This location has great service and food. I go out of my way to go here instead of others. Though they don't have servers any more they still have plenty of room in the seating area. It has a very calm old school vibe to it that I love!

Had the craving for (dominos/little Caesar/Pizza Hut type pizza). I have to say I am shocked this place has so little stars— I was blown away by how good my pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks were. Every time I order dominos they burn my pizza and it tastes awful. Not Pizza Hut! It was ready right on time for what carry out said and still hot when I got it home despite this cold winter we’re having. Fire 🔥 and literally never ordering dominos on LI again when I want this type of pizza (rather than typical LI style pizzeria pizza). The Cinnabons were great as well. And they have their app with the deals section you should use it

I visited Pizza Hut after 5 years. I took my son for a dine in experience not knowing Dine-in was no longer available. The staff member was very nice and let us sit and enjoy our meal. My son loved it he said it was the best pizza he’s ever had!!

Salad isn't always the freshest but the Pizza is good. Sometimes it's quick at this location and sometimes it takes forever, regardless of there being a crowd or no crowd. However, it's Pizza Hut, of the Huts, 4 stars.

I love the pizza and their bread sticks. However, the place sometimes smells weird and isn't always clean. Also, depending on the hour you go, the wait may be a long time.

I have used this place on many occasions and I have always had satisfactory results from them. At present of the writing of this review December 2021, no one is allowed to eat in at the facility and I believe that it is due to the Covid-19 pandemic but you can always order online and do a pick up at the order counter or they will do a curbside delivery. I don't know why but it appears that they no longer take orders at the counter they mentioned that that I will have to order online via the Pizza Hut App. Luckily I had my smartphone with me. Other than that, the order was correct and on time.

This Pizza Hut is like most of the other Pizza Huts. The food is decent and I think tasty. The place is clean and the people working there are courteous. The only bad thing that I will say about Pizza Hut in general is, unless you ordered the special pizza that is on sale, you will pay what I consider to be an exorbitant price! When I recently asked what a large stuffed crust pizza with two toppings would cost, they said about $20! Their pizza is good, but it is not that good!

This particular restaurant was under staffed and pretty busy. Food took a while before it came out. Appetizers came out one at a time. Instead of together. Not the servers fault. Two servers on the floor and one was even the hostess. Restaurant was 4 tables short of being a full dining room. Other than that the food is always good when ever we go there.

This is the pizza hut I always go to for pizza--as it's the closest. They have been known to screw up occasionally--undercook the pizza, or have a long wait, but overall it's pretty good. Staff is smart, good at what they do..They have a funny sign posted to remind employees to wash their hands referencing the zombie apocalypse. My favourite thing about this place is that they offer the pizza hut lunch buffet on weekdays. It's clean inside, too--not a mess or anything.

This pizza hut and wingstreet franchise is fast and reliable to go into. I would give this a 4/5 because although dining is not an option anymore more than a year ago, It is still and will remain as an average pizza hut restaurant with quick and great staff!

Well, this is a newly renovated Pizza Hut which has good quality service and good staff that can relate to you if you go frequently. They have very good Pizzas, Bread Sticks, Wings and Pasta Dishes. Salads may be not the best in this location since, they are slow to re-fill the salad bar. Also, they will comment on you if you take more than one dish of salad. Otherwise, this location is my favorite because of it's cleaniness, nice hot dishes and quick service. I give it a 4 star for goods in many service and cleniness while the salad-situation dropped one star.

The dine in section was closed and they had one guy working front and doing orders, place is a little run down and in a bad location (meaning it’s off a main road, hard to get to, sign is hidden behind some trees) but glad we ordered!!

Nice small store hidden on old country road, came here once to pick up an order. Place is clean and respectable.

We were seated quickly and our orders were taken promptly. The cheese sticks were delicious. My personal pan pizza tasted a bit doughier than usual, perhaps not fully cooked but the food overall was good. The lowlight was that it took forever to get our check and actually get back out the door.

My wife loves Pizza Hut. So, we stopped at this location after doing some shopping in the area. They no longer offer the option to dine-in, and it was a sad sight to see the cordoned off dining area filled with a bunch of broken tables. Great staff and food, but this location needs a makeover.

