Omg!! Where do I even began???!!! This was my first time visiting this establishment and I just had to leave a review!!!! I have been to several applebees across the 5 boroughs and I must say this location thus far is the best!!! My best friend and I was looking for a restaurant to get some food but it was late and almost everything was closing plus it was my bday weekend so we happen to stumble upon this applebees and the experience was everything we had a waiter name Joey he is such a sweetheart and very attentive to his customers we didn't have to look for him he wasnt over bearing and he brought all our food to us on time piping hot!! we love you Joey 💜 So I just had to tell his beautiful manager about him, her name is Sasha we see why she's the manager at that location she was very polite personable understanding and ran her restaurant like a boss while her employees never look stress out or unhappy it's my bday weekend and friends decided to give me shots (I'm a lightweight btw lol) but at the end of the night I became extremely sick and ended up vomiting in the bathroom smh soooo embarrassing🤦🏽‍♀️ I wanted to clean it up so I was asking Sasha for some gloves and cleaning liquid cause I felt that bad!!! But she in return gave me the most understanding face laugh it off with me and told me not to worried about it she will have someone clean it the comfort that she gave me made me feel like instead of her being a manager in that moment she was more of a friend🫶🏼 I appreciate that entire location the food was amazing!!! Btw not one single complaint my best friend and I live in Jamaica Queens but next time we want some applebees we will be coming alllll the way back to this location! Stopped in for an early Monday night dinner (Margarita Mondays! Hello!), and were more than satisfied. We were seated quickly, and tended to just as promptly. Our server, Kaileen, was absolutely delightful. Pleasant, personable, and extremely attentive. She made perfect recommendations, and her personality was the best part of the experience. My wife and I live in Westbury, and eat out often to various restaurants in the vicinity. Kaileen is hands down one of the best servers we've encountered. A true asset to Applebee's.

With everything increasing these days, I'm amazed that Applebee's hasn't raised their prices by at least a few dollars. For $25, the quantity and quality of food you receive is truly a fantastic deal—definitely worth it. Our server, Sierra, was exceptional. I like it here. The mozzarella sticks are pretty standard and the pretzel sticks are really good. If you go after 10:00pm the apps are half-price. I will either get the cheeseburger or a steak. The chili fries are really good. For dessert I get the brownie bite. There is a bigger size too, but I am usually too full for the full size.

My friend and I come 1 to 2x a month here. Never had any issues. But tonight our server wasn’t very polite. My friend has a lot of allergies so she always gets a grilled Ckn sandwich plain no dressing and no anything on a bun with French fries just salt. He said we can’t order that because it’s not lunch. We always always get it It’s so easy. Grilled Ckn on a bun. Plain ff. So that arrived with seasoning on ff. We needed new ff. He went to take it back but she wanted her sandwich so it doesn’t dry out. He was very huffy. Then never came back for drink refills or to check on us. Then we needed napkins he gave us bar napkins huffy as well. He wasn’t busy because the restaurant was half full. When we went to pay that was unpleasant too. Maybe an off nite? Idk. But we usually have a very nice dinner and the staff is usually very friendly. This gentleman definitely wasn’t friendly.

This Applebees compared to other locations and other chains is really above average regarding their employee attitude and service. I usually visit during happy hour which they do have some good deals such as the BOGO domestic beers and my favorite Angry Orchard. Overall this location is well managed and staff is very friendly so I overlook the mediocre food.

Applebee's has been an institution for a long time. Came here for a late night girls night out after a shopping excursion. They are open late (til 2am) and there's a half off select appetizers after 10pm. The place was pretty busy even at that hour but we managed to score a table within minutes. The beef quesadilla's we're good. The spinach artichoke dip was creamy and came with thin tortilla chips. I didn't care for the pretzel bread and cheese dip. It was soft and also came with a side of honey mustard sauce if you didn't want to dip it in cheese. But it was not memorable. I ordered the French Onion Soup, the baked cheese on top was yummy but could've used more heat to make it brown on top. There wasn't much filler in the soup either. Wait staff was good, very attentive. Good for bar food and quick dinners.

The restaurant was unkempt and the service was not adequate. The waiter greeted is 5 minutes after we were seated by the hostess, but then he took another 8 minutes to come back and ask us for our drink order. Then he took 12 minutes to return with the drinks and get our food order. It continued like that for condiment requests, drink refills, etc. When our entrées finally came out, one of them (the rack of ribs) were burnt to a black crisp that was like shards of glass once cut into with a knife. The manager was nice and replaced the ribs, but now, by the time the replacement order came out, everyone had finished eating except the person who ordered the ribs. This was one of those outings that can make one regret going out for dinner rather than staying in and cooking. Even having a gathering with microwaved frozen dinners would have been better than this experience.

