I come two or three times week to eat with my coworkers at lunchtime . The place is very clean, one of the cleanest popeyes I've ever been to. The staff is friendly and always smiling ,and the food is super fresh , hot , . BY the way today i got sweet treats for halloween which was great ,it feels like home.
Got the spicy chicken sandwich without pickles. Just like all other Popeyes, this one also doesn't disappoint on the best quality, tasty and juicy chicken breast sandwich. Will be visiting again! Update 1: Got the $5 big chicken box. The fried chickens were very tender, juicy and crispy. Also got the special side of Homestyle mac n cheese which is really tasty, specially the soft but toasty cheese top! Update 2: Had the spicy flounder fish sandwich. This is a really juicy slab of fish, with great seasoning. Can't say aanything could be done better with this sandwich. Also had their shrimp tackle box which is really tasty, crunchy and flavorful! Ordered their Golden BBQ crispy chicken sandwich with cheese and their Golden BBQ blackened chicken sandwich. However they gave both of them the same Golden BBQ crispy chicken sandwich, didn't even say they're sorry. Putting the receipt and pictures. Update 3: Had Their new limited time Ghost pepper chicken sandwich dinner. The flavor n spice was too good. The chicken juicy and crunch as usual.
I wanted to try their chicken wings with BOGO offer but was little skeptical with reviews that wings are too small. Placed order through app to pick up at drive through window. Picked up the food was surprised to see that wings were decent size. Only thing I hated about my order was I ordered Ghost Pepper and Sweet and spicy. I received one plain and one with sauce which was barely spicy! So I couldn’t even figure what I got in my order. Some labelling on the box would go long way!
I didn't know the menu well and didn't want to keep cars behind me waiting, so I ordered take-out from the counter instead. The chicken strips and sides were ready within a couple minutes and sat on the counter until my third item was ready, 27 minutes later. I asked for sauce for my three chicken strips and got one container. For three strips? When I got home, the chicken strips were overcooked and hard, almost inedible, likely from sitting on the counter for almost a half-hour. The entire time standing and waiting for my order to be filled, I observed them having no problems handling the online and drive-thru orders quickly. To me, this means they value those customers before the ones who actually take the time to walk in and order in person. I can understand that, after all it's all about turnover which equates to profit. Just to be fair, this isn't the only Popeyes I've experienced problems with, but they're all located within the same region. I like the chicken, but really dislike the lack of service and timeliness. It's time to go elsewhere.
Why did i get an incomplete online order..first I was delayed at the window pick up that there were frying the chicken..didn't mind the delay...I picked up the order & headed home to Princeton...was about to eat when I saw there was no 2 sides of rice & beans...why, why, why...did that mistake happened..you all had enough time to prepare a simple meal.I don't live on Frisco...why was my order wrong?
I ordered boneless wings from this Frisco location, it was utterly disgusting. I cannot believe this level of disregard for quality and safety of the food produced here. I will not say for certain but what I can say is this tastes like it has been sitting for awhile, the meat has a horrifying stench and disgusting structure too it . I will never order from Popeyes again, terrible food, do not purchase. And will do everything in my power to stir my friends and family away from buying anything at this location, and the entire Popeyes franchise.
Zero customer service except for drive thru young lady. Everyone in the back stare at you when you’re at the register. I finally had to ask the drive thru young lady to take my order. If they don’t wanna work there, they should get new jobs. Horrible service….fries kinda warm..
I give you guys chance after chance everytime I come the service is terrible management haven’t been teach to r talk to customers!!! I’m never coming her again never … I live right by this place !!!! The employees are playing around this store is terrible I wish it get close down to build something better !!! You guys are horrible.. I’m from New Orleans I love this food but don’t waste your money here !!!!
I waited in the drive-thru for 20mins as I was asked to move forward to wait on chicken. I got home and half of my food wasn't even in the bag. I went back up there, waited another 15-20 mins to receive my missing order. I also asked about the bill as I was charged $8 for 3 small sides of gravy. $8 is crazy as most people charge less than a $1 per gravy. The fries when I originally got home were limp and cold also. I was highly disappointed in my experience as this is a place that serves primarily chicken, I shouldn't have to wait so long like I ordered some special entree.