As much as i love pizza hutts regular pizzas. The pizza wrap is total garbage. The "wrap" part was the same ,if not harder, as a epenada or big pretzel . Definitely not my thing. But i looooove pizza at pizza hutt

I ate here, with the family, to have the "Pizza Hut" experience that I had as a child. The place was fairly clean, yet the ladies bathroom was pretty gross. The light switch was not gross from age but from a lack of cleaning. The dining table could have used a little wiping down. Dining: The salad bar was basic and the Catalina dressing was like Elmer's glue; this was so disappointing. The wings were ok, a bit red on the inside but a 2.5 out of 5. The hype was all about the privilege of eating hot out of the oven pan pizza, oozing with cheese and covered with sauce and toppings. I wish I could say that it was what it used to be but alas, it wasn't. The pizza was a mere "meh" of my memories and although the kids loved the crust, they're weren't blown away. The sauce was practically nonexistent, the cheese wasn't chewy, and the toppings were a challenge to find. Outside of spending time with my family in a now "greasy spoon," I have very little desire to return. If I eat Pizza Hut again, it will be take out and if I want to enjoy the favorite pizza of my childhood, I'll go to the grocery store, pick up a Digiorno's, and call it a night. The service was average speed; the hospatility was a 4 out of 5 only because upon our arrival, the place was empty with only two large family seating choices. We walked in and chose a table but was told to go back and wait to be seated. Although absurd, we completed and ended up being walked over to our initial seating choice due to "protocol." It's Pizza Hut, not Mr. Chow's. Almost rated it a three but we came for the pizza which was a poor example of what it used to be.

The food here was good, but the service was a bit inconsistent. We got off to a great start, but then the wait staff forgot about our table as we were trying to get the check. I'd eat here again, but wouldn't rush to be done anytime soon.

I had placed an order online and when I go to the store I wasn't even acknowledged. The young man behind the counter was on the phone with another customer but looked at me in the face and turned his head without saying a word. Another young man came out and asked it he could help me and said the the order will be ready in a few minutes. Sitting to the side I waited patiently and had to get in a long line to find out that the pizza was ready earlier.

The marinara sauce tasted like they put sugar in it. The pizza was kinda salty unsure why. But the service was very good despite what they charge for extra sauces. Smh 54 cents, im like really people

Customer service was excellent. Despite the pizza being overcooked...they immediately came over and offered apologies because their oven was having temperature issues. They offered a replacement even before I knew there was a problem.

For a buffet, the service was ok but for me to arrive at the buffet at 12:00 noon; the product was below average. I Compared this place to other pizza huts that I have eaten at. I was disappointed because other huts have a real variety of items. This pizza hut’s variety seemed to have very similar items, with all the same taste & ingredients. Salad- cucumbers old, dry broccoli Pizza variety - good but all the same toppings; just portions vary. I expected a little more creativity with the buffet;

I love pizza hut. The pizza is always delicious when you eat in, but take out can be a hit or miss. Their deals are always great. They do not deliver which kills me because I have to order from somewhere else. The last two times I ate in, it was freezing...like the heatt was shut off.

I am going to be critical because I hope management sees this and makes necessary changes. I've always liked Pizza Hut's pizza and I decided to have lunch here rather than just go to Taco Bell or Popeyes. The restaurant is still a quaint little "hut" style with reasonable decor and seating for around 50 before things get crowded. I ordered a stuffed crust meat lover's personal pizza but my order was rejected because they don't make stuffed crust personal sized pizzas. So right there I was upset. Instead, I settled for a $6 "personal pizza" which I expected to be at least the equivalent size of 2 slices of NY style pizza. There are no photos of the personal pizza size or warnings about portions. The waitress comes back with a DESSERT SIZED PIE PLATE that has a small, public school lunch sized pizza on it. For that same amount of money, I could have gone to Little Caesar's and gotten 4TIMES AS MUCH FOOD for the same $6. LC's personal lunch pizza is huge by comparison. The seating wasn't great either. My table was rickety and wobbling back and forth like a bobble head doll. The menu's were split in half from wear. Did no one ever consider taking them to Staples and laminating them??? I also ordered a small buffalo wing basket which was about $6 and was delicious with a decent serving of Blue Cheese dressing. I also had a Mountain Dew soda - but as far as I can tell either they don't offer free refills or the waitress made no attempt to ask if I wanted a refill. I haven't eaten in Pizza Hut in a while because it's fattening, high-calorie food. Fortunately, the corporatized taste hasn't changed. Unfortunately, the menu isn't exciting and the salad bar is sitting there completely vacant as if it's an afterthought. It made me wonder: how can they compete with the other restaurants in the area or even regular pizza restaurants. I spent $20 for an underwhelming meal. ($17 + $3 tip)

We ordered stuffed garlic knots and bone out wings with medium Buffalo sauce... The knots tasted a little bland and the Buffalo sauce was really really tangy... I expected it to be hot but it was just tangy.. The chicken was crispy and juicy but the sauce just ruined it.. Thank god that i asked for ranch sauce which was a saviour

The location is fine. But that parking lot is what kills it. The pot holes (at least 10) are just ridiculous and some are very deep. Need to get that fixed before someone pops a tire or gets hurt.

