On point drive-thru staff! Order all right and neat and very efficient order on the line! I've never seen that efficiency and politeness on a busy line EVER!

It is what it is. It's a taco bell. What's there not to love. I've seen them go under renovation to now that it went through two rounds of renovation. Food keeps up to par. Just be prepared to wait a bit cos there's always a line for this drive through

Ordering inside late at night is way faster then drive thru. Also they actually pack the burritos tight and full of ingredients and not just doughy bites.

I use to work here. I hated it. When you order a quesadilla please pronounce those two L's like a weird y, not two L's. The food is great drunk food and is ultra addictive. I recommend the cheese gordita crunch with the nacho shell, pure gold.

Food was made fresh to order. The location was very clean and staff pleasant and fast! Definitely recommend the $2 black bean burrito on the value menu. Can't beat their prices for a quick lunch. If you have the app you also get points and sometimes freebies!

This is a good Taco Bell location. The service is very fast no more than 5 minutes usually. The place is extremely clean and plenty of tables. It's also a lot less chaotic than other Taco Bells I've stepped foot inside. The employees know what they are doing. I just wish there was more than one drink fountain so you don't have to wait for someone ahead

Great staff! I especially loved this one cashier who was so kind and made sure that everyone felt welcome and that no one was waiting! I forgot to ask for his name, but he worked in the front on 8/31/2022 in the afternoon. Get him a raise!

Overall good experience. Staff consistently gets the order correct for me, whether I customize a crazy order at the kiosk or order at the counter. The place is generally clean and neat, even when it is incredibly busy. Wait times are low, even when busy. I was there with an irate customer at least once or twice. I think once was an honest mistake on the staff's part, and the second was a genuine Karen type person. Both times the staff acted professional and calm.

I love coming here when I am in the area. The food here never fails to satisfy my cravings. The food comes out fairly quickly and there are plenty of deals. I also enjoy coming for their happy hour drinks. The restaurant and bathrooms are super clean.

Can't really complain. Food is ok, service is ok except when you get someone in front of you who doesnt know how to order, it can hold up the line with only one cashier. Cant really blame them for that but , someone should come up when they see the line form. Eating area is clean but where the soda is , it feels dirty. But it is well maintained.

Taco bell is great. I don’t know if there’s a lot more to say about a fast food restaurant I just really love their soft tacos lol. I always get drive-through at fast food places and this taco bell’s soft tacos and cinnamon crisps don’t disappoint.

Prolly the best taco bell I have ever been too. Drive thru was hoping so I went inside, and ordered on the screen. Got my food super quick, and back into my car before alot of the cars in drive thru.

Been to this location for over a year and every time has been smooth, efficient, and overall pleasant. The orders are never messed up and staff has always been great which is a rare sight.

It is unbelievable how clutch this place is at night.

Taco Bell always have dark vibes but the service was great just no one at the counter but the food was made for big backs I am not fat I am underweight but I can see why America is suffering obesity.😭💀

I gave this place 5 Stars across the board because we tend to forget what we're rating. This is a fast food place that makes Tacos n stuff alike and I think it's exactly what I would expect from them. They helped me with my order, giving me the choice of Kiosk or Cashier, my food came out in minutes, we dined in and the seating area was clean. I have no complaints and will definitely be coming back.

I needed to pick up some emergency lunch for the fam.  I had no idea what to get.  When you can't think of anything, you go taco! Can't get simpler than this, location is clean, parking in the back, they have a drive through.  You can order with a teller or the self-serve kiosk, I used both during this visit, the staff was great and the order was made fast to go! Will go again!

Fairly quick service, nothing too special. The food is perfect though, and I rarely have an issue with my order, but the wait times are a little long at times.

They're pretty good with their food and multiple selections. But with this one sometimes you'll get exactly what you ordered and sometimes you don't get exactly what you wanted. Even if you going over the list four times!

Typical for any Taco Bells. As usual, long lines for drive thru, but nothing new there. The new toasted cheddar chalupa was absolutely amazing!

Fast service, decent fast food. We ordered the bean burrito and the fiesta burrito both of which were good.The Mexican pizza was highly disappointing! Would never order it again.

Hit or miss, depends on how busy they get. Once they get busy they slack on the quality, then again it is fast food so that is the sacrifice made in general.

Food is good but the online app is terrible. Crashes constantly, refuses to let me login, won't let me reset my password, so I ordered as a guest and it sent my order to another taco bell 15 minutes away instead of the one I was parked in front of. I'll try somewhere else next time.

