Food is amazing. Staff is amazing. Their boss… needs to be replaced, Immediately!! It’s unacceptable how he speaks to customers. Racial slurs at a customer… no thank you! I cannot eat at an establishment that treats people so horribly. Needs to be stopped and removed from his position.

On the app. It says that you could get a t with half sweet and half non-sweet. They must have not had sweet tea. I got more or less a non sweet tea instead of what I had ordered. Completely dissatisfied. I should have gotten what I ordered on my drink.

Party of 2 on a Sunday shortly after noon. 2 people waiting for orders ahead of us, no other customers when we entered. First the good: Both the sandwiches and salad were as expected from a Schlotzsky's. No issues here. Some tables still had some trash on them. Now the bad: We were told it would be at least 20 minutes since they had a huge call-in order that needed to be filled first. I asked why one of the other three workers couldn't assist in-person customers (like all other Schlotzky's, Jimmy Johns, Jersey Mikes, etc do) while the also worked on the call-in order. We were told 'first come, first served'. By the time we received our order, I counted 9 people had left due to the wait and there were at 10 others waiting in line to order or receive orders. Once the order came out for us, it was missing a sandwich. This is a manger issue and should have never happened. This is not the normally good customer service we expect from Schlotzky's.

The food has a good flavor and the Original was made great. The Au Jus wasn’t that great, but if they didn’t forget the Au Jus sauce maybe it would have hid the stale bread. The Jalapeño chips are pretty awesome tho. It’s a good place to eat just make sure they don’t forget the the best thing

Needs attention to cleaning. 7 pm and dirty tables and floors. Leaves a lot to be desired. Food order correct— except pizza was very soft and not crispy at all— disappointed, especially since we had to pay extra on the pick two in order to have pizza. The crust is not like we’ve had other Schlotzsky’s. They seem to have some other seasoning sprinkled on it, which did not add to the good flavor. The veggie sandwich, the bread on top was so thin it was falling apart. I mean, honestly, how can you ruin a Schlotzsky’s ? They could’ve saved packing material by asking if we wanted to eat in or take out. So we have all of the takeout containers at the table. I know this isn’t the Ritz but seeing the guys pants hanging so low I can see his underwear…hmmm. Could be improved.

Rude teenager as the cashier, what can you expect.. Restaurant was clean but weird bathroom situation. Food was good, although they ran out of sourdough bread, which I thought odd for a sanwich place..

The door was locked and the sign on the door said you can only order through the app but there wasn't a soul in the restaurant. Another customer came up and wanted to order food from there too so he just lost two customers within 5 minutes

Store states online and in the door that they close at 9pm I was at the door at 8:40pm and the door was locked. Don’t advertise a time you close and then close 20 minutes early.

On Friday January 9, two of us stopped into the 61st Street Schlotzskies at 8:15 pm to order and eat-in. The guy behind the counter (large, bearded, dark hair) told us they were closed even though the sign on the door and on-line information say they close at 9 pm. Then he reluctantly told us we could buy food, but would have to take it elsewhere to eat. He told the same thing to the group of four that came in soon after us. We reluctantly placed our order and paid. Then the guy went outside to vape beside the front door. He also carried a bag of food(?) from the shop and placed it in his car. He was extremely rude and belligerent. A horrible employee. The kitchen lady made our sandwiches which were decent. She was polite. If your policy is to close at 8 or 8:15, then your signs and on-line info should say so. If it is your employee who chooses to close early, then you need to hire another employee who actually wants to work. Your employee was being paid to do nothing but vape for the last hour your shop was “open.” Foolishly, we still bought our food so your business still made money from us even though your employee is a jerk. However, we will no longer return to this location. Also, they were out of iced tea and one of the sodas. Crazy for a restaurant in Texas to run out of tea!

Ordered a chicken strawberry salad. I went back to my motel without checking it. I took a shower and started eating my salad which had NO chicken. I tried calling them to complain but no one answered. I hope the owner sees this and refunds my money. All I got was tons of crotons and a little lettuce with 3 strawberrries and a teaspoon of cheese. I emailed the chain office and they never responded so I will NEVER eat at a Schlotzsky's again. Neither corporate office nor the local chain cared that i paid for chicken salad and only got salad!!

I ordered the French Dip Sandwich to go and they just did't bother to include the Au Jus dipping sauce. What good is that sandwich without all the ingredients. The also won't answer phone so you can ask them why! Bad customer sercvice.

Store closes at 9:00. I walk in at 8:44. Order a sandwich. It's delivered to me in a bag at the table. Take it out of the bag and start eating. At 8:50 the supposed store owner approaches the entry door and asks me to leave. I say I've got 10 minutes to eat. He tells me the dining area closes at 8:00, and everything after that is take out. I asked where is that policy posted. He says it's not, but it's always been that way. Question for you: I eat at a schlotzsky's about once every two years or so, first time here. Just how am I supposed to know about an unposted policy?? Said I would eat as fast as I could and did. Left the business at 8:59. Jeez.....