The most aloof and untrained group of people I’ve encountered in a long time. Took 30 minutes to get food in an empty store and the kid who had just taken our order seemed unaware…that he took our order. Truly remarkable show of incompetence.
This is the second time they messed up my order- missed two items 600 points worth and full price each. And the chat offers 250 points- less than half the cost as points for replacement, with no other option than to choose what they offer. How’s this even fair? Is this some kind of negotiation for your screwup, offering 250 points in place of 600 points used up plus the full price of fries. Absolutely idiotic.
The staff were extremely rude and had a very poor attitude. It was obvious that they disliked their job and treated customers as if they were an added burden. There was a staff member wearing a different-colored shirt who appeared to be the manager, but when a dispute arose between a customer and an employee, he simply stood by and did nothing. He showed no sense of leadership or responsibility. Overall, this store has very poor service quality, and the cleanliness of the place is also unsatisfactory.
Sunday 7:45pm on 12/21/25. Someone was inside, but it was closed amd they didn't come to window. Holiday hours on window on show modified hours on the actual holidays. Regular hours show open. Drive through lights were on. Going to contact Popeyes corporate for for this franchise violating open hours policy.
The second time i had an issue at this location. The first incident was over a drink. I told the person that i was ordering with that i wanted a strawberry soda drink. The worker then asked if i wanted a strawberry lemonade. I told him again that I wanted a strawberry soda. He then ask what do i want a strawberry lemonade or strawberry drink. I had pulled through the window and ask if a manager was working. I told them the problem and just drove off because nothing was being handle correctly. This time on 8/17/25. I had order the deal for Sunday 2 pieces of chicken, fries and strawberry drink. A little issue with that. I had told the cashier what i wanted and i guess she didn't understand me. Then the supposedly manager was ask for help. Had attitude like she didn't want to help. I had order and paid for my food. Scan the barcode to get my points for my order. My points was never applied and i didn't have time to work this out, because i had to get back to work. Every time i do go there i never receive a receipt to get my point, So i had decide to use the app to scan my barcode and no points was credits to my account on 08/17/25. I don't know if they keep the tickets to get my points or whatever. That is wrong on so many levels. The last points that was added was at a different location on 08/10/25. I never had issued until this new team came along everyone was friendly and now. Not so much. The 4th time coming to this location and nothing has changed. Still can't get points after I can my barcode and tried to put the number on the receipt on the app and still don't work. All the general manager had to say that it was the app, but I don't have this problem at any other location. Can you message me directly about this issue, because this have gone on long enough. All the manager told me to call is the customer service and talk to corporate. I told her that I have called and emailed them, but this issue is still not resolved
If I could give no stars that would be great. Horrible customer service. They never have selective chicken and each time their response is, “our truck doesn’t come until tomorrow.” It needs new management to put it nicely.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. They change the rules constantly to daily combos, can’t have any side but fries/mashed potatoes. Lobby is always closed and when it’s open flies are everywhere. No one speaks English
This place really went down hill. Nothing works . I go to other Popeyes and used my app or ask for my receipt to gain my points and it works, but when I come to this location and try to scan or used the receipt to gain my rewards points it never does work I try it ever month at this location. When will they get their rewards system repair or fixed and I did try to reach out to the customer service line and IT. Still never had anyone reached out to me and the issue is still not resolved.
When you get fed up and tired of being taken advantage of as a customer. This Popeyes will make you feel worse. You asked for mild and you get spicy 3xs in a row 😒 You say no biscuits and your has biscuits. You don't notice it because it's an easy order mild no biscuits or you want all white meat and chicken and of course it's dark meat but you paid extra for all white meat. All they had to say Hey do you want to wait for what you ordered 😏. But nope, they disregard what you asked for and give you what they have available. This is why I am rating them so low at this location. Also, they won't give you a refund without the receipt or if you don't bring the food back. Who keeps the food when it's the wrong order? You're so upset about it you just throw it away. Believe me I know there's people who will scam the restaurant, but you just saw me and I was a regular customer. Why when I showed you proof from my account that the food was ordered and paid for. Yep stay away from this location.
