Santoni Hotel is welcoming and well-maintained, with clean rooms and a varied breakfast. The staff is truly friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient. The common areas are also beautiful, perfect for relaxing and socializing. A truly pleasant stay, highly recommended!

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days in July. The room furnishings are a bit dated, but the cleanliness, the hospitality, and the delicious food were excellent. Personally, I prefer a friendly, family-run atmosphere to modern rooms where you only sleep. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, with excellent homemade jams; over the course of 10 days, we ate a variety of dishes. The unity of the family that runs the hotel makes all the difference. We didn't stay at the hotel, but we actually ate there twice because it was such a pleasant experience. The food is tasty and quite generous. For the kids, there's a fantastic, plastic-free, all-wood playground! And the park even has a donkey as a guardian.

Per le 3 stelle che ha, ho trovato un buon servizio. Ho soggiornato al 3 piano, buone le condizioni delle stanze, ascensore funzionale e capiente, pur stando lato strada con la finestra ermetica chiusa non ho sentito un rumore e ben oscurata. Buona colazione a buffet ma con poca scelta del salato. Buono il pane con semi fatto in casa, mangiare buono e con ampia scelta nella spaghetteria di tipologia varia di ragù. Personalmente ho mangiato spaghetti con pomodoro e acciuga trovandolo buono, serata anche con grigliata mista e polenta facendo parte di un gruppo, prezzi nella norma. Ho notato subito la mano esperta del cuoco completata da cortesia, Lo consiglio.

Un hotel 3*** per niente male. Reception messa a nuovo, da poco probabilmente, molto accogliente. Personale gentile. Pulizia giornaliera nelle stanze. Un bel soggiorno, lo consiglio!

Ristorante bar che ha rinnovato recentemente la struttura con l' aggiunta di una zona d'albergo che profuma di legno. Il personale è molto gentile e fa ottimi aperitivi. Noi abbiamo scelto la mezza pensione e il pasto serale non è eccezionale ma certamente valido, con piatti anche tradizionali quali le tagliatelle con il sugo di cervo, o la pasta con il sugo di coniglio. L' abbondante colazione viene servita nello stesso ambiente della cena, vasto e luminoso. Una nota positivissima è che la macchina che produce caffè e cappuccini viene rifornita con latte locale, e si sente! La posizione dell' Hotel, in Ossana Fucine, molto comoda, è sulla strada che, dal lato veneto, porta al passo del Tonale, le cui piste si raggiungono in mezz'ora circa, mentre, dall' altro lato, si raggiunge la funivia che porta al bel comprensorio di Marilleva e Folgarida. Un'altra possibilità è data dalla vicinanza della Val di Pejo. Insomma: l'Hotel Santoni è un ottimo ed economico punto di partenza per belle sciate o, in stagione non invernale, belle escursioni.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for two nights on a half-board basis. The room and bathroom were older but very spacious and clean. At the restaurant, we had a vegetable buffet, a choice of three first courses, three second courses, and dessert. The recently renovated bar and lobby were beautiful. A good starting point for hiking trails. Convenient parking outside the entrance. The staff were truly friendly.

We stayed at this hotel for a week on a half-board basis. The hotel's exterior is very beautiful, as is the lobby, while the rooms are a bit dated but functional and clean. The staff was always very courteous and helpful. Almost all the dishes we ate were excellent; we had a choice of three first courses, three second courses, and one dessert and/or fruit, as well as various salads. They were also available to provide information about the area; honestly, we felt at home. The waiters were courteous and respectful. The rooms are dated, but after all, there are so many beautiful places to see that we only used the room to sleep; honestly, there are more important things. If I may offer some advice: Buy one or two high chairs for children because the one provided is in really poor condition. The cleanliness of the tables between meals could be improved. It would be better to have a showerhead with a hose in the shower for greater convenience, as well as a more powerful hairdryer. In any case, thank you for having enjoyed your stay! Good luck.

An excellent hotel at the foot of the Tonale and Pejo mountains. We're at the end of the Val di Sole, but it's a great place to stay. Congratulations also for the lovely garden, perfect for spending time after dinner chatting with friends.

Good, but not great. Convenient location for accessing various walks and places to visit. The bar and lobby are new and renovated in wood. The dining room is a bit old-fashioned, with traditional cuisine but nothing exceptional. The rooms, however, are a bit dated and carpeted; the shower had a fixed nozzle that didn't work well.

The owners are very kind, helpful, and friendly. The food is decent, but nothing exceptional. The renovated lobby is very nice and welcoming. As for the rooms, "help!" they're terrible, probably the worst I've ever stayed in, as far as I can remember. Clean, yes, but the furniture is old, the carpet faded, almost bleached by the years, and stained. The noise of the highway in front of me made it feel like sleeping on the highway. The rooms are too noisy; those who frequent those areas seek silence and tranquility, at least in my case. It's a shame because the location is strategic; if they renovate the rooms, they'll make a real difference! The price is in line with the offer, i.e., low. Come on, guys, finish the renovation and make a splash! Thanks!

Good, but not great. My boyfriend booked the single room on sale on Booking.com in advance. He called the hotel and asked if it was possible to book directly at the same price, but was told no and to book on the website. By a lucky last-minute coincidence, I was able to stay with him. We were asked to pay a surcharge. When we asked to meet the price, we were told that we had booked on Booking.com and therefore it wasn't possible. The reception and bar are very nice and modern. As you take the elevator, you'll be transported back to the 1980s, with its vintage corridors and rooms. With a lower price, everything would have been perfect.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights on a half-board basis. The quality of the ingredients served in the restaurant was poor, and the desserts were raw and frozen. Breakfast offered a very limited selection and presented some hygiene issues: we found a hair in the yogurt, and the bread was served without a napkin or holder, forcing all guests to cut it by touching it directly.

Unfortunately, I'm leaving this negative review despite never having stayed at this hotel. I booked a stay through Booking.com, but I needed to find out if my three dogs would be accepted and under what conditions before I reached the date Booking.com would process the payment. I've been waiting four days for a response, but I've never received one. I've contacted this hotel through every channel (call, WhatsApp, Instagram, directly through Booking.com, email, and even directly through the website). What else can I say except terrible service from the hotel and Booking.com support, which never responded to my inquiries.

WARNING – LIARS & CHEATS! -- Booked and paid for accommodation with half-board. Upon arrival, the hotel was closed. No other guests, only construction workers. The services we paid for could not be provided – not even drinks after our long journey. After much trouble with the "manager," we were promised a cancellation and a refund. I never received the €125.90 back.

The hotel looks good right away, with a bar and a large waiting room. It loses all that because of the bedrooms, which are dirty and claustrophobic. In several rooms, the bathroom fan doesn't work, and the door is either broken or opens with a push. The staff doesn't seem very friendly; it seems their helpfulness varies based on the guest's social rank or age.

From the outside and from the entrance, it looks nice, but the rooms are a disgrace, old and very small, with 1970s-era windows with no hinged sash. They put six of us in a room with four beds, along with another double bedroom, all with one bathroom. It's worse than a hostel; you can shower at any time, but the water is always cold. Dinner was a terrible barbecue: half a sausage, a quarter of a sausage, a loin of pork, a piece of grilled cheese, polenta, and thickly sliced ​​cabbage. Breakfast was pitiful, with only ham as the cold cuts, only one machine for hot drinks, and a long line waiting. We went with a bachelor party package that included rafting and e-bikes. Avoid this hotel.