My endless chicken tenders ended after one serving. My server disappeared and after 20 minutes of waiting I flagged down another server for a refill. I informed my server I was waiting on a refill when she decided to show up 5 minutes after ordering but I never received it. I would have ordered something else if I knew endless meant only 1. After another 10 minutes of waiting and no server to be seen, I cut my losses and left. If not for the kiosk on the table who knows how long I would have waited for the check. I was thinking about sitting just there to see how long it would take for someone to come over. Another table across from me also had a server issue and had to flag down a different server walking by to take their order. Table 17 must be cursed because I had a bad experience last year too.

This Applebees was HORRIBLE. The waiter was cool but the overall service was poor poor poor. We ordered a well done steak and received a "slider sized" steak that was poorly cooked. The half rack of ribs we ordered looked as if they came off of an infant pig. And lastly, we asked for cheese on our broccoli and was served broccoli with cheese slices on the side. Poor poor service. Don't come here!!!

I actually liked coming to this location prior covid and today my friend suggested to go because who doesnt love applebees. So on a slow Thursday afternoon with barely 10 tables filled with anyone under 70. We are seated asked for our orders ya know standard stuff. We ordered apps which tasted horrible and dry, then cam the entrees both were burgers with this crusty bottoms as if the grill wasnt cleansed I asked for well done this looked done done. I took two bites and was nauseated, I expressed my disgust for this meal and was offered a option to talk to a manager. To be honest managers dont care and I've experienced serving in the past.

Awful local dump. Terrible food, Crabs likely have to toxicidy, high mercury, etc since everything is supposedly being locally sourced near a landfill and a former dump, near the worst waterways anywhere in nassau and close to as bad as Suffolk’s great south bay. Bad service. Smells like bad fish.

My son has food poisoning! His first and last time eating here! Had the kids cheese burger and fries and had 2 bone in garlic parm wings. He’s been throwing up and has diarrhea an hour after leaving this place. Food was dry and most likely been recooked over and over again.

The service was horrible. We waited 1 hour for food and the waitress had an attitude. Will not come back. Food was sloppy.

“I waited over 45 minutes for my food, and when it finally showed up, it looked like it had been thrown together in a rush — the burgers were smashed and dripping with ketchup, the fries were soggy and cold instead of crispy, and the whole plate was greasy and disappointing. Definitely not worth the wait.”

I tasted dishwasher solution in the water that I had to wait 15 minutes for, plates and glasses were filthy. Muddled piece of mint in the Blue Moon draft. How does that even happen. Mind you if the restaurant is packed and the kitchen is in the weeds then I would get it but it was a very slow Monday. Waitress came like three times. Disappointing. Was gonna hit the bar and forget about it but I still taste the detergent water as I am trying to wash it away. So I am leaving this review.

Arrived around 11:30 PM and ordered a simple 2 for $25 meal for a party of four on a calm night. What should have been a standard dining experience turned into a long and frustrating one. After appetizers, our server Erin N attempted to bring the check before our entrées were served—clearly the order had not been entered. We then waited an additional 25–30 minutes with no apology or manager involvement. When the food finally arrived, one entrée was undercooked and rushed. The experience ended poorly when we were overcharged, and our card was run twice. Both the server and manager showed little concern, and we were told the extra charge “should” fall off. Overall, the lack of accountability, poor communication, and careless handling of both our meal and payment made this a very frustrating experience. We are very disappointed with the service and will not be returning to this location anytime soon.

We were surprised their was no wait on a Saturday. When we sat we ordered our drink which came fairly quick. And when those cane we ordered food. We considered leaving and ordering a pizza. Thats how ling it took. Bacon on my whiskey burger was raw. I asked for it to be recooked. Never got it. Also wanna point out that when the waitress gave us our food, it was the last time we saw her. Paid on the tablet and left. Save your time and go to Chili's!!!

Worst place ever to go to went in did a sitting for 11 people told us it was 25 min wait ok we waited people was coming in they sat everyone a party of 10 came in they waited 20 mins and they still had us waiting 25 mins came to 45 mins wait when our table was ready they gave our table to another party the girls in the front start to talk about us like we weren’t hearing them so we ask for the manager he looked around and told us we had to wait another 25 mins most disgusting place to go to especially when you have to nasty girls in the front greeted people maybe switch them to back where no one will see there nasty attitude and put better girls to the front work on that Apple bee do better
