First time trying Salad and Go. I've heard a lot of great things about it, and it did not disappoint. Fresh food, polite and fast service, and their cucumber mint lemonade was very refreshing! I ordered and enjoyed the cobb salad with chicken and steak. I'd recommend this place for sure.
Thanks to the employee today for extra thoughtful service while my dog was in the car. This is our second visit in three days. We come often and have had perfect experiences every single time from the ppl to the quality food. S&G is fast, fresh, friendly and fantastic!
Great salad and a fantastic price. Will definitely be going back. My only complaint was they forgot my added bacon. But still a 5 star because everything else was fantastic. Website was easy to order from. Very easy to customize if have dietary restrictions.
I got the Cobb salad to go with chicken and it was very good. My 1st time going and won't be my last! They were very fast and the salad was fresh. I would of liked the greens cut up much smaller as I'm busy during lunch.

Fast drive thru service for something that’s actually healthy! Finally! For those of us who are often busy and in the need of something quick on the go for dinner, you start feeling like garbage after too many burgers and fries, or fried chicken sandwiches. Love having this as an alternative.
I’ve been to a few salad and go’s, and usually they are pretty inconsistent regarding how much they fill their wraps and how well they are wrapped, and by far the wrap I had today was PERFECT! The person who greeted me was very friendly and I felt like I definitely got my moneys worth. It was wrapped nice and tight and was full and filling. I also love that they brought their old chicken back. This location is a little farther away than other locations for me but I will be making the drive. Love salad and go especially their new menu!!

Today was my third visit to Salad and Go and it was a positive experience! There were many cars in line in front of me, yet the line moved QUICKLY so that wasn't a problem. The employees were so friendly, my order was correct, and the price you pay for the healthy food you get is really reasonable--it's a great value.

I had the most polite Sweetest young lady that waited on me she was very knowledgeable of the numerous Salads they had & the drinks. I was well pleased with the service & salads are huge If you're looking for just a great healthy salad & fast friendly service . You need to try Salad & go on Preston & Rolitar in here in Frisco ,Texas

The male worker operating at the speaking on 1/7/26 at 1:36pm was in a way rude and had a bad attitude. I feel due to the line being long they treated me and I don’t know if anyone else as an inconvenience. He did inform me all salad and go’s in Texas closes this Saturday as well so I’m not sure if that’s the reasoning as to why he was in a bad mood. Gladly the food is always really good so I enjoyed my meal very much. I’m sad they’re closing Salas and go’s in Texas.

This is not their best location. I’ve been here five times. Twice I got home and there was no dressing in the container. One other time I noticed and mentioned it to them. She told me they were out of the dressing for that salad. So, you don’t tell me that and just hand me what is basically a container of lettuce? The two times I made it home before noticing…were they out of dressing then, or did they forget to include it? It’s kind of an important part of the salad. So, I’ve had a bad experience 3 out of the 5 times I’ve been there.
8 pumps of syrup means 8 pumps of syrup. It comes out on your ticket as 2 servings. This is not 2 pumps, it is 2 servings. Why do your customers know more than you? It's salad n GO not salad n circle the building again.

Look what I saw in my bowl, ONE MUSHY CHERRY TOMATO😒... as I flipped around... ONE MORE MUSHY AND SMASHED TOMATO🤮🤮 and just a small piece of avocado. Not coming back😡 xxxxxxxxx 1st Visit: The recording announces a bunch of today's promos. Staff: How can I help you today? Me: A chicken soup, please. OK. What else? A Cobb Salad, please. Anything else? No. Thank you. Your total is 6.95! Did I just get a freebie today or what? When I got to the window, I received only the Cobb Salad. The staff are not trained to handle 2-item orders 🙄

Normally I always check googles hours first but this store is right next to my house, all the signs including on there display say open on Sundays and they are closed
I just had the most horrific experience ever! Ordered my salad without dressing because I do not want the plastic wrapping to touch my salad and when I got my salad, I saw the dressing inside so I went back through the drive thru and told the guy I am not trying to be rude but requested my salad to be remade. It appears he went to speak to the manager and he came back and asked for the salad back and I said as soon as you remake it, I will give it back and the manager came to the window and said "I don't understand why we're doing a hostage negotiation!" I was highly offended at the accusation and he said he had to have the salad back which I was happy to give him once he made the new salad without the dressing inside touching it! I was nice and respectful but coming at me and accusing me of holding a $10 salad hostage is a bit much. I frequent this location weekly and they have HIGH managerial turnover and I can see why. I asked for a District Manager number and he said he could only provide an email which I patiently waited for but instead he gave me a guest service number. He seemed to be very adamant about throwing the salad away and making false accusations. Not a good look for this new manager
I just got the Greek chicken wrap with an extra side of grilled chicken (order # 718), and I was really disappointed. It didn’t look grilled at all. the pieces looked like they were dipped in oil, and there was way too much oil coming from the chicken, disgusting, and I trashed that shit. Your grilled chicken never used to look like this
Used to really like this place. Staff compancy has nose dived in the last 6mo. They can not get an order right. And when asked to correct their mistakes I get puzzeld looks and excuses. I think the staff could use some management suppervision for a while to get the standards back up.
Ordered a Caesar wrap and instead got a fajita wrap. I didn't look at the receipt or the food until I got home and bit into it. A little frustrating but not the end of the world. I'm not far from here so I drive back go back through the drive through and asked if they could remake it and that my order came out wrong. The guy on the other end seemed irritated with the situation, but proceeded to tell me to pull forward and they would fix it. Waited for a couple of minutes then he swings the window open, practically tosses the bag with the wrap in it towards me doesn't say anything, then slams the window shut. Absolutely AWFUL service. Also opened it up, and there was no caesar dressing, just dried chicken and lettuce....on a "Caesar Wrap"... at that point didn't even care to say anything. Again wasn't a huge deal or the end of the world that the order was messed up. It was how they reacted. The guy was in a tie dye looking hoodie and seemed like he couldn't care less about his job or how to treat customers. I've never had someone toss a bag towards me in the drive through then slam the window shut. So rude.
