Came here specifically looking for oysters. Blue point oysters were a delicious appetizer. Chicken parm with vodka sauce to die for. Then tiramsu and coffee to wrap it up couldn't be better. Top notch service and killer atmosphere. We were there on a Tuesday and got to take in some smooth sounds by Johnny Avino and his trio. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a classic Italian experience start to finish.

Had lunch at Vincent’s Clam Bar in Carle Place, and it was absolutely phenomenal. I ordered the Penne à la Vodka with Chicken and a Chicken Caesar Salad, and both were top-notch. You can really taste the fresh ingredients — the pasta was cooked perfectly, the sauce was rich and flavorful, and the chicken was tender and well-seasoned. The portions are huge, so it’s a great value for the price. My entire lunch was under $50, and I even had enough leftovers to take home — which almost never happens for me. Between the quality, portion size, and friendly service, Vincent’s is definitely one of the best Italian spots around. Whether you’re stopping in for lunch or dinner, you’ll leave full and happy. Highly recommend!

Excellent food, and great service! Large portion, we ordered 2 lunch specials for 3 adults, and still had some leftovers. And dessert portion is just huge, but delicious. Definitely my favorite Italian go to from now on.

Exceptional Exceptional… Words can't express how fantastic the food and service are here. Our server Patrick provided exceptional service. The managers made us feel like family and made sure that everything was to our satisfaction. This amazing restaurant is excellent. We arrived on a friday for lunch wow what generous portions and a great value for your money. We will definitely recommend family and friends and we will also be back to visit soon. Has to be one of the best restuarant and good experiences I’ve had in the U.S. Lively, loud, rush, crowd with great ambience. Nicely curated "Old School Italian Restaurant" with good food and service! They started us out with complimentary sausage sliders, followed by warm bread and olive oil. We started with arancini, which were cheesy and delicious. The lunch specials offered pasta or salad with the entrees; we chose the house salad, which was huge and nicely seasoned. Our entrees were chicken parm, eggplant parm, and a margarita pizza. The portions are huge, but we managed to finish. The chicken and eggplant were delicious, the pizza not so much. They gave us a complimentary dessert to share. I highly recommend coming in for the lunch special - you will not leave hungry!

Met up with a few buddies for lunch at Vincent’s Clam Bar in Carle Place. I used to go to the original Vincent’s in Little Italy on Mott & Hester. The Vincent’s in Carle Place is decorated with lots of photos and reminders of where they came from. You get that feeling like you’re back on Mott St. but on a much larger scale. Our server, Deeana was awesome. I hope I spelled her name right. Super attentive and fast with everything and so friendly. We ordered apps, lunch specials and entrees from the main menu. The portions are huge. I ordered the chicken parm lunch and had to wrap half of it because I was full. It also came with a choice of garden or Cesar’s salad. We also ordered the rice balls (5) appetizer for the table, they were great for sharing. It was very crowded for a Thursday but we got seated rather quickly.

Food and service was great, large portion sizes, and fast service. However, the tables are so close to each other you can hear everyone's conversation around you. We were seated near the door and everyone who just came in were basically standing right over us, so that made it a bit uncomfortable.

Vivian “Vivventure” Wayfarer

We got a reservation and came in on a Saturday morning, and the experience was pretty smooth overall. The service was good, and the space is very spacious, which makes it comfortable even when it’s busy. The restaurant came highly recommended, so expectations were fairly high. The food, however, was a bit hit or miss. The money bags were excellent and definitely the standout of the meal. The fettuccine Alfredo with chicken was unfortunately a miss — the pasta was undercooked. That said, the portions are generous and the overall value is good, especially for a sit-down Italian spot. Overall, a solid neighborhood restaurant with some strong dishes, though not everything hits the mark.

