Other than being on a very busy street the place is very nice. The driveway is a bit confusing for me get but I have always had good luck ordering from here. I would highly recommend ordering using the app it's going to save you a lot of money.

This place offers ordering in person and drive thru. All their tables and chairs are closed besides two areas near the front entrance. Manager was able to assist on our multi order without a problem. Nothing bad or extra special to note.

The fastest BK, I always do mobile order. This store is very fast, I click "I am here" in the parking lot. By the time I walk to counter it's half ready. The other store I always have to tell them in person I am here.

Ate at restaurant. Bathroom and diningroom very clean and set up for social distancing. I had just come from routine checkup. Gentleman, manager, who took my order asked me if I was OK. He saw bandaid where blood had been drawn. So nice of him to ask about my well being. He want above and beyond.

Back when I was attending Nassau Community College, I used to come to this Burger King in Westbury every couple of weeks to take advantage of the free any size fry offer through the app with a purchase. I’d usually grab mozzarella sticks/fries and a Coke Zero along with the large fry, and sit in front of the TV while waiting for my next class. The employees were always super nice, and my food was consistently hot and fresh every time I ordered. I always enjoyed my visits here. Highly recommend this location!

Ordered using the mobile app and the food was ready within minutes of arriving. Gave 4 stars on the atmosphere as it was pretty stuffy and humid. Granted it was 90 degrees outside but AC unit should be looked at as it wasn’t working the best.

I went to eat at this Burger King today and the food was delicious. The food was hot and the fries were as well. As expected and It really left me satisfied with the preparation of my food. They provided me with everything i asked for. The service was good and quick as well. The cashier that attended me was named justin. He always had a smile while taking my order and was patient with me while i was looking through the menu. I wasn’t rushed and he took it well even tho I took a few minutes to figure out what i wanted. I will come back as my experience here was good and the food was tasty and prepared well. I have recommended friends to come here with me next time as the atmosphere of this Burger King was good while i attended and ate.

So I placed my order. The manager Imani was very friendly and professional. My daughter was with me, and Imani gave her the warmest smile and took her order also. My daughter smiled and said to me Dad she nice. It was a cute moment. When I checked my food. The buns was not burnt. The burgers were well done and juicy. The place was clean. Great lunch with my wife. We split the 2 for 6 Whopper deal (added bacon and cheese for my wife) 2 tacos, large fries and a 10 piece chicken nuggets plus drink all for under $20! Everyone knows what the Burger King menu offers however everything we had came out fast and fresh. The restaurant was clean and presentable. Nicely done. Great deal and great service.

Went late at night during the week; used the drive through as the restaurant wasn’t open. The woman working the drive through was gracious and efficient . I’m not a fast food person, but the food was tasty and satisfying .

This establishment was recently remodeled, though the staff is young some of them promote great service,i do frequent here to get a quick bite, sometimes i have to wait and there will be noone in line either.

Aside from this the service was good and the location was presentable. I stayed and worked for a bit and no one told me anything. I would come back but only if they have biscuits.

Never a line inside or on drive-thru. Just a sprinkle of cars in large parking lot. Challenge is accessing entrance during heavy traffic. Friends have no complaints about food, they love this location. But, today for the last time I took friends here. When I had a few fries I felt an allergic reaction instantly. No other BK but this one location makes me feel like my throat is closing. Frightening experience. Never ate a burger, fish or chicken., just french fries and it almost sent me to the ER. I still might go. I will take a Benadryl, and see what happens.

Always fast when it comes to getting food, employees could be more outgoing but before that I've never dealt with a line. Indoors is clean.

I've only ever been here in the drive-in, but the personnel is always pretty nice, and even enthusiastic, which is baffling for fast food (pay your workers, fast food chains). The only problem I've started seeing recently is the constant skimping on sauces, and they don't do that either, mostly. Good joint.

Impossible whopper is delicious. Taste just like a whopper. U will think they made a mistake with your order. But the impossible whopper is expensive. It's not on the 2 for menu. Now that is impossible.

No surprises that this place is a Burger King. The hi tech touch screen for self serve soda is annoying. Only one soda spigot for all the eat-in customers and complicated enough that a queue often builds up at the soda machine.

They have a good quality Burger.

We were taken aback by the Big Max at a local McDonald's. The beef patties were tiny. And it didn't taste too great. What a disappointment. We needed to go to Burger King just to make things better and they sure did everything tasted okay and there was real size, and delicious burgers and there's stuff I don't like the chemicals they use. But once in a while this is a great treat thanks King of the burgers and fast food

My Whopper was good. One problem was that the manager on shift could not explain what an Impossible Whopper is. It’s a veggie burger! I don’t know fast food like I used to - so i know it’s my bad, but come on! a little more than a first grade reading level just for us Karens, huh? This manager was legally brain dead.

All fast food restaurants is not cheep any more if you don’t have the app and you got good offers you got to pay a lot then you have to eat the food hot if you you leave it to get cold the taste will change even if you heated up a gain

Surprised to find whooper junior is 33 percent more here than the Burger King googled national prices. $3.19 vs $2.19. Coffee also, $2.00. I realize I am in shopping Mecca Roosevelt Fields area, but that's a serious markup.