Took forever to get my food. They take your money then they put your order in even though I orders 20 mins in advance online. In had to wait another 30 to receive my food. Plus the mini cinnabons i ordered were being so I had to wait another 15 mins for them to remake.

The service can be improved as well as the speed on placed orders to be picked up. My pizza did not look good. The tomatoes were green.

I got pick up order ready however, when I arrived at the pick up line which Noone is on the line. I stood there atleast 20mins. Oh they noticed me cause we got eyes contact. They let me waited cause somehow there were at least 6 people back there and none is at the counter.

I hate giving them two stars because when the dining room was open we had good experiences. Server (same guy each time) was great but he seems to be gone and now it’s just bad. Two times now things were not ready. Ordered with the app and I waited in the lot. When it said it was ready I went In. Not ready. Said waiting on breadsticks. 5 people came in and out while I waited for 30 minutes! I didn’t want to make a big deal because these are tough times so I kept waiting. After the 30 minutes I said well now is my pizza going to be cold?? Ummmm NO because they were making my pizza too! Why text me with “order ready” if it’s not, then I wouldn’t have to stand in your lobby with others coming in and out. Barely apologetic. Done with this place.

I had curb side take away, when I got there and checked in on my phone that I had arrived, no one came out. After 10 minutes I went in only to be told that my order was missing a topping so they are adding it. No one apologized nor said anything else, I had to ask how long will the order be. After an additional 10 minutes, I was able to get my order 20 minutes late.

We were very excited to return to Pizza Hut after a hiatus therefrom. While the menu’s surprisingly decreased quality is not the fault of this location, we were put off by the slow service. I know it was a weekday night, but the food came out to everyone very scattered with 50 minutes between them. But honestly, it might just be that the location is understaffed, because they didn’t necessarily do anything wrong. Our waitress seemed to be trying anyhow Also, the breadsticks were forgotten for a bit, and when they finally came out they were ripped and cold. Though it wasn’t busy, we felt rushed a bit... took too long (1 hr 20 min) couldn’t wait for dessert. We will give it another chance though :)

We ordered Spicy Garlic wings and the order was drenched in buffalo sauce. It was pooled in the bottom of the container. The wings did not taste at all like "spicy garlic". The cheese sticks were overcooked to the point of having burned edges. Pizza was fine.

The pizza here is nothing like I remember having at Pizza Hut locations years back. The dining room is still closed due to "COVID" which makes no sense. Pizza Hut pizza used to be the go to chain for a cheesy, hearty pizza especially when you order the specialties like a supreme or meat lovers. They top the pizzas as if they count no more than 15 total pieces of toppings no matter what you order. What a shame.

Cons . Some of the pizza was missing sauce . Wouldn't pick up their phone. . Requested curbside pick up but had to go inside. Pros . Employee did walk to and put the order in my truck, Couldn't hold order as I had surgery earlier this day. . No sass from employees. Conclusion . I'm sure it's a okay location when well staffed but on this day, their quality suffered due to their lack of staff. . Would of given a higher rating if the pizza had the proper amount of sauce.

Pizza was excellent. Service was very nice also. But they got me charge original bill itself and charge duplicate amount of same with added tips again. No Phone number printed on receipt, No address was printed on receipt. We had to go back for credit but shift manager was not able to process credit. Told us to go back again next day when regular Manager is working to get back credit.

First time ordering from this location. Got a dinner box for carry out, food was cold but still decent. Whoever was working the front was very rude didn’t even say hello but once I tried to say my order she loudly asked “What’s the name” even though I had said the name and order twice. Would rather take the extra drive to Fulton Pizza Hut.

