Me ha atendido Brayan, muy agradable y la comida muy rica. Hubo un pequeño problema y lo solucionó muy rápido y con solvencia. Tratar con gente así da gusto.
Fui por primera vez hace un par de años y la verdad es que las piezas de pollo me defraudaron un poco pero repetí hace 3 meses y han mejorado muchísimo tanto en calidad de comida, como en el trato del personal por eso ya e vuelto a repetir 4 veces en 3 meses lo recomiendo mucho si te gusta el pollo
La verdad que no habíamos comido en ninguno de los Popeye's y tengo que reconocer que me ha gustado. Sobre todo, porque en el de Fuenlabrada tuvimos la suerte de que nos atendiera SALVA. Atención, amabilidad y profesionalidad en persona. Por otro lado, la comida muy rica con pollo muy bueno, destacando las patatas fritas Cajún, ligeramente picantes.... buenísimas. No las había probado iguales en ningún sitio. Y la Tarta de Queso (Cheesecake) exquisita, riquísima. Muy muy recomendable. Hemos seguido yendo a otros Popeye's y hoy, 14 de mayo de 2023, hemos vuelto al primero de ellos que fue cuando lo conocimos.... y, como el primer día, la comida buena y el personal superior. Esta vez nos atendió IVÁN, cuyo trato y simpatía fue de 10. Sigue siendo MUY MUY RECOMENDABLE.

Fui un día que estaba haciendo una mudanza y dije pues aquí mismo como algo, y repetí. Ojalá les vaya bien y no cierren porque ese local ha sido ya un poco de todo y creo que tienen un género fresco y una calidad muy buena. El crujiente de la fritura es increíble. Aunque tiene acceso para personas de movilidad reducida lo cierto es que a la entrada tiene una pequeña escalinata que no se como en los tiempos que estamos el Ayuntamiento resolvió eso así. Se encuentra en los bajos del Centro de Arte y cultural Tomás y Valiente. Un local de comida rápida, montado con muy buen gusto, moderno, el precio es asequible.

Great atmosphere, very friendly staff, and the order I placed—three pieces and strips—was made fresh to order. They even gave me a free ice cream! In short, excellent service and very clean facilities.

Wow! So much better than in the united states! And so many options to try. Location was clean, food was hot and very fresh (unlike what we get in the states), and staff was friendly. Though I will thoroughly miss the biscuts and the spicy tenders this is by far an upgrade to what we are used to and im so happy to welcome popeyes to Espana!
Fuimos el viernes 9/enero por la noche, solicité el servicio a mesa, al cual no hicieron caso, tuve que levantarme a por mi pedido. Además pedí ensalada y venía sin aceite al ir a pedirlo por si se le había pasado me dicen que se han quedado sin aceite....
The food is fresh and tasty. But the staff could clean the restaurant alittle better. Also wash their hands between smoking, touching their phones in the food area before touching the food. Made me sick. Hygiene when handling food is super important. Which is a shame cause love Popeyes but don't think I will be back here to eat!
2 horas esperando el pedido y ha venido frío. Cuando hemos llamado para reclamar, nos dicen que no hay repartidores y prácticamente nos han colgado el teléfono.. si tienen un problema puntual deberían de responsabilizarse y por lo menos pedir disculpas
Pedi hoy 15:43 en la app, después de 40 minutos llame para averiguar q paso con mi pedido me aseguraron que esta apunto de salir y q espere, no se me ofreció ni reembolso ni descuento solo la negativa q puedo cancelar el pedido. Ahora que son 16:57 volví a llamar y no me contesta, me quede sin comer por el servicio q brinda popeyes fuenlabrada
En restaurante atienden bien , a domicilio van cada vez peor , suele llegar el pedido tarde y la mitad de las veces viene el pedido con algún error , o se equivocan de pedido con el de otra persona o faltan cosas.
Horrible, vine hace meses y esta sold out de varias bebidas vuelvo a venir hace poco y siguen sin bebidas, ponen servicio de mesa para que luego no lo cumplan y tengas que ir tu, las hamburguesas siempre frías y por si fuera poco no quieren cogerte efectivo , diciendo siempre que no tienen cambio.¿ No tienen 4€ contados para cambiarme? Page 10 € por algo de 6€ no creo que no haya cambio. Personal muy despistado siempre con el tema que sea, se equivocan con ingredientes, pides sin lechuga y te ponen lechuga o incluso pones para comer allí y te lo ponen para llevar. Cero recomendable y muy decepcionante.
We waited 35 minutes for an order at the restaurant itself. The staff was very passive. When we arrived, there was no one there, and when we left, there were already 10 people waiting (this was around dinner time, 10:00 PM). Two employees in particular were unable to deliver any orders until the coworker in charge of delivery came to help. After all, my burger was already cold, and two others came with half the ingredients (no tomato or lettuce). We also ordered nuggets, and they were just chicken fillets cut into chunks and fried poorly. We went to refill our glass of Fuze Tea and it was dirty water.
The delivery was embarrassing. Half a slice of bacon, the chicken burger didn't cover the bun...and watch out for the fries with bacon and cheese...they're covered in cheese and bacon everywhere. I won't be ordering again.
