got to be one of the worst popeyes location ive even been to this location 3 times. ordered ahead and still waited 20+minutes after app says ready for pickup. on top of that, every single time they dont have something i ordered... seriously disorganized.

I had a very simple order a frozen lemonade and a regular red beans rice. At the window I was handed a regular lemonade, I wasn’t upset because that’s a pretty typical mess up. In my bag I received mashed potatoes that were labeled as red beans and rice, I didnt notice till I got home. This location will definitely always get your order wrong choose a different location. Js trying to help out!

I was happy to take my son here for the fist time, but that turned to instant regret as soon as I placed my order in the drive through. It took over 25 mins to be served. When I eventually got to the window and paid, took them another 3 minutes to get my order as they asked me repeatedly what I ordered even after giving them receipt. Let's just say my son wasn't happy and told me 'Mummy let's not come back here'. Please train your workers properly, and think about having people to take/pay for your order first before getting to the serving window. I was truly disappointed.

I don’t usually leave 1 star reviews. I honestly think it’s rude and I try to give respect to every one. But what happened today with my Uber Eats order was not okay. I’ve been ordering from this location regularly since I moved here in August 2022. After today, I won’t be coming back. I picked up my Uber Eats order in the drive-through, and they handle to me a paper big that quality worst as ever seen before. It was so different what I saw other customers getting. It ripped as soon as I took it. My 4-piece Signature Chicken fell straight onto the ground, which was dusty and dirty, and obviously not something you can just pick up and eat. I'm wondering if uber eats customers we don't deserve a quality big like your regular customers?

The staff is incompetent. My coupon was not honored because it had a QR code and not a digital code. Apparently this location is not up-to-date with the new Popeyes coupons because I went to another location the same day and the coupon was honored. Poor service!

I say this in the most respectful way possible. If you know that you have employees with a language barrier, they should not be taking orders or should have someone assisting them. I repeated my order 3 times. I asked for a breast and 2 wings and still received whatever the hell they wanted to give me. I ordered mash & gravy to get home and all they GAVE ME WAS GRAVY!!!!!!!!! NO MASH POTATOES!!!!!!! I had to pull up and wait on my food and the young girl was about to give me someone else’s food!! The phone is off the hook so no one can call them. 3.2 stars and no one has done anything to make the service better?!?!?!

This location is all around the worst location I have been to. Everytime I have ever ordered either something is always missing or wrong. Never fails. Ive asked for apple pie and then would get home an its the strawberry pies. The workers attitudes just suck. I've given them the benefit of the doubt too many times. After this trip definitely wont be returning. I'll drive further if I really want it that bad. Not worth it!

I told her to order three classic sandwiches. In the end, there was only one on the order. I had three children, and I had to go again. I called to tell her, but she didn't admit that there was something wrong with her understanding. She hung up the phone very rudely.

Stay Away! Take your business to other fast food chain. Even go to Chili's, better wings, better value, better service and experience. Waited 45 minutes for our order and they were missing sauces that they were out of and soda flavor. Personnel here rude and unwilling. Not returning to any Popeye's restaurant. 👍🏻

I just came home to eat my 2 piece chicken and biscuit only to find that they had RE-FRIED my chicken. It is Horrible. It is now over cooked and hard. If I could give you 0 stars I would. I won’t bother coming back. I have been eating at this Popeyes for years and It has just gone downhill. Dont waste your money. Canes and Chik fil a. is just across the street so I will go there instead.

Pretty terrible experience getting drive through today. Order was really long to place and food took very long as well. Worst part was they gave my order to some other car then a while later took it back from their car and handed it to me. I was told they didn't touch it and to trust him. I regret not asking for a refund and just leaving as the chicken was cold. Never coming back to this location. Update: My son wanted a sandwich and it was getting too late to drive to the other Popeyes so decided to give this place another shot. Ordered a spicy bacon cheese with NO pickles via the app. Sandwich came with no bacon no cheese and big ol juicy pickles. What's funny is the label on the sandwich literally says bacon cheese no pickles. Since I ordered thru the app support was able to get me some credit so I can go to the good one near Katy Mills.

Ordered today for lunch. My drink had an awful taste to it. I decided to pour it out and found a whole lash strip stuck to the side of my cup. Will NEVER be eating here again. Just nasty.

I have giving feedback to location more than a few times. Completely stopped coming because it was always an issue. Came on 10/16 at 8pm. Placed my order online. Asked to "park in our parking lot because the order isn't ready" Parked. Its about 5 other cars waiting so no problem. All the cars that were parked received their orders within 10mins of me parking. Waited a lil longer. Now cars that arrived after I parked are getting their food. Go inside everyone is working Completely ignoring me. Waiting around 7-8 mins finally asked how I could be helped only for the associated to give me my bag that had been sitting on the counter. Sure food is cold. This will Definitely be my last time ordering at this location. I will just have to drive out my way when I want popeyes

Service absolutely sucks! I've waited almost 20 mins for my order and I only ordered fries! If you have time to waste, then by all means come here, their fries are actually pretty good. But if you're like me and are always on the go, it's literally faster running home and just cooking your own fries!