This place sucks. Food buffet is poor. To order a pizza took forever last night. I was told thru their app it was 30 mins. When I got there, my order wasn't even being prepared. I asked the woman at the register and she said they were really backed up and that it was easily another half hour or more. Sje even told me i might as well go somewhere else because id be waiting forever. People had been waiting for an hour. So I left and took my business elsewhere.

The waitress when we walked in was sitting in a booth watching tv. she came up to us without a greeting. then proceeded to never check up on us after our food order. we had to walk up and pay our bill ourselves as she was outside smoking a cigarette. i will never return to this establishment. service was so poor, which is a shame food was done well.

This places stinks, its dirty and they don’t have nothing here, no fountain/ soft drinks, just soda bottles, and they don't sell slices of pizza here. On top of that, there’s a lady who is so loud and rude and very unprofessional. Definitely go to another pizza hut because this one is just trash.

Ordered a pepperoni, Roma Tomato Pan pizza, and got something not far off from supermarket pizza. Under cooked with no Pan style cooked crust and half the amount of toppings you'd expect. Why did I order here? There's a hundred great pizza joints within a mile. Hut you're done.

Yesterday, I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza. When I ate one of the slices, the tomato sauce contains a large amount of salt that I cannot finish the whole pizza. I should go to another location to order pizza.

I came to this pizza hut last friday and they mixed up the order so i called up and they applied a $10 credit under my phone number. Then i ordered pizza yesterday and wgen i got home one of the pizzas crust was almost raw, so my boyfriend went back and they made us a new one. The new one had just started burning so he just left. Needless to say we won't be back.

Horrible establishment. The facility is old and in urgent need of renovations. The salad bar was poorly stocked with substandard vegetables and a lack of a decent variety of food.they are seriously understaffed. The pizza is not as tasty as the Pizza Hut resturants in Queens. Terrible operation.

So pizza Hut can you tell me why you sell GCs and cant use them in locations. I know the answer, this cashier obviously was incorrect. The service in this place is horrible I ordered 2 large cheese stuffed crust with pepperoni. When I paid the clerk asked me if it was a cheese pizza. I told him very clearly that I wanted pepperoni which he ended charging me the extra 4 bucks and 60 cents more. I paid cash and he said he had no change to give me back. So instead of $4.60 I paid 5 dollars. The service really sucks at this place. Do not recommend it..

Ordered food for my Kids 1:18pm Waited until 2:20pm and called them to check my order. They canceled it because they don't accept cash payments for delivery. Wow! They never called or even sent an email for cancellation. I hope they shut down this place for good. What a loser ! Never Again! Papa Johns is the best.

Called in an order tonight, it's Super Bowl Sunday so I was informed it would take an hour (longer than usual). Figured, no big deal. Got there and I was terribly mistaken. I waited an additional 2 hours on top of my original wait time as well as every other customer there. They didn't even have the Super Bowl on the tvs, only college basketball, go figure. Out of all the 35+ people waiting no one got served. The manager was rude and completely useless. Wasn't even serving orders to people waiting. I got so fed up I just left and went to dominos who served me much quicker, about 15 minutes. Like the food at this place but after this experience I'll probably never go again. They ruined my super bowl.

Ordered and waited over 45 minutes (and we were just about to leave) for our food, which turned out to be extremely undercooked, so we had to send it back to get cooked. Granted, it was a Friday night, but the were only 4 parties seated inside, so it really shouldn't haven't taken that long. Lots of people in the back kitchen but more playing and joking around going on instead of working. Only one woman serving (they didn't really need more), who was just standing around most of the time or in and out of the restaurant to make phone calls. It probably would have been a good idea for her to clean the filthy tables and chairs or maybe check up on customers. Seems as though the take out orders were going out just fine though. It was a raggedy, horrible experience, but we thought to try the dine it for our baby. Will never, ever go there again.

Please do not come to this location! When I went to pick up my food, it was not even ready. As I waited for it, I saw that none of the employees in the back were wearing a mask (the people making the food). The masks were around their necks or in their hands. Only the lady in the front at the register where you pick up was properly wearing her mask. This is absolutely disgusting and not okay given there is a global pandemic

As soon as you walk in it smelt like mildew. Quality of their food has diminished and upkeep on the salad bar wasn’t there. The staff were not attentive. Use to always go here as a kid. Disgusted with my experience. Not what it use to be... all Pizza Hut chains should just close.

