Rushing into work as per usual, I wanted something cozy, warm and filling. I needed something quick to grab and it dawned on me that Gregory’s has their own app which was literally saving me time and effort. I placed my order and by the time I arrived it was done and still warm. I ordered the carda’mama decaf since I was already anxious while rushing lol, and the skinny sandwhich, to which I only ordered it because of its healthy ingredients. And omgahh it did not disappoint!! They certainly delivered!!! The staff at the Roosevelt field location are super sweet & always attentive!

Wonderful roasted espresso bean flavor, that you can smell right before you even taste it.

I have been coming to Gregory's at Roosevelt Field Mall almost 5 days a week. I can't rave about the staff enough!! they are absolutely an amazing team. I work in the mall so I have quite a few different places that I can choose from to go get my fairly simple iced Americano. however I always choose Gregory's because of the staff. ( Not going to lie the beans really are the best also) I am a manager at one of the stores in the mall All of the team know my name and my drink is always me perfectly. I even recommend my customers to stop by if they are looking for great service and great coffee. Thank you so much for all your hard work! Aimee--AKA Large Iced Americano extra ice 😎

I love Gregorys! The staff at the Roosevelt Field location are really sweet and efficient. I love the idea of Gregorys, and by that, I mean the beautiful setup of the store itself. The green vines make it such a cute little place to visit! Most importantly, the coffee and food are perfect. I personally love the Salted Caramel Cold Brew with a nice Chocolate Chunk Cookie (they are HUGE) and I'm always trying new products from Gregorys! The mobile app makes it super convenient for me to order, as I work in the mall - right next to Gregorys! I prefer it over a lot of other chains, because I personally feel the experience and products are more genuine. Definitely recommend!

My wife and I are vegan and we were very happy to see the options on the menu. I got a vegan breakfast burrito which had vegan sausage, just egg, cheese, potatoes, onions and peppers; it definitely was filling. My wife liked the vegan deluxe she got which was a croissant with vegan egg, vegan sausage, and vegan cheese. We also got pumpkin spice drinks mine was hot and not too sweet, she got it iced and also liked it. Since it was a booth in mall we ordered and took our food upstairs to the food court and ate there. We recommend going early because it's easier to get a seat and table.

The iced fall oat boy drink was a perfect choice. They even listened to my request for light ice, unlike other coffee shops that still put a decent amount of ice even when I say “light.” However, the cookies and cream smoothie was a major disappointment. It sounded interesting, but I wouldn’t experiment with it again.

I visit this location daily and give 5 stars for the great service that I get from Dylan and other baristas here that make it easy for me to get what I want when I come. The food and drink is usually just the way that I want and they have remade it for me on occasion with no problem. Shout out to Ameena! I really enjoyed my cappuccino. You did a fantastic job 🥰

I visit this location daily and give 5 stars for the great service that I get from Dylan and other baristas here that make it easy for me to get what I want when I come. The food and drink is usually just the way that I want and they have remade it for me on occasion with no problem. I especially like their salted caramel cold brew and their blue berry muffin warmed up. Love that the app gives us bonus points rewards and other rewards that help me to make my purchases. Happy that they are in the mall!

My go to Coffee spot back in the day whenever I was in the city. Happy they branched out to LI. Coffee was good, tasted as I remembered. I was there at the later part of the evening on a weekday. No line.

The coffee is amazing! I love all the options they give you. Sadly that is the only pro I have. The prices are ridiculous for what they give you. Very cheap with their portions. I ordered an egg sandwich with bacon and cheese. The cheese was such a little amount and it was burnt. The bacon was raw. The egg was powered you can tell by the taste and appearance. The egg was super skinny. I wish I took a picture, but I am sure that is how it is sold anyway. Mcdonalds makes a better egg sandwich than that for cheaper! The oatmeal was good but it was half fill. This place is a rip off! Very disappointed!

The girl who made the drinks called mine out at the same time as another order which was the same order but looked completely different. I told her I ordered the blue matcha and she said it was the same thing (with an attitude) so I decided to just grab my drink and walk away. Once I tasted it I realized there was no blueberry taste at all. It was super disappointing because I only ordered the drink because of the blueberries and because I spent my money on something that did not taste good.

Order an iced espresso with two extra shots. Asked for a large cup to put it in and was charged $2 for the cup. That’s definitely a first. Inflation is real.

I’ve been here once. I ordered a drink with no ice. The girl handed me my drink with ice. I told her I ordered it with no ice. With an attitude she took the ice out and handed it back to me when it was about 50% full since she took all the ice out. i said really? She smiled with an attitude and I realized I would never get coffee here again! Other locations give me a full cup of coffee without ice when I order it.

Bad service. I was given a drink under the wrong name, when I questioned it, She said that’s for you. I let her know it’s the wrong size cup. She remade the drink in the right size but was not friendly handing it to me. I will not be purchasing from here again

I got the London fog and it was not even tasteful at all it was straight up just milk that I was tasting with barely any flavor and they didn’t even put the garnish and when I asked they said the flavor is inside.. horrible would not recommend any drinks for the price.

If you don't want to feel scammed, don't buy here. I bought a large matcha latte and they gave me a glass full of ice, but the worst thing is that it was missing 3 fingers to be served decently, it's the first time in my life that I complain about something like that, but I did and the guy told me that that was the size they served and that he wouldn't fix it and he didn't even want to listen to me. Wow, what a huge disrespect, something logical just by looking at it. Thank God, a girl next ti me complained about the same thing at the same time

After walking the mall for hours I was excited to get a cappuccino as I was telling my cousin how great Gregory’s is. It was around 5 pm Sat and it seemed to be closed due to the employees cleaning up. I approached & received dirty looks as I asked “it looks like you guys are closed. Where is the nearest Starbucks?” And I got “I wouldn’t know” with such an attitude. After wasting a half hour to the opposite side for starbucks. I walk back in the area to find the kiosk fully operating, busy and serving coffee with a line. I wouldn’t have mind waiting if they were on lunch but their attitudes? Extremely unnecessary left my family speechless…

This is by far the worst Gregory’s location. I have never had a good drink or experience here. The drinks are not up to par with any of the other locations (Long Island, Queens, or Manhattan) in quality or taste. This goes for batched drinks like NuBrew or Cold brew or any of the espresso drinks. Even if the drink is made correctly, which it usually isn’t, the drinks are always flavorless and watery. The employees do not follow instructions and appear to be constantly remaking drinks. Since I generally love Gregory’s I would say it’s worth the extra drive to the next closet location if possible.
