Placed an order at the drive in window and when I approached the window I had to repeat my order again bc they weren’t sure. Then when I wanted to scan my code on my Panera app they said the scanner wasn’t working but they could take my member # down so I repeated it 3x then gave up because apparently that wasn’t working.

Everything is Good. Except! Music Volume 🎚️ is too high, i hope they could lower it down as it doesn’t even go with their vibe. Panera is for calmness and relaxing not a beach party all day long 🪩 No matter what time of the day you walk-in volume is so loud that not even is it difficult to talk to the person next to you but also noise cancellation air-pods 🎧 aren’t cancelling that noise. I tried conveying that to team on site, but they said volume is controlled from the head office. So if head office is reading this, kindly lower the volume by 4-5 points. You have ceiling speakers 🔊at every 2 feet! Even with lower volume it would work. 🙏🏼

They don’t take $50 dollars bills or 100rds this is so lame you get to the counter and find out and can’t buy a meal. So disappointing when you were looking forward to it. So hot my back up Apple Pay 🫩

I’m not sure what’s going on with the service lately, but the cashiers are rarely at the counter. They’re usually inside talking among themselves while customers are left waiting outside until they’re done and ready to take orders. It’s frustrating and feels unprofessional.

Negative 100 stars!!! I must say i was very disappointed with the horrible service at this location. I was putting in an order at the register with the manager who did. Not want to be there. I asked him if i had any discounts once i gave him my number and he said no. I later found out i had a coupon. When i received the food they threw everyone bag around and was mean as if we were in a prison mess hall. Bread could knock someone unconscious it was so hard. This the worst Panera. No thank you !

I came to pickup my uber order I wait there minimum 20 minutes what the hell also the lady who live on counter have very rude behavior she have no manner how to talk with customer she doesn’t tell the exact time how long the order take I WILL NEVER COME THERE AGAIN

Have been going to Panera bread for years and today I was told that French onion soup doesn’t come with cheese unless it’s on the receipt. The lady who prepares the food is rude and doesn’t even engage with customer who waits to get an answer on their order, and when she is wrong she gets extremely defensive, she insist that she is correct as it was not in the receipt. The manager was then called and he simply puts cheese into the soup and says there’s your cheese. No apologies or anything else. To the management hire better employees or train them better.

This location is unfortunately deceiving. I ordered an egg sandwich, two bagels and a cookie both bagels and the cookie were hard as a rock.. You can’t tell me when you’re packing it that you wouldn’t notice something like that. It’s a shame I normally love Panera

First time ordering here and totally disappointed! The portion of the chicken noodle soup is so small and 95% broth. The BBQ chicken sandwich is just bland. You can only taste the BBQ sauce. Def not coming back again for total of almost $14 on these.

Worse experience ever! I called to complain that the tuna on my sandwich was not up to par (I have gotten this sandwich on several occasions). On the first call the team member hung up on me while I was explaining to her my situation. I had to call several times and they answered when I used my sister’s phone to call. I spoke to the manager Omar, who was not helpful and mad me even more upset. He told me that he just got in when I told him about my order. He then stated to me that the tuna is portioned out so there’s no way that I did receive the right amount of tuna. I tried to tell him- “how would you know if the team member actually provided the correct portion? Didn’t you just walk in - that’s what he stated to me as soon as I started to tell him about my order. He then tried to tell me that it’s possible that I got more arugula than usual. I then stated to him that I am not talking about the arugula. I have a complaint on the tuna- barely any tuna. Mind you I ordered the same tuna sandwich yesterday and had no problem with it. I also tried to explain that to Omar. I am so angry about this experience and lack of management skills!!