Placed a takeout order on Tuesday, was a slow day due to snow so you would think that the quality would be good. I ordered a thin crust pizza 2 toppings, top was burnt and bottom wasn't cooked. Order 2 boneless wings barely any sauce and dry. I haven't been too pizza hut in years and now I remember why.

if you want your order screwed up, then this place is for you.!! I went there tonight after ordering online and after 20 minutes of waiting, which I arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled pick up I asked about my pizza and they gave it to someone else and even managed to screw up 2 more orders while I waited for my pizza....as a " sorry for the screw up" they gave me one of the previous customers screw up pizza's..sorry not acceptable....they screwed up my re-do as well....these kids who run this place are a joke and don't waste your money or time that is unless you enjoy having your order wrong...

Last night we had very bad experience at this place. My son order 2 pan pizzas on line he got message will be ready in 30 minutes we reach there in about 20 minutes and the manager who was working at the counter said few more minutes we said OK. We paid and start waiting and waited for more than 25 minutes he serve other peoples who even came after us. Then he called us and gave us the pizzas which were lying there for more than 20 minute when I told him it was lying there for a while he sarcastically I didn't see it. And we had to eat cold pizza because we were hungry

The dough wasnt cooked well. The dough was as thin as thin crust pizza Sides were not good either. Total tasteless. Wasted money on 2 Large Pizzas unnecessarily Maybe they were busy but thats why we have a franchise, to keep the consistent taste and quality.

The "Meaty" Detroit style pizza I ordered was nothing like the photos on the app or the advertisements on TV. Where the ads show tons of pepperoni on the pizza, I was lucky if there was one piece on each slice. This pizza was totally not worth the $13.99 price. Really disappointing and, IMO, false advertising.

An off duty member of staff had her 2 kids in the dining area playing while she went into the kitchen to get food, leaving her children unattended. Our waitress kept disapearing to go outside to use her phone. So no refills for us. When our bill came out wrong, I just paid it instead of waiting for our waitress to come back inside again to adjust it. My time is worth something as well.

Waited 10 minutes before a service rep tells me that there is a 1 hour wait for pizza. What is surprising is the staff is just BS with each other rather than work. Me and a few other waiting customers just decided to walk out and leave .

Never Again. I ordered through the Phone App and picked the "NO CHEESE" option And yet there was cheese on the pizza. I called if I could get a replacement order and the person on the phone said I could not. I deleted the App and will never order from here ever again. I couldn't even get the right order. Bad service. Bad App. The App took forever to load.

I went to pick up food and simply asked what happened to the dining room, as the manager explained one of the workers yelled “it’s CLOSED what don’t you get?” I only asked once. I went to this location today (August 2nd @7pm) to pick up an order. The guy at the register was extremely rude! First I gave him a $6 tip. He had the nerve to not say thank you. Then I told him to have a nice day. Guy didn't say nothing. I just laughed and kept it professional. Even worse the pizza's were TERRIBLE. I'm never going to this location again.

Worst customer service ever. I came in order 2 pizzas. Minutes later I realize my same order could have been 10 dollars less if I order online to pick up there. I went inside I ask the manager why the difference in price, they told me that was the price online. So I said ok, cancel that order and I will do it online, she said she couldn't do it, the pizza were ready. I said, I am still ordering the exact same thing so It doesn't matter. She said it didn't work like that she couldn't do it, if I wanted a refund I needed to wait till 3pm, until another manager came in. So I decided to just leave it like that, but guess what I am never coming back to this pizza hut, you have lost a customer forever. No wonder they keep closing pizza huts locations left and right. Great pizza, worst customer experience ever.

Absolutely terrible location. There was only one employee in the whole restaurant. Phones were ringing off the hook. He ignored it. My food took forever to come out and the pizza was undercooked. I asked for a refund, he said no and asked me to leave. I just threw the food away. Such a waste.

Pizza Hut always tastes the same and it's good if you like that taste. We like Pizza Hut. What I don't like is that they have prices listed online, but when you call in an order and go pick it up, you get charged a lot more than the listed price. A Super Supreme pizza listed at $22.09 on the website, somehow becomes a $24.99 pizza when you call the order in, take you own car and time to go pick it up. It's like you're being punished for not ordering online. Nowhere does it say this on the website, if it did, I would have just ordered my two pies online and saved $6 + tax... Don't punish customers who call in orders Pizza Hut! It's been 5 years since I ate Pizza Hut, it will probably be another 5 before I get it again, especially when they pull a fast one on you when you get there.
