Young lady behind the counter at approx 8:30am this morning, unfriendly, unprofessional. You can barely hear her. Asked for ketchup she threw it on the counter. She was very unpleasant.

I got latte however it felt light when I received. I opened the lid and found they only fill 70% to the top of the cup....sad.

I like Dunkin Dounts coffee the service was really good.

Their selection is ok. They don't always have the popular donuts.

Dunkin’ is known for a rich, savory taste. This place doesn’t deliver that. The coffee is noticeable worse than any other Dunkin. I now go an extra 8 min out of my way to another one.

Tables dirty. Not following hygiene standards. They should wear musk and gloves while serving customers.

Because I've never been asked if I wanted regular milk on the same drink I always get. I always get the same drink from dunkin. The coffee tasted like regular iced coffee, not espresso and it also tasted like regular milk in it. Usually almond milk doesn't make your coffee completely light. I didn't like how she made my drink. Just didn't taste as usual .

While ordering the guy says they cannot add the cream cheese in the bagel. So i got it toasted with the cream cheese on the side as the guy suggested. When i got my order, the bagel was not even cut in half. I asked them to cut the bagel in half. The guy comes back and says they cannot cut it in half. So i just demanded to get my money back. They refused to add cream cheese to my toasted bagel and also refused to cut it in half. Never going back there again.

Three times I have been charged for a large ice coffee yet given a medium. Sir, you know who you are..I think I will register that as BAD KARMA ...... they say it comes right back to you!

Employees were great!! Coffee was terrific!!! Bathroom was disgusting!! No soap! Filthy!

I wanted to grab something to eat before I had to make my train and came here knowing they close at 10pm. There were 2 customers in the store and 2 staff so it wasn’t busy. But the place was a huge mess and nothing was refilled. As soon as I ordered my food and sat down at 9:10pm one of the young men that works there came up to me and said “Um, just letting you know you have to leave because we’re closed.” I asked him what time they close and he didn’t answer. I said the website says 10 and so does the front door, and that I came here on purpose to wait for my train until then. He said “Well we lock the doors now so we can start sweeping and mopping.” I said it’s pouring rain out, you want me to leave before you’re actually closed? You lock the doors when you’re not closed? He laughed and said “Sorry. You can go to Starbucks.” Why would I take my food I ordered here to Starbucks when they’re supposed to be open? There were two other gentlemen in the store also who he was kicking out too, and they couldn’t believe what he was saying either. Thanks kid, for turning me away into the pouring rain and laughing about it. I doubt the owner cares or even reads these reviews because there’s a lot more I can say about the store with how the food was handled and stored, but I hope other customers avoid this place. Oh and if the owner actually reads this you should watch the cameras, because one of the young men left rolls of coins on the counter unattended while he went to make my order.

Place is filthy. Garbage is overflowing. Tables were ALL dirty. Bathroom had no TP or paper towels. Place never used to be this dirty. What’s going on here?

Was the only one in there just now, 4pm. they were too busy to even acknowledge me. customer service is horrible, not the first time I walked out frustrated with no coffee and no service.

It’s not organized and they don’t even know what they have. I’ve lost too much time ordering a stuffed bite and after I payed they told me they didn’t have it. Then my gandma and I changed the order for a wake up wrap and they canceled the order twice before they gave it to us. We lost almost 20 minutes waiting for the order.

3 Employees, only one servicing customers! Waited 10 min for Hash Browns! Guy at the register is unable to deligate or keep line moving. 3rd n last visit w bad customer service 👎👎👎

WARNING !! Don’t go here…I order a Carmel craze with almond milk earlier today as soon as I tasted it. It tasted funny but my mistake was assuming the coffee was old. I already left so I didn’t go back. Once I mix it and the sugar made its way into the drink it was decent but still not good. I should have know drinking that would sent me straight to the toilet 🤦🏽‍♀️ my sister told me they leave their dairy out so the almond milk might of started to go bad. I honesty think it’s a lo t of the Dunkin they won’t find me again.

I ordered an iced coffee with skim milk. After driving away, I take a sip and spit out iced tea with milk. When i finally get back inside, the lady ignores me and avoids all eye contact then I finally see someone else come out and explain my order is wrong and they gave me iced tea. The gentleman proceeded to dispute and claim its coffee. I asked him if he drinks coffee himself and if there was any chance it could be confused for iced tea. The lady chimes in that it’s because I used skim milk that it gets the taste. WHAT?! I told them to take a sip if they refuse to believe me and make me a new drink. After protest they did! I don’t get it. Icing on the cake. I got a coffee roll and when I got home and sat down to eat it, it was an apple fritter! How can they change my donut without any word or fear of allergic reactions? Never going back. Rather drive to Nassau Blvd or Jericho!
