I had a really good experience at Applebee's in Westbury. The staff was friendly and attentive, and our food came out hot and on time and the drinks were amazing. The atmosphere was relaxed and perfect for hanging out with friends or family. The menu has a lot of options, and everything we ordered tasted great. Overall, it was a smooth experience with good service, good food, and a comfortable vibe. I'd definitely come back.

Food is always great there! Last night our server Sierra was amazing! Even while dealing with our cranky two year old, she kept a friendly smile on the whole time and even got him to laugh! Thank you Sierra and Applebees for another great night! We’ll see you soon!

My friend and I come 1 to 2x a month here. Never had any issues. But tonight our server wasn’t very polite. My friend has a lot of allergies so she always gets a grilled Ckn sandwich plain no dressing and no anything on a bun with French fries just salt. He said we can’t order that because it’s not lunch. We always always get it It’s so easy. Grilled Ckn on a bun. Plain ff. So that arrived with seasoning on ff. We needed new ff. He went to take it back but she wanted her sandwich so it doesn’t dry out. He was very huffy. Then never came back for drink refills or to check on us. Then we needed napkins he gave us bar napkins huffy as well. He wasn’t busy because the restaurant was half full. When we went to pay that was unpleasant too. Maybe an off nite? Idk. But we usually have a very nice dinner and the staff is usually very friendly. This gentleman definitely wasn’t friendly.

We celebrated my mother's birthday and the staff was amazing food came out on time fresh and flavored. My sister and brothers drinks were great they enjoyed them. Salad was fresh as well. Our waitress Pat aka Patricia thank you again you were the best as well as the hostess who greeted us upon us arriving. Thank you for accepting our reservation of party of seven. Thank you to the photographer who took our photos. As we have these memories to share for ever. The staff at this location very professional and great service thank you. Amazing place to eat & enjoy!! The bartender Tatiana is a sweetheart, beautiful, kind, professional and pleasant!!! One of the reasons why my husband and I come for date nights!!! All of the employees are absolutely amazing and hard working as well!!! We also the pleasure of having Leila attend to our table this past Saturday and she did more than amazing job!!!! Love this Applebees!!! As busy as it was on Saturday, all of the employees worked hard extremely hard and was pleasant, professional, dedicated and made sure we was good even if it wasn’t their table!!!

Brought my father here for Veterans Day so it was a lot busier than usual. I did have to complain about a forgotten appetizer. Christian the manager did a great job at saving our experience by giving us the appetizer to go and a free dessert. Super caring and funny guy. Will be returning soon.

Tatiana makes amazing drinks and has great service!!! She does not talk to you like you’re just another customer, she actually has human to human conversations. Not just bartender to guest.

Everything was amazing!! Our waiter Will was very attentive and extremely welcoming. In my opinion this is the best applebees on the island!! Food was amazing, atmosphere was amazing & service was amazing. If you ever dine here ask for Will!

I love this Applebee’s location! It’s a great place to hit up after seeing a movie at the AMC. You get good size portions especially for the money and the staff is amazing! We always request Joey as our server because we know he’s always friendly, upbeat and will get our orders right.

I had such a great experience at Applebee’s thanks to my bartender, Ewelina G! She was not only incredibly friendly but also provided excellent service throughout my visit. Ewelina was attentive to every detail, offering helpful recommendations and ensuring my meal and drink was perfect. Her warm personality and professional attitude really made the my lunch special. She was very quick in taking our order and getting us out on time to go back to work. I highly recommend sitting at the bar and enjoying Ewelina’s top-notch service—she truly goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are in great hands. Would definitely recommend!

Solo date tonight. My waitress was Hunter. She's great. I ordered a strawberry daiquiri, which was yummy, even though I'm not a drinker. That's probably explains the slight dizziness I'm feeling. Anyway, the bbq brisket taco was delicious.

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ 4/5 I recently visited Applebee’s and had a pretty good experience. The atmosphere is casual and comfortable, perfect for a relaxed meal with friends or family. The staff was friendly and attentive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed.

Always a great spot whether watching the game or running for the 1/2 apps at night. The bartenders are always nice at the bar top and I've always been able to get a spot.

The service here is horrible. We waited for 20mins before our waitress even acknowledged us and that's after I said something. Food is not that great. I tasted dishwasher solution in the water that I had to wait 15 minutes for, plates and glasses were filthy. Muddled piece of mint in the Blue Moon draft. How does that even happen. Mind you if the restaurant is packed and the kitchen is in the weeds then I would get it but it was a very slow Monday. Waitress came like three times. Disappointing. Was gonna hit the bar and forget about it but I still taste the detergent water as I am trying to wash it away. So I am leaving this review.

Arrived around 11:30 PM and ordered a simple 2 for $25 meal for a party of four on a calm night. What should have been a standard dining experience turned into a long and frustrating one. After appetizers, our server Erin N attempted to bring the check before our entrées were served—clearly the order had not been entered. We then waited an additional 25–30 minutes with no apology or manager involvement. When the food finally arrived, one entrée was undercooked and rushed. The experience ended poorly when we were overcharged, and our card was run twice. Both the server and manager showed little concern, and we were told the extra charge “should” fall off. Overall, the lack of accountability, poor communication, and careless handling of both our meal and payment made this a very frustrating experience. We are very disappointed with the service and will not be returning to this location anytime soon.

We were surprised their was no wait on a Saturday. When we sat we ordered our drink which came fairly quick. And when those cane we ordered food. We considered leaving and ordering a pizza. Thats how ling it took. Bacon on my whiskey burger was raw. I asked for it to be recooked. Never got it. Also wanna point out that when the waitress gave us our food, it was the last time we saw her. Paid on the tablet and left. Save your time and go to Chili's!!!

Worst place ever to go to went in did a sitting for 11 people told us it was 25 min wait ok we waited people was coming in they sat everyone a party of 10 came in they waited 20 mins and they still had us waiting 25 mins came to 45 mins wait when our table was ready they gave our table to another party the girls in the front start to talk about us like we weren’t hearing them so we ask for the manager he looked around and told us we had to wait another 25 mins most disgusting place to go to especially when you have to nasty girls in the front greeted people maybe switch them to back where no one will see there nasty attitude and put better girls to the front work on that Apple bee do better
