the sandwich served.

Every time I go through the drive-thru at this location, it seems there’s always an issue. Not only are the sauces frequently missing from my order, but when I order a large fry, half the container is filled with broken bits and crumbs—clearly the remnants from previous batches that weren’t cleaned out properly. It’s incredibly disappointing. Maintaining basic food quality, like serving whole fries and not scraps, shouldn't be too much to ask. If I hadn’t already made it home, I would’ve gone back to have this corrected. This seems to be a recurring problem at this location, and it's frustrating as a paying customer.

This place either gives great service or horrible. I guess it depends. Today they ended breakfast orders at 10:09 AM through delivery. Not sure if that’s new but it doesn’t even let me order the lunch menu until 10:30. Probably loosing a lot of money right there alone.

I am writing this review, since my salad orders were incorrect in two visits back to back. I customized the Cobb salad both times, and both times, the order was put together with wrong ingredients. I will need to check my order before I leave from now on, if I will return to this location.

Drive through, the lady took order looks like robot, no smiling, no greeting. Chicken nuggets, some big some small and one even make me feel it is a chicken skin accidentally dropped in. I counted, and yes 12 pieces including the tiny ones. By the way, the nuggets are over cooked, very dark brown.

Excellent service. Poor drive-through experience. The drive through gives people the opportunity to cut the drive-through line from the front even if you’ve been wrapped around the building waiting. It needs more cones so people cannot do that. Happened to me three times now.

I usually have great experiences at Chick-fil-A, but this visit was disappointing. I went through the drive-thru and was given the wrong order. I asked for grilled, but received fried. Mistakes happen, so I politely asked for it to be corrected. At first, everything was fine, but once I asked for the sauces that were forgotten in the new order, the attitude completely changed. It felt like they were blaming me for the mix-up, which was unnecessary. I called and spoke with the manager, Markel, who said he was actually the one who bagged the order. He apologized and said he would address it, but since he allowed it to happen in the first place, I’m not confident that he will. Definitely not the level of service I’ve come to expect from Chick-fil-A.

I placed delivery at : 12:40pm Delivery was at: 1:10pm I drove up there at: 3:50pm (when I was free to do so) I ordered a $12.35 salad to be delivered to my work place. I also had a $1.50 small order fee, gave a $2.00 tip (since I normally get good service from the drivers) & had free delivery. As I started to dress up my salad and dive in for my first bite there was a small roach in my salad. I took 2 pictures and a video and called the location on Lebanon & Tollway where I ordered my salad. I spoke to a lady and advised that I just ordered a salad for delivery & there is a “bug” in my salad. I inquired about either a new order or refund & I suggested that I bring in the salad for them to see. The rep said she will check with the director to see what can be done. The director told her to tell me that there was no need to bring in the salad just come in for the refund OR meal. Once I got there, I told the wonderful cashier that I would like a meal replacement instead of a refund. This was my first meal of the day (I was surviving off of coffee), so I wanted food instead of money back at the moment. The meal that I requested instead of another potentially contaminated salad was the spicy chicken deluxe meal which was $11.02 with tax. At first Ava, the director, said to the associate that I can only get the sandwich. I then said “why can’t I get the meal when it is considerably less than the salad”. The cashier went and got assistance from a coworker to inquire about my reservations. The additional associate went to ask Ava, the director, about my inquiry. The additional associate then came to me to ask if I brought the salad in and I told her the person on the phone said that I didn’t need to bring it. The additional associate rang me up & had the audacity to tell me I owed .43 because I got a lemonade with my spicy deluxe meal. I said okay well give me my full refund and I can pay for my meal. I then pulled out my app and told her I paid $12.35 for a salad, what is there a balance owed for? I suddenly didn’t have a balance owed. Why did I have to beg for a CHEAPER, meal? Why would I pay more when I should be getting a refund or meal replacement anyways? This was a horrible experience & my very first with this location. I was treated as if I was asking for too much because they provided me with a $12.35 Cobb salad with a side of roach, a $1.50 small order fee and $2.00 tip ($16.99 total) & I wanted a CHEAPER meal🥴. Ava needs training and her associates do a better job at trying to assist with a customers needs more than she does. Not once did Ava come out of the kitchen to assist with my order. She sent her associates back and forth as she gave her orders & stood in the kitchen looking at fries. Ava is a terrible director and needs additional training. Kudos to the associates doing the job that Ava gets paid to do💜! Update: I brought the salad and food back when I got off work (did not touch it) so that Ava could see the roach in my salad that she so desperately wanted to see. The energy I got from Ava definitely made me want my money back & I will definitely be reporting her. She went to the back to talk to someone acted as if she didn’t see the roach like it wasn’t stuck on the salad that was still on the fork. Maybe she needs glasses or contacts to better support her poor eye sight. I got my refund, but I definitely won’t be dining here anymore.

