NAYA Middle Eastern Counter and Grill

This was my first time trying Mediterranean food. I didn’t really know what to get so I just opted for what sounded good lol. They had a BOGO deal on Uber eats. The food was really good and the flavors from the toppings worked very well together. I would definitely get this again it’s super healthy and tastes fresh.

Honestly the ones in manhattan are way better, quality is worse here veggies looked old and portions were smaller. Workers also looked miserable to be there

Day 1: I had to wait 10 minutes for my online order pickup time to come for them to hand me my bag that was sitting on the counter for 5 minutes. Day 2: online order I placed 20 minutes ahead of time for my lunch wasn’t started until I arrived and told them I was waiting for an online order. What’s the purpose of ordering online ahead of time? Food is nowhere near good enough to ignored the service

This review is specifically for the Garden City location in the Roosevelt Field Mall. The last two times ordering from here for delivery, the experience has been disappointing. Very little portions, and items missing. Two bowls from my last order were barely half full. I’m thinking since you are not there in person, they skimp and don’t pay attention to what they are putting in your bowl. The delivery experience for this location has been going downhill. Unfortunately this is the only location I can order delivery from for my house.

Wife ate there Dec 30 around 2pm. That was the only food she had that day. A few hours later she was vomiting and diarrhea all night. Will be reporting to health department

Food is dry and mediocre at best my order was prepared and delivered totally wrong bowls reversed and mixed up and pita bread is missing!!! I’ll never be back 1/2 went in the garbage Greek cove blows it away no comparison!!!! I’m pissed I wasted my money on this place $50 in the garbage and door dash sucks too where’s my refund???!!!

I got SCAMMED. Placed an order for delivery. I got NOTHING. but they still charged me. Had the audacity to ask me for a review afterwards. They claimed to have delivered my order too. Absolute waste of $25. I'm appalled and disgusted.

My daughter and I love the food and big fans. At the end of the day of shopping, for sure we always have ended here to pick up our dinner. This was our routine. Though their SERVICE was up and down, we gave them try for next visit. Here we visited last night and the server was AWEFUL!!! She didn’t even want to talk when I asked questions and big sights all that time and just slamming every portion of my food to the bowl that even went all over her arm!!!! I let my daughter ordered by herself and she didn’t give her any sauces or dips. At the end, she gave us BURNED pitas!!! The store needs hire who are willing to work and DEFINITELY needs training employees!!!!! I NEVER want to come back this place again!!! This woman broke my daughter’s heart terribly.

I want to start by stating that the food here is excellent. My only complaint is to the lady working the register who used the same gloves to handle money and coins to wrap and touch food :(

Terrible Service and Shrinking Portions at NAYA I go to NAYA almost every day, but lately the experience has been awful. The staff often have bad attitudes, and the portions just keep getting smaller and smaller. It feels like they’re trying to cut corners and cheat regular customers by giving tiny scoops of food, then charging extra for anything additional. It’s frustrating to be a loyal customer and get treated like this. Management really needs to train their employees better and stop this practice of shrinking portions while raising prices. It’s a terrible way to do business and shows they don’t value their customers.

Ordered through door dash. They completely didnt pack half of the order. Called them and got the "noticed after the driver left". Careless soulless workers who frankly dont care about anything clearly. No quality checks. Avoid this place at all costs. Too many other similar locations with similar concepts and fresher ingredients are around the immediate area.

Do NOT eat here!! Chicken kebab had an off putting taste, perhaps not fresh. Threw out most of the bowl. Biggest offense, however, was the small pieces of plastic found in my bowl. Didn’t realize it was plastic but my bowl tasted…crunchy. Took a piece out and found a small piece of hard, flat plastic. Dug around the bowl so more and found several other hard pieces of plastic. Will be reporting to health department as this is a huge safety concern. As I am writing this review, I am experiencing stomach pain and my partner has nausea. We have been to several other NAYA locations, and have never encountered these issues. It’s this particular location. Read the other reviews before visiting. One person had diarrhea and another person reported stomach pain/ nausea. NAYA, please conduct a safety investigation to ensure your food is properly prepared.

Food is usually fine when I order for myself. Recently ordered the sampler tray, it's supposed to come with pita or pita chips. i requested the pita. I got neither...You'd think $100 item would warrant extra care and attention.

Rude cashier refused to give me a bag with handles on it (helpful when you’re walking around in a mall) for my meal even though there were hundreds stacked right behind her. They need to do a better job vetting employees.