I placed an online order at 10:13 on 28 October 2025. The pick up time stated 10:40. I arrived at 10:37 and the door was locked. I proceeded to walk around the building to the other door and it was also locked. There was a large delivery truck at the back of the building. I spotted a Popeyes worker and he shouted out go to drive thru. I did not see any signage on the door widow stating that this particular store was taking only drive thru orders. If that’s the case someone from management should add that verbiage to both the store website and to the outside door. Once I made it to the drive thru window I asked the lady why isn’t a sign present on the door asking customers to visit the drive thru only. She managed to verbally state that “ do you see the delivery truck.” Well, yes but what does that have to do with the store only allowing drive thru orders and not walk ins? Bottom line, if your store is drive thru only please state that info on your website and on your store door. I do not possess the ability to use ESP. I am Just a customer who was looking to walk inside of your establishment to pick up my order. Post Script: The drive thru clerk was very defensive and not very friendly, Training is required in my opinion. But hey, I am just a customer. What do I know.
This place has a kid named Fidel who is very rude. They messed my order up for the second time and when I came back for them to fix it he told me to calm down. Really? For one ☝️ waited 12 minutes for my order. When I came back the lady tried to justify her mishap and he was listening. I ordered a 5 piece tender combo. They gave me 3. They were regular size tenders but short. I told them I would like them to just remake it and he proceeded to pick out the smallest tenders there were. It was actually less chicken than the 3 they gave me. This place has turned into a complete joke! I will be getting my chicken elsewhere. There’s a reason they have 3 stars. They don’t deserve that!
The staff were not just slow; they were actively unresponsive and borderline rude. It felt like we were invisible. This place is an absolute waste of your time and money. The food quality doesn't even matter when the people serving it make you feel unwelcome and neglected. Do yourself a favor and dine elsewhere
I've been coming to this location for the longest time and never had an issue until today. I come here very often. Today was the worst experience I've ever had at any Popeyes. I placed my order through the app with no issues. I pulled up to the speaker and had to wait over 5 minutes before they even acknowledged that i'm there. I told them my order number and requested light ice for my drinks. They said to drive up to the window. There was a car ahead of me and they took forever with them. Then I get to the window and nothing is ready. She finally opens the window and starts reconfirming my order. While she's going down the list I'm already having to correct her on what I ordered. No Pickle on the Spicy sandwich. 2 diet cokes light ice. I repeat that I'm picking up my mobile order. I'm thinking to myself like dang is this order not right there on yo screen why don't yall see it? She mentions something to another employee and looks like they've made mistakes on my order. So she closes the window and they're just looking unorganized. Then she comes back and hands me the drinks and goes back. Then another employee comes to the window and says they're out of the Spicy tenders and ask if I will accept the regular. I then say that I never ordered Spicy. So then she goes back. So I'm waiting there for an extra 5 min. Then she comes and hands the bag while laughing. I start looking in the bag and did a quick check and she continues to burst into laughter like I'm a comedian or like she saw a circus full of clowns in my car or something. I'm getting weirded out and wondering what's funny. Even my daughter in the backseat wondering wth so funny. So them acting suspicious like that should've told me they did something to my food. So I get home and find Pickle on the spicy sandwich. Fries are missing from the combo. A big ole long hair in the drink. Hair in the box with tenders. So I’m highly disappointed with it and have my husband go back up there. He asked for the manager which is still one of the girls who were laughing is the shift manager. He showed her the cup with hair and she made eye contact with the cashier at the drive thru who was laughing. None of them were wearing hairnets or hats or anything. Then he started to mention the other items and she took over because they already knew they messed up the other items so it's like they planned all that. Had us waiting a long time and wasting gas making a second trip. Yall lost my trust and me as a customer✌🏾. I wouldn't recommend anyone else to go here. They will play over your food like it's nothing and laugh in your face while you handing them your $$$. They won't appreciate the job they just got until it's gone and the place is closed.
