Schlotzsky’s has some of the best sourdough sandwiches around. I tried their veggie sandwich, and it really stacks up to the rest of Schlotzsky’s delicious sandwich options. On this visit, I tried to use the app to redeem a coupon for my veggie sandwich and it was just not working. The woman who helped me at the window was friendly and very patient as we both attempted to redeem the coupon. In the end, we couldn’t redeem the coupon, however, the woman remained professional, apologized about the issue, and honored the deal on the coupon. I’d definitely return for great service and yummy sandwiches.

UPDATE Mar 2021. Back again for sandwich and bag of chips. Very good bargain...if the $5 off loyalty club coupon had stayed on my wife's phone. She is going to call Scholtzsky's customer service Mon and ask what went wrong. We were about to pay and the $5 off disappeared. The staff wasn't concerned if the customers did or did not wear masks. They wore masks. We also liked more meat on sandwich; see photo. BTW: if one is coming from the east best way to avoid Preston Road traffic is to get to Ohio Drive and drive north/south to John Hickman Pkwy. Use John Hickman to cross over with traffic lights to go south on Preston Road. Better than trying to cross over busy Preston Road. Also it would be helpful to labels the bins that the drinks lids are kept to more easily tell customer which is small, medium, large. See photo.OooRah! Yes, they are open for dining in, see new photos. Many still going through drive thru. Fast service food hot. We haven't been to this location in very long time. Too much competition in Collin county. Free WiFi.

Great deal on pizza on the weekends although they just added $2 additional fee for any pizza above pepperoni which sucks. Used to be able to get a 8 inch pizza supreme for $5 and now its 7 . Ph well , can get a 10 inch supreme from Domino's for 10 so I'd rather do that now.

Nice and clean place. We only came here for Cinnabon. I'm sure the normal food here is just as good though. I haven't eaten at Schlotzsky's in a hot minute. The bathrooms were also clean as well. The cinnamon rolls were fresh out of the oven. I will say the bottoms were a little chewy and a tad harder than I liked, and the icing to Cinnamon roll ratio was a little less than what I have wanted. Definitely needed more icing. Overall we liked it enough.

After long long time, tried Schloztsky’s today. Ordered the cheese original which had cheese, tomato, lettuce, chopped olives and red onions. Also ordered tomato basil soup. Overall decent sandwich. But, not the way I had remembered. The bread was kind of dry and cheese not fully melted through . The soup was good with nice flavor.

Not the worst but also experienced some sickness after consumption as others have noted. Further, the calories are absolutely ridiculous.

First and last time at this location. I ordered 4 sugar cookies for my family and I to enjoy I've never had a cookie so crispy. If I were to toss the cookies I purchased out the window going down the interstate they would go through someone's windshield.

Schlotzskys is not what I remember. I used to love this place but was disappointed by my sandwich as it had very little meat. I understand the price increase as everything has gotten expensive but at least fill the sandwich up with some meat ! I had to move all my ingredients from one side of the sandwich to the other just to make it taste like not just bread . Do better schlotzskys.

I am giving one star because the Ochard salad is supposed to come with cheese. Last time I ordered one it had none. This time I when I ordered I specifically asked them to make sure it was added. There was not any. Also the chicken had a sour taste as if it was going bad.