My friend placed an order online for breakfast at 10:22am i get there at 10:25 am to pick it up for her. Just 2 items in her order. The store is busy Saturday morning i get it. The cashier tells me “we aren’t serving breakfast anymore” I repeat the order was placed before the breakfast time finished. She then walks away! So i keep waiting. Theres 3 other customers complaining about the same thing!! Only 1 of them got their order which she told me she placed at 10:23. They go and cancel the order online and have no decency to even tell me. I worked at restaurants before and even when orders were placed 2mins before CLOSING time we had to fulfill them. This is not how things work. It is not my fault you were too busy to complete the order before the “breakfast time” was over. Fix your damn ordering system and don’t allow to place orders after a certain time if you can’t make them.

I love chick-fil-a but boy oh boy can this location not get an order right. The last three times I have gone my order has been wrong. The first two times were through the drive thru ordering there and the last time was through the drive thru order on the app. First time I ordered a sandwich with just lettuce and pepper jack cheese. What I got was tomato, pepper jack cheese, and pickles. I lost my appetite and didn’t even eat my food. One of the nuggets also looked like it had a bite taken out of it. The second time they only got the cheese wrong, not the biggest deal but still annoying. The last time I ordered on the app so that they would hopeful make the food right. After checking the food I was pleasantly surprised that my food was correct but when I began to eat I noticed there were no sauces. I love chick-fil-a but it’s annoying to not be able to fully enjoy any meal from this location.

Ordered the sausage scramble. Not only was it stone cold but I got what looked like HALF a sausage patty. Asked why I got such a small sausage portion and was told, "that's the recipe". That's not an answer. That reply doesn't even make sense. I repeated the question and asked where the other half of the sausage patty was. The employee just gave me a blank stare. After a long pause, he shrugged his shoulders and said, "That's the recipe". (sigh) If anyone from Chick Fil A is reading this, here is the correct answer to teach your employees what to say when stuff like this happens: "Oh wow, you know what? You're right. That bowl is lookin' a little skimpy. Tell you what, hang on a minute and let me get you a full hot patty to add to your bowl. So sorry about that." Skip this location. There are other CFAs around town that actually serve hot food and don't skimp on portion sizes.

I am writing to express how absolutely disgusted and upset I am after my recent experience at your restaurant. When I opened my box of chicken nuggets, I was horrified to find a cockroach inside the box. This is completely unacceptable and beyond disturbing. I have always trusted Chick-fil-A for its quality and cleanliness, which makes this situation even more disappointing. I’m currently eight months pregnant, and all I wanted was to enjoy some chicken nuggets — only to be met with this awful and unsanitary discovery. Needless to say, I couldn’t eat anything after that and was left completely disgusted.

I've been going to Preston and 121 for years. Their service has been beyond excellent. I moved and Lebanon and the Tollway is closer (unfortunately). I ordered a chicken biscuit, hash browns, and an unsweetened ice tea. I checked in, and if course waited for almost 10 minutes. The employees didn't even acknowledge my presence or asked if I have been helped. Maybe because they were too busy having a conversation in Spanish. If I was in Mexico, I would understand if the location spoke Spanish, but this is North Texas, and I should expect conversation in English from the front staff. Anyway, I got my order and my tea was sweetened, although it was marked correctly. I thought, easy fix. When Preston does it, I get an apology, and they throw out the drink and give me fresh everything, cup, lid, and straw. At Lebanon, I got attitude telling me that it is marked correct. So, after back and forth, the lady pulled my straw out, handed me the lid, dumped the tea, rinsed the cup, and then gave me the "proper" drink and handed it to me. Nothing said. I couldn't believe it! I thought about speaking to a supervisor, but I figured they wouldn't understand because they all spoke Spanish. If you have the time, drive to Preston and 121. They are the best! I would love to talk to the operator of this location! I've spoken to the operator at 121 all the time and had nothing but excellent remarks for his location. The operator at the Lebanon location must not care, because employee performance comes from the top and they set the pace.

Not sure who was the manager on duty at this location on the night of November 15th but crew menbers were rude. The young man working the window was tossing my kids juice and almost dropped it outside of the window. Once I received my food which was a kids meal, they gave me fries instead of the fruit cup I asked for. The young man asked for the fries, as I gave them to him he trashed them and proceeded to get the fruit cup. He slightly shoved it into my hand as if I was wrong. I could hear crew members in the background stating “I’m ready to go home”. My experience this particular night ruined me ever returning to this location. My recommendation is being more selective with your hiring process.

