Fired grilled chicken. Good choices of side dishes. Keep in mind that the chicken is grilled over open fire. The chicken can be over cooked quickly. We got lucky. The chicken we ordered was tender at first. However, by the end of the meal, they had started to get a bit dry simply from the residual heat.

We had El Pollo Loco cater our welcome back to school luncheon for our teachers and staff. They were very accommodating, and provided outstanding service! Axel, the manager, was very responsive and helpful during the ordering and pick-up process. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals and we will definitely use El Pollo Loco (specifically this location) for future events! We ordered two 48-piece 3 course meals, and we had so much food. Thank you, El Pollo Loco!

Great customer service from the moment we ordered. As we were about to finish our meals an employee came to offer us , mints , hand wipes and a to go bag without us even asking. Hands down the best Pollo Loco in town, looks like ill be coming here again when I'm in the area. Love the bell too rang it for great service, left full and satisfied, Awesome oldies music as well 💯

Clean location on Imperial Highway. Had the Double Chicken Avocado Salad and the service was great. I asked for extra dressing and the said "No problem " 😊

There is a lady who has worked at the drive up for at least 15 or more years. She told me the salad dressing wasn’t enough for my 1lunch so I got another one now I had two larges! Things are expensive enough without them trying to upsell me more stuff. Not only that, slow down and talk to your. Us timers instead of being rude and hurrying through when we have questions.

I came here a couple days ago, the food was a disappointment. I ordered a burrito and it seems that for burritos, tacos, etc they use leftover chicken they scrap off the bone. The chicken meat was dark and had a weird taste. I’m assuming that if you order whole pieces of chicken you get the “good chicken.”For everything else you get whatever is laying around. I only ate half of the burrito and threw it away. Filled up on the strawberry hibiscus because I was hungry. It expense for what you’re getting. I was never a El Pollo Loco person this experience reminded why I never eat here. The employee that took my order was very kind and nice. The food should compliment good customer service but it does not.

Horrible food! And to top it off expensive for the sizes of pieces that they give. I bought the fam feast deal and that did not look like a chicken it was more like a chick! The sizes of the pieces were tiny. Coleslaw was hot and rice was hard!

I often eat at El Pollo Loco, but today at this location the broccoli was hard and not even cut. When I looked closer, I saw it was moldy. Terrible experience! 👎

Disgusting food and very little portions mac and cheese is watered-down mostly cheese, and their spanish music super loud and to top it off all the workers singing along to the lyrics seems more like a bar or night club. Definitely needs improvement.
