Loveeee chicfila here at roosevelt field mall! The manager, James, is super kind and works very fast! On the chicfila app he also lets us redeem free sandwiches after purchases which is so amazing! He even walked around the court asking if everything was good! Will definitely be coming back again.

Today, I found myself at chick fil A in commack NY—an unusual choice for me, as I’m not a big fan of fast food. But given the circumstances at work, I had little option. What caught my attention right away was how impeccably clean the place was. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, lemonade, and waffle fries, opting to dine in. The food was solid—fresh, well-prepared, and enjoyable. But what truly impressed me was the exceptional service. At one point, an attendant returned to my table, kindly taking away my basket and offering me a refill on my lemonade. Even when I initially declined, they insisted I take it with me—a level of attentiveness that stood out. This experience left me thrilled because, even in some of the most reputable restaurants, finding a server to take additional drink orders can be a challenge. Here, the staff went above and beyond without hesitation. Kudos to the team—you’re doing a fantastic job!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to shout out an absolutely incredible employee at this Chick-fil-A by the name of Emilio. Not only was he incredibly helpful and attentive, but he was also super friendly and made the whole experience way more enjoyable. You could tell he genuinely cared about providing great service—he went above and beyond without even being asked. Plus, let’s be honest… he’s very handsome, which doesn’t hurt! Chick-fil-A, if you’re reading this, give that man a raise. He’s a star!

I need to call Chick-fil-Anonymous cause im addicted to this franchise. So stoked that they opened up in my local mall a few minutes away from my job its totally worth it each time I went to the hicksville Location. Besides the food being excellent also the absolute awesome effort of the staff and management keep the guest happy and orders quickly finished.

They get super busy some days. I always order mobile.. Staff that hands the food out very sweet. Just hard to get out of parking lot and then trying to get on Clearview is a hassle.

I picked up a to-go lunch order here while in town for business. It was pretty busy - likely their lunch rush. Still, I was able to be on my way rather quickly. Friendly staff, good service, and my food was as ordered. Just what you’d expect from this brand in terms of service and quality.

A decent premium fast food experience. The chicken sandwiches (regular and spicy) are simple and tasty but personally I would like a dash of sauce to round it off. Nuggets and strips were good. Many dips to choose from. Price a little on the higher side.

Since it has opened in New York, I frequently eat here if I’m looking for fast food. The service whether ordering through a drive-thru, or inside the restaurant has always been great. Staff has always been welcoming and accommodating. The food is always delicious and fresh. If you dine in, just order and take a seat. They bring your food to your table. This restaurant also has a play area for children like how some McDonald’s used to have a playplace for kids. Another good aspect is that there is an app you can download. Download the app, order your food, and either pick it up or pick a table inside the restaurant and they’ll bring it to you.

The staff was not the best that day. Had to tell the kid at the drive thru twice what I wanted because he was interrupted by other staff looking for someone. Then when repeating it got it wrong. I corrected him, my order came out & the drink was not the size I ordered. I tell the woman, she was not happy with me, went back to the window got the drink I ordered & charged me the extra .50. Very odd for chick fil a, they are usually very nice. I never go to that location, usually Kenner or Metairie on Vets locations. Will stick with them.

am a concerned community member who frequently visits the area around the Chick-fil-A on S Clearview Parkway. During the colder months of November and December, I have noticed that a number of teenagers often gather outside in the late evening. I am writing to express my concern for their well-being, as being exposed to the cold for extended periods can be a health risk. I feel it is important to bring this to your attention so that appropriate measures can be taken to ensure the safety and comfort of these young people. Never seen a location with mobile order pick up and in store order pick up area separate and it's confusing. Sandwich was good but lettuce was old with many black spots.

The food at this Chick-fil-A is normally okay but tonight I was very disappointed. I ordered 2 cookies and when I recieved them they weren't cooked so I went back and asked to get ones that were. The employee took them back and said they would bring me out ones that weren't "cookie mush". After waiting about 20 mins the manager came out with the new cookies and a hospitality card. I'm home now and the 2 new cookies are still under-cooked and greasy. The customer service is great but the cooking needs improvement.

I've eaten here many times and half the chicken always comes out raw. When I told the waitress, she said she couldn't do anything and just walked away! Terrible service

We always order breakfast in the morning and it’s never a problem, today we ordered breakfast as usual I began to eat i bite down on something hard i spit it out a nose ring i called customer service to report it and took the information and told me if i wanted faster service to go back to the restaurant. I talked to the very nonchalant manager Anyi to explain what i had experienced. She tells me no one back there is wearing a nose ring when everyone in there is wearing a nose ring. Than her assistant manager comes up with her phone trying to take a picture of me. All i wanted was to do was tell them what i just experienced. Although we love eating there, its most definitely our last time.

Always something! Only one lane is for ordering at the restaurant through drive through. The other lane is for mobile orders so be careful to what lane you choose. Also if you decide to try and exit through the lane that says exit you'll be forced through the drive through. Literally sat in a drive through twice after I went in to order after being turned away because I was in the mobile lane. They don't have any signs besides one at the entrance and when you pull up it's just a QR code to scan. Never again giving this location my business! I've had issues with my food in the past but the line situation is beyond me!

I went through drive through on 3/2/2019 and purchased a Grill Chicken Cobb Salad. After leaving from drive through I parked in the parking lot and I began eating my salad. After 3 bites I saw a dead bug on my lettuce. So I immediately spitted out the remaining salad that was in my mouth and gathered up everything to bring back to the restaurant. I showed the Manger the salad and her response was "THAT'S DISGUSTING" but no apology or anything. I asked for a refund and left. I'm very disappointed with there service and I will not be eating there again. Y'all be careful when purchasing a salad.

The service at this location is absolutely horrible, It seems like it’s terribly understaffed with high school kids that don’t know how to represent the Chick-fil-A brand! If you’re thinking about getting a late night dinner, please don’t visit this location. The service is terrible and so is the food quality after 6pm At this location!!!

When I have a pick up time it needs to be ready. Standing around for ten minutes and being asked several times, “Who are you picking up for?”, ain’t getting it. Even on a morning that they aren’t busy they don’t have it together.

Terribly over priced! They put whole lot of ice in my drink after I asked for lite ice. I asked for a remake and they poured it out and made me a new one. Where I live chic fila gives smiles and free refills and doesn't cost $18 for a 12 count nugget meal!

This Chick-fil-A location is the worst. I have visited many a Chick-fil-A in numerous states and this location in Long Island takes the honors for being the worst I have ever visited. If you like your order being filled incorrectly, cold food served with a side of employee attitude, eat here. I'm sure they won't disappoint you.

Went to get some food for my nieces and regretted not checking the order thoroughly before making back to the house, especially since it was close to closing. All 3 orders of fries were lacking.. My large fry was half full and the other 2 were less than full. On top of that my pregnant niece spicy chicken sandwhich had the wrong cheese. Don't mess up the pregnant girls food! So disappointing. Give me the rest of my fries 😡