Today I ordered dinner after my daughter’s dance class because it was late. Thinking it would be a convenient stop on the way home, I went to CFA Store 02093. We went through the drive thru and the associate taking our order was kind and thorough. We got our food and as we are pulling away, I double checked to make sure we had a correct order. I realized I was missing a medium fry. I quickly checked the receipt to make sure I was charged. I verified I was. My husband pulled into a parking spot and went inside with the receipt to tell the associate. The cashier inside was training another associate and made my husband come back out to the car, take my kids food that they were eating away, and take everything back inside to “verify” we were actually missing a fry. He was extremely upset and embarrassed all for a $2.49 medium fry. At that point he would’ve just bought another. A very Horrible and degrading decision from the cashier when they were in fact the ones in the wrong for missing something.

Mismanaged. I hate leaving a negative review because Chick-fil-A is normally excellent, but this location has really slipped lately. I recently ordered multiple Cobb salads and they were ice cold, like they had clearly been sitting in a fridge for a long time. A few days earlier, I ordered a bag of ice inside (not through the drive-thru). I paid, waited a long time, and eventually walked out because it never got resolved. The team member helping me seemed like a good kid and was trying to help, but he wasn’t supported. They were out of ice bags, he went to the back to get some, then when he came back to fill it, his manager told him to go back again because that ice was “for drive-thru customers only”—even though I had been standing there waiting for what it felt like over 20 minutes. Just really poor management decisions. Hoping they get things back on track.

I go here regularly But today I was treated badly by the two of the mangers Bcs I complaine about the peppermint ice coffee I bought this coffee before it was beautifully made and sweet, but when I ordered it from here they made me rubbish and the young guy making it looked confused. Order placed 20 minutes ahead on the app, but it didn’t save any time at all. When we arrived to pick up our food, we still had to wait in the drive-thru just like everyone else. There was no difference between ordering ahead or ordering on the spot. After we finally reached the window, we were asked to pull forward because our food still wasn’t ready. We parked and watched multiple cars behind us get their orders and leave before ours was even brought out. When an employee eventually came out, they handed us only three drinks and said, “Thank you, have a nice day,” with no food. I even asked the employee at the window whether ordering through the app actually makes things faster, and she said no. The whole experience defeated the purpose of ordering ahead and was extremely frustrating. I’m hoping this feedback helps improve the process, because the app is supposed to make things more efficient—not slower.

I placed a catering order for pickup at 3:30pm; I arrived at 3:35pm- it is at that moment that they started preparing to fulfill my order. When I should have been walking out the door, I was literally witnessing the aloof manager printing out my order and trying to figure out what to do. If I didn’t have 25 people on the way to my house, at 3:50p- when they were still not done 😑 I would have canceled the $226 order. I will not spend one more dime in this place given the level of service I was given. I have never experienced this with Chick Fil A- extremely disappointing. As a Signature member, I expected great service- not walking out the door 30 minutes later and LATE.

It’s interesting the amount of negative reviews and still no change in management or in staff. My experience was also filled with unpleasant attitude and no desire to find a solution. I have had multiple issues with this location but after this most recent one, I told myself and the store’s management that I am never returning. I literally work next door, and it’s so cool to have CFA nearby but it’s just not at all worth stepping into that negative environment. By far, this is the worse CFA location. Fix it, please.

Worst CFA experience ever! Took 30 minutes for staff to tell me that my order was not processed and did not offer any resolution. Worth the drive to go down the street instead.

Always fun to repeat your first name 3 times to the amusement of the girls through the intercom and have them repeat back 3 different versions of my name while laughing. Mocking and sad thing is I only have 4 letters in my name. WONT EVER BE BACK. Didn’t even order because it was pointless after all of that. Do better for the next person Chick-fil-a

Their sprite machine is not taken care of. Sprite over the last 5 orders have all tasted really really nasty. And since i ordered uber eats i have no way to contact them and let them know they need to resolve issues with their soda machine.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a Chick-fil-A. We ordered our food and waited 15 minutes at a table for it. When it still hadn't arrived we went up to the counter and they had completely forgotten to start the food. They offered no apologizes nor a comp as a way to make it right. The woman bathrooms were disgusting. The play area sign said it hadn't been cleaned since 9/30. We were here on 10/11.

Waiting in the drive through line and they went around our car taking orders but never took ours. Rolled down our window and tried to wave, but the car behind us was waiting. Kept going through the line to order at the window instead and they said they wouldn’t take our order at the window, and that we had to go through the drive thru again because I quote “it would mess everything up.” We have to go through the line twice at rush hour dinner time because they forgot to take our car’s order? Absolutely ridiculous.

Ordered food for my family of five and this is the worst our food has ever been at any chick fil a we’ve been to. The sandwiches were super greasy and the fries were salty! Only good thing was the ice we oldered and drinks. Employees were even using their phones on the floor. Not to mention we weren’t give straws nor all the sauces we asked for. Save your money and go to the one off Tollway and Lebanon.