The ambience is so beautiful and the food portions are excellent base in price. I had a wonderful experience. My only complaint is the reception desk ladies cause I was at the bar and just for 3 minutes delay the gave my table to someone else which I consider not fair, and then make us wait for around half hour maybe more. (Bringing people ahead, like making me do the line twice)

We made a last-minute reservation on a cold and rainy Sunday night, and I’m glad we did — several walk-in groups around us were being quoted 45 minutes to an hour. That said, the experience didn’t start off great. When we walked in, the three hostesses at the stand completely ignored us. Maybe we interrupted a very important conversation, but it took them a solid minute or two to acknowledge we were even there, which left a bad first impression. Thankfully, the night turned around quickly thanks to our server, who was absolutely superb. He was attentive, warm, and everything we needed after that rocky start. I wish I remembered his name so I could give him the shout-out he deserves. For appetizers, we ordered the lobster bisque, garlic knot, rice balls, baked clams, and mussels. Everything tasted fresh and delicious — almost too fresh, considering there was a bit of sand in the mussels. Still, the flavors were spot-on and we really enjoyed them. For our entrée, we shared the chicken marsala with linguini, but unfortunately neither my husband nor I enjoyed it. The sauce leaned far too sweet for our taste. We’d absolutely return for the appetizers, but we’d skip that dish next time. The atmosphere was captivating — truly something happening everywhere you looked. The staff was hustling nonstop, and while the space was loud and a bit overwhelming, it actually added to the energy in a fun way. Overall, great apps, great service (once we got past the hostess stand), and a lively environment. We’d go back, but with a different entrée choice.

This restaurant is quite crowded and loud - the portions are quite large. We started with the mussels in white sauce - it was your tasty. There was a odd loaf of bread soaking in the middle. By the time we started the main course, we were full. The veel and pasta was nice - was expecting it to be more spicy. The calamari were a bit on the light side.

Drove nearly 2 hours from CT on a Friday night to join a large family reception held here. Although there was a very large crowd waiting, we had no trouble being seated right away and joining our party. The place was absolutely packed. Typical Italian American food out of a Long Island shopping center. The decor was nice for Christmas, and they have a large screen playing Christmas music videos. The ambiance was nice, although it was very loud inside. The staff was attentive and professional. The food itself was just alright if I’m being honest. The baked clams tasted like pure bread crumb mush. The calamari was over saturated in the sauce it came in, so it was soggy when served. The pizza, which is a thicker more Sicilian style, was soft and doughy and wet, likely undercooked. The pasta themselves were a bit overcooked although not inedible. Maybe the packed crowd affected the kitchen. I will say the flavors of the sauces were good. One important note: the lobster pasta. This pasta dish was oddly served on an aluminum foil “bag” which I tried to pour out the top, but the waiter scolded me and told me he would do it. He proceeded to pick up the foil bag and use a serrated knife to cut a hole quickly out of the bottom while holding it over the plate. I knew immediately there was a high likelihood that caused a piece of foil to get cut off and fall into the pasta, and concerned me how many people they’ve done this too. It’s sad because this was actually the best tasting dish out of everything, and the pasta was cooked perfectly al dente at that point. However, we did find the roughly one inch shard of aluminum foil underneath all the pasta. Hopefully someone that works there reads this: this isn’t an impressive presentation. It’s stupid and dangerous. At best I have a vision of a bag popping out my food before I eat it, like cutting open a diaper. Please stop this practice before you hurt someone. The dish doesn’t need it - it’s excellent as is. You don’t need to resort to silly tricks to impress people. Some people were irked that they started setting the tables for the next party before we got up to leave yet - but I heard it was a 90 minute wait for people outside, I understood and cut them slack on that. Overall, the food had good flavor and potential, but at least on this night it wasn’t all executed properly or consistently. It might be a nice night out for locals, but there’s no way I’d wait 90, 60, or even 30 minutes if there’s a wait. The foil in the food really ruined the experience.

Today, I ordered Vincent clam bar for delivery. I was very disappointed with the quality of the food considering the price that I paid. I ordered ravioli, clam chowder, and a ceasar salad. The ravioli came with 7-8 ravioli that were cold, mushy, drowned in oil, and came with none of “Vincent’s famous sauce”. The ceasar salad that I ordered came with maybe 3 stale broken up croutons and a sprinkle of cheese. The only half decent item was the clam chowder which came with a good portion of clam and potato but was heavy on the salt and for some reason had a random penne noodle in there lol. I’ve heard good things about the place, but considering the total for these 3 items was $40+ I’m disappointed with the quality of the food.

I brought lunch and spent $53 dollars. Didn't get a receipt and when I got home. The penne al vodka was dry and not enough sauce, couldn't enjoy it. I ordered the calamari and it was extremely salty, inedible. The side of pasta was the kiss sauce was so sweet, ugh. First time I have ever been so disappointed with food from here. Also the bread didn't come with no oil and oregano. Don't think I'm coming back.
