These Cheesesteaks were amazing! I got the bacon chipotle chicken cheesesteak and it was soooo good! The staff is always so nice and accommodating! One of the best chicken cheesesteaks! Even the fries are so fresh, they make them very natural! Ugh soo goood!!!!!!!!!!! 💯

Great Cheesesteaks, and in my opinion, surpasses Chick Fila-A around the corner. Don't get me wrong, Chick Fil-A is very good, however Charley's is superior. Their Chicken Cheesesteak is excellent and pairs well with their fries and premium lemonade. Their pickles are amazing! Service is fast and efficient. Don't forget to pick up a rewards card. Highly recommended!

I love Charley's Philly Cheesesteak, Chicken California, and now their breakfast sandwich of eggs and cheese! I add in onion and green pepper. Staff are quick and neat making the sandwiches. Many times I've asked for some of the free sides wrapped separately, so it doesn't make the sandwich soggy by the time I get to eat it and staff are always willing to please. Thank you for all you are providing! Also love the little rewards card. Free sandwich after purchase number 7 :)

I ordered a chicken teriyaki cheesesteak sandwich. There was enough chicken in half of the sandwich, but the ends of the sandwich were just dressing and lettuce. Overall, there was too much lettuce and very little chicken. The regular size sandwich was pretty long, but the lack of chicken was pretty disappointing. I also ordered the gourmet ultimate fries, which had cheese and bacon bits. They were too soggy. I would not order them again. The order was prepared fast. It was ready in a couple of minutes.

I've been here about 5 or 6 times because I usually like the "taste" of the food and each time I come with the hopes that this time SOMEONE will actually know how to make a sandwich. If there was an award for messy sandwiches it would go to this place. It's not even like they were busy at the moment but for some reason they feel like they need to slap together a sandwich as quick as possible. Today the lady making the sandwiches was looking the other way while throwing on the lettuce. Look at what you're doing then maybe it won't be a mess. Would you even eat it the way you're making it? Lastly, everyone needs to put a damn smile on their faces, it's a basic customer service skill.

She asked the other employee several times in Spanish. I don't think she knew I understood Spanish. I paid for my order and honestly it upset me that she made it look like I was lying. I had purchased three full meals. I told her I wasn't lying. She completely ignored my comment and looked away. Never responded. Pretended like I was not there.

Just took home food from the roosevelt field mall location and i wont be back again. Food is getting worse over past couple times ive been there. Fries are under cooked, lemonade has barely any syrup and were low on toppings. Constant issue. Sad cause i love this place.

Have no problem with the food but the employees! Stood there and waited my order for 20mins because they missed it! Fine. I asked the lady and she said it is coming. Got my sandwich and still missed the fries. Fine. Asked for it again. The lady spoke in Spanish for a while the girl who took my order said she gave it to my friend. BUT my friend was by my side for a while and I was there waiting all the time, neither of us get the fries nor heard they called my order number! The guy who was making the grill turned around and yelled at me said that was what happened why they call the number and I never responded!!!!! Excuse me! Please watch your attitude and see what happens before blaming your customer!!! Never coming back!!! BYE! Update- emailed the feedback. Let’s see how you can make it right this time. :)

The food was disgusting I ordered the chicken Philly the bread was hard I didn't taste no meat the fries was cold in on top of it all they had a bucket of chicken drum sticks sitting on the counter not covered up disgusting I took a picture of the chicken I'm gonna try & post it un sanitary this was Sept 8,2025 after 11am

your doordash ordering process is absolutely abysmal, makes you select everything you want multiple times and then gives you an error saying you havent selected something that you have selected beyond the shadow of a doubt. yall lost a $300 order today bc of how bad your menu is on doordash

Avoid this place at all costs (unless you like to be treated badly). I was there tonight and forgot my order number so my boyfriend let one of the workers there know. How did that worker respond? He didn't, he looked at us and completely ignored us. I then told the same worker that I was waiting for my fries and he asked me what my order number was. I proceeded to repeat that I forgot my order number and that I don't have a receipt and the worker shrugged his shoulders, made a nasty face and turned back around to prepare the next person's order. The staff here is rude and completely incapable of understanding anything. How disappointing it was to decide to have some Charley's for the first time and be treated that way. I'm not sure if there was an MOD but management really need to have a talk with their subordinates. I don't care if they have the "#1 cheesesteak", their customer service is last place.

Wow. I cannot believe this . Just seen multiple short hairs in my sandwich. The quality of this place has gone down through the years. Taste is bland. Workers do not Care. Dine at Popeyes next

In New Jersey in all locations they give you food to go in boxes so you can open and conveniently eat it here they gave it in the bag and I don’t understand how we supposed to even to eat it and I ordered a large size sandwich $18 for a veggie combo with fries & coke… so so experience. Food quality didn’t like, full sandwich of lettuce didn’t find my mushrooms If I can close my eyes to everything else, but the packaging just shocked me