The manager on duty(?) Was very rude with a young man sitting at one of the tables. The place was empty, so this young man was just sitting there, not bothering anyone, just waiting/relaxing and the manager came over and asked him to leave for no reason! Friendly staff. Ordered food without bacon and ended up getting food with bacon. Getting order correct is very important. I was in a rush to grab some breakfast and get to a doctor's appointment. Ended not eating til lunch. I will avoid this location for the time being.

It was drive through order and I paid $9.64 for 2 veggie burgers. One of burger had a different bun like from dollar menu. I do not understand why the fast food quantity is becoming junk.

I didn't like that they did not participate on the special dollar menu items that were advertised on TV. The dining room wasn't very clean. The burgers and onion rings weren't hot, indicating that they were laying around for awhile.

The staff at this store had a very negative attitude. I took out 100 dollars to exchange and they said they couldn't exchange it, but I clearly saw a lot of 20 dollars in the cash register, which only shows that they are too lazy to do it, not because they don't have money to exchange. And the coke in the automatic beverage machine was run out, and there’s no one came to refill it. This situation has not happened to me in other branches. An unpleasant experience

People not friendly ,when u opt to dine in they put in bag like they don't wanted you to sit in the store. Food was not a that hot. Nor do they call u for your order when it ready. Had chicken nuggets that was nothing more than deep fried bread crumbs, terrible taste. Stay away from this product if you don't want to get sick!!

Every time I come to this location, I have to wait 10 minutes for someone to take my order, and another 10 minutes waiting for COLD food. Terrible. Not to mention, there’s NO air conditioning at this location. The dining room is very uncomfortable during these 90+ degree days.

Last night I go to get a Drive-Thru order, a number 10 with no bacon, the lady asks... with cheese? I say yes... Now the number 10 comes with letters and tomatoes. Not only did I not get lettuce and tomatoes I got bacon and cheese whiz on top of the cheese that already comes with the order. Never ate it!💩💩💩

Went today and took pancakes and sausage to go. When I got to the next place I was going I was going to eat their. Low and behold-they left out knife and fork syrup and butter. Incompetent.

Super annoyed with them. I know fast food is not the greatest, but I do enjoy a burger now and then, although it's not the healthiest. Ok ... the issue is that if you ask for NO SALT on the fries, you expect you expect NO SALT on the fries, but these fries were DROWNING in SALT. Please, if you promote HAVE IT YOUR WAY, then honor the customer request.

This establishment deserves the rating it is getting. I ordered through the Drive-through a simple item a black coffee that's it, mind you there was one customer ahead of me, so there was no major wait time in terms of customers which in my opinion is a great thing, WRONG. When I got to the window I'm waiting almost 5 mins, and the staff is just standing around chit chatting, so I said can I please have my coffee! Not like they were brewing a fresh pot or something, they totally disregard my order and was getting the driver who was after me order ready, and to top it off the staff was pretty obnoxious about it. Their drive through takes the fast out of fast food. Expect to waste 15 minutes. Easier to go into a sit-down place and eat like a civilized human being. and whatever you do, don't pre-order through the app because by the time you're place in the drive through gets there, your food will be cold.

Just went through Drive thru asked for hot sauce and zesty sauce. They said no problem. When I got to the window and paid for meal I asked again for the hot sauce and zesty sauce and they said no problem. It’s in the bag. I got home and guess what. No hot or zesty sauce. Bad business. The Staff at this location are rude and stupid a manager had the guts to laugh right in front of me and tell her whole staff that I come in here a lot so what who should care but they sure do why is it because I am young and I am an american and I am white well I am going to make a complaint to the corprate office about this they are grown adults but in this world no one cares its a disgrace and discusting in my book

Food was good. But one employee working at the drive thru had to have the nastiest attitude possible from an employee I've seen. I don't know if this guy was having a bad day, stressed, or was an angry person in general. But this dude was yelling at just about everyone, not really something an employee should be doing, pretty disrespectful, When I drove and asked is anyone there, he said "Yeah, I'm here, what's your name?" I was shocked of his tone, like you don't speak to people this way. Won't be coming back to this location because of that one employee.

This is by far the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. The food is consistently bland and not a single thing tastes of anything. From burgers to chicken to chicken fries to mozzarella sticks, even their drinks taste of absolutely nothing. And for customer service job, not a single staff member treats customers with respect, every single one has a torrid attitude. When I worked at Walmart across the street I would go in a few times, and every single time I always had the same major problems. Terrible staff (to everyone unless they spoke spanish they consider you inferior and subhuman) and terrible tasteless food. Go to literally any other Burger King and it will be delicious. This one should not be in business.

Very poor service. I actually ordered for delivery and they were taking super long with my order firstly they do not respond their phones at all regardless if it’s busy at least take time out of what your doing and answer to let your customers knows what’s going on. So I proceed to ask my door dasher what’s wrong and he tells me someone else took the order and I asked if they are gonna redo the order that was taken and he says they said no. What kind of service is this ? The fact that I waited almost half a hour and still nothing had 3 changes of dasher. That’s insane. Your job is to make sure your customers gets their food correctly. Honestly if you don’t know what customer service is and how to run that you shouldn’t be working in any fast food place.

Was looking forward to trying the whopper melt but was very disappointed. Im not sure what this is or why they added a burger bun to it. Bread wasn’t toasted either. Needless to say I won’t be going back.
