Been here many times and I love it each time! I haven’t really had anything that isn’t good! My favorite is the Akaushi burger and fries. The lighting is warm and romantic! Great place to take a date. My favorite waitress, Rachel, is the absolute best! I always request here as much as possible because she is super sweet and the knows the menu inside and out.

Great place with excellent ambience, food, and service. They have a lovely, quiet patio, for those days when the weather's nice. We started with the flatbread, which was very tasty, and for our entrees had the Spinach and Quinoa Salad, Trumac Pasta, and the Four Cheese Pizza with Pepperoni. All were excellent, seasoned to perfection, with perfect ingredients. They also offer a varied wine list and our waiter was very knowledgeable about each offering. We also had one of their Blood Orange Margaritas and it was tasty. Service was friendly, unobtrusive, and very helpful. Located in the Shops at Starwood off Lebanon Road in Frisco, there's ample parking and easy access. And after your meal, you can stroll through the people-friendly shopping center with lots to see. I would highly recommend you give TrueFire a try!

Wonderful food! Great service! I enjoyed my visit here. The staff was absolutely wonderful. My favorite dish was the porkchop. Very well seasoned. The veggies were seasoned and cooked perfect as well. Went for a birthday and they gave the birthday girl a signed card along with cake! I was impressed.

I'm so glad we came here—this place is absolutely amazing, and I'm sure anyone who visits will feel the same way. The food is incredible. We kicked things off with the crab dip and pita bread, and it was a showstopper. The chicken burger and the salmon were also outstanding. Honestly, every dish was great and worth every single penny.

Takeaway: Add it to your “Restaurant’s to Try” List. Splendid food and Amazing Service! We were a 7:15 reservation (getting a same day reservation was extremely easy). Service was prompt and enjoyable. It did slightly delay, but picked up shortly after and made for a swift and smooth departure - Bagged our food for us and payment was prompt. Rachel was extremely helpful in figuring out what is good/worth trying. It was fairly quiet and private(not too many people/we had corner seating for 2), BUT seating is fairly close so during a busy time, it’d probably be less enjoyable. The food was SO good. The Truman Mac is a heavy meal, but our server Rachel recommended adding shrimp or chicken (I added shrimp) to balance out the heaviness. The Meatball appetizer was just OOO. The sourdough had a beautiful crisp exterior and soft interior. The bread was the perfect amount of crunch and soft. We plan on visiting again to try more of the menu!

My wife and I had an incredible experience at TruFire Kitchen & Bar for our date night. Although Friday night reservations are recommended, we were fortunate to walk in and get seated right away. We chose to sit on the patio, which turned out to be a hidden gem—unexpectedly beautiful, cool, and pleasant (especially for Texas in July!). The atmosphere was perfect—quiet enough to have a conversation and feel like it was just the two of us. We kicked things off with espresso martinis, and they were incredible—smooth, rich, and expertly crafted. Our server, Savanna, was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without being overbearing. She made our evening even better. The food? Just WOW. We started with the Honey Burrata, which was a perfect blend of warm flatbread, creamy burrata, and sweet honey—absolutely delicious. The Mediterranean Shrimp Salad was equally impressive—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly portioned. Everything about the evening was top-notch. We’ll definitely be back soon. Highly recommend for a date night or any night!

This is a must try. It is a classy spot, great for after work drinks or dinner. The lighting created a nice ambiance in the restaurant that highlighted the decor. The service was phenomenal! Food was delicious and served hot and fresh. The crab dish was recommended by our waitress and it did not disappoint! I had The Argentine and the salmon was flavored so well. The dessert was a sweet treat that exceeded my expectations, the blueberry compote was not overly sweet and the lemon balanced the sweetness of the cake. Overall the meal left nothing to be desired.

Enjoyed a Latte while waiting for my friend for an early Friday lunch. I had the Chickpea Salad, she had the Spinach & Quinoa Salad. I loved the Chickpea Salad - very flavorful. Portion size was perfect for the price. We both ended up with boxes of leftovers. Service and atmosphere were great. We enjoyed the Andes mints on our way out. I look forward to going back.

My first visit to TruFire was by divine orchestration, and as I always say, God/the Universe knows best. My sister & I originally were going to have lunch at J. Theodore but arrived when they had just shut down their kitchen for the afternoon and were only serving cocktails. This prompted us to go next door to TruFire instead. And here we are 24 hours later, where my sister and I are *still* talking about how good it was. We are gluten free and were so pleased to see so many gluten free options. We each ordered an appetizer, a half salad, a protein for the salad AND a cappuccino after the meal and our individual tickets were less than $40 each! Totally worth it! The quality of the food and service were beyond outstanding, and I can't wait to try it again! A little sign & synchronicity during our meal was, I was drawn to our servers necklace and asked her what it said, and it said, "There's a rainbow after every storm." 🌈 Perfect message for that day, along with a perfect meal. Thank you, TruFire Kitchen and thank you to our sweet server whose name escapes me, but who had beautiful jewelry on! 🥰

Me and a group of friends came here for dinner on a Friday night and we enjoyed everything about it! The staff was amazing, very patient but attentive, yet not in a pushy/rushed way. The drinks were excellent and the food was very good! I had the Spicy Garlic Noodles and a couple people got the Poke Bowl, and another got pasta. Overall, it was a really enjoyable night and I would go back in a heart beat!

This was my hubs and I first visit to Trufire. I had the chicken parmesan, and it was delicious — perfectly cooked and full of flavor. My husband ordered the spicy noodles, and he loved every bite! Drinks were good and topped off with the olive oil cake (O-M-G‼️‼️‼️) 😋Our server, Roque, was awesome — super friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!

I recommend making a reservation for this place since it is extremely popular on a Saturday night. Our server was friendly and welcoming. He took great care to apologize for our wait. Everything we ordered was delicious, especially the meatballs. The bread was absolutely amazing! The chicken sandwich was outstanding. Best fig salad I have ever tasted. The gyro platter was good, but the accompanying potatoes were unseasoned. I would skip the board as an appetizer. I enjoyed the cocktails as well. We are looking forward to going back.

This visit was very disappointing! It’s sad to pay $26 for a meal and still be hungry afterwards. Noticeable change in quantity and quality. I always get the garlic spicy noodles and it’s usually piled high with arugula on top. But this time there was just a few greens on top. Also the sauce was very watery and thin not thick. Portion was smaller, I usually have leftovers but I ate the entire dish and was still hungry which is unusual. My partner got the chicken Marsala and yes smaller portion with basic mushrooms, not a fancy mushroom blend like the description says on the menu. Very disappointed in this visit with the food. The only bright spot was the service was super friendly.