The food here is prepared as well as any other satisfying Taco Bell. Taco Bell is one of my favorite fast foods but I gave this Taco Bell only 4 stars because it needs better lighting. Eating here at night is so dreary. The interior lights are dim and it doesn't help that the interior has a lot of dark colors. It seems to kill the mood of people dining there (or maybe that's just the demographic this Taco Bell attracts) so it feels depressing. Lastly, the fountain soda machine needs to be wiped down more often. Most of the time I come here, there's droplets or dry sticky residue of soda all around it.

This is the only taco bell I'll go out of my way to go to because they NEVER mess up my order. The service is always really nice and the food comes out pretty good.

Typical tacobell , they are pretty good at getting orders both mobile and drivethrew correct and not have had a bad experience here yet. Location is great, tho the exit can get a little tricky depending on the traffic

I consider myself a Taco Bell expert since I've been eating it often for probably 40 years. It's the best fast food although like much of the food industry, it seems some ingredients are not the same quality. Besides the sharp turn needed to enter the lot, my single experience at this Taco Bell 🔔 was very good, food, staff, drive through experience.

Great service, food was yummy. Only reason I didn't give a full 5 stars is because the condition of the lobby. We couldn't find a clean place to sit and it was not very busy at the we went. I would think they would be able to clean up some of the trash and clean off the tables for new guests who wish to dine in.

I would give them 5 stars but every time I go in and order caramel apple empanadas, they have to drop them. Which means a 6-8 min wait. Other than that. It's Taco Bell it's clean and the food is good. All the workers I've ever had any interaction with are friendly and respectful.

People must probably go to this Taco Bell out of the three that are nearby because of the rating on Yelp and just returning to this one. Also, it is near the expressway so it is easily spotted and convenient for those on the go. But be warn, since this is the more popular spot, you'll be waiting in a traffic line for a while. I was here for 15 - 20 minutes since entering the drive thru line. The telecom system was not properly working. I could not hear them through the speakers and the screen was shown as offline. So when I got to the window, they asked if I was "order..." but it was okay, I paid at the window. I ordered crunchwrap supremes, some burrito loaders and the new nacho fries which taste like thicker versions of burger fries. Don't get me wrong, they were good! The wait time to receive the food was about 5-10 minutes. Although the wait time can get long, we keep coming back to this Taco Bell because it is the best out of what we have out there. The tacos are very crunchy to our liking and we just like Taco Bell very much. Thanks for reading!

Its exactly what you expect from a taco bell. But the drive through was slower than usual. It would be great if they had a mobile app where you could order and then just go pick it up.

Overall, my experience was positive; however, I noticed that the tables were not clean. This has been an issue I've encountered before. Given that it was early in the morning, I would have expected the tables to be spotless.

I usually go to this Taco Bell to get breakfast. I love their breakfast crunch wrap supreme which is a folded flat bread with eggs, cheese and hash brown inside. I also like their breakfast quesadilla which is eggs and cheese inside flat bread. I love the Mild sauce so also grab extra of those. Unfortunately, I can't have any of their meat dishes because I only eat halal meat. If Taco Bell started serving halal meat, I would go there more frequently.

This Taco Bell is more expensive than the one in Riverhead for some reason. I have also ordered using the app around 10 PM and drove to the restaurant only to discover that it was closed.

Service could be better, but that's anywhere these days. I usually order the food on my app then go threw the drive thru. But If the line is long which usually it is I go inside and pick up.

The potatoes in spicy potato soft taco is a bit hard sometimes but usually it’s good.

Ok to go to when in need of a quick meal. Especially with kids when they need to eat and it's after, or close, to bedtime. Just wish that what is ordered, and on the receipt, was what we got when the food was brought up to the counter.

Why oh why do you guys go through door dash. Every-time I order there’s a problem. I don’t know why when I type in my address on your site it always gives the Dasher a location that I’m no where near. It gets busy at this location a lot and unfortunately when that happens they very often make mistakes. I was just here tonight after work looking for a quick dinner I asked for a special order and since it was part of a bigger order I asked to put the special ones separate from the rest . They made it wrong and then put the wrong items ( that were now the same As the rest of the items since they were made wrong) in a separate bag . So I had to drive out twice because of it . But when I got there the manager (idk her name very small pretty blonde lady ) was extremely Friendly, apologized had my order remade the right way and gave me 2 vouchers for a free taco . She handled it like a pro!

It's a taco bell. Go to one and you've been to em all. They do have a large parking lot given proximity to the mall and the main road. Nothing truly spectacular but it is clean and well run enough. It can get busy and there is plenty of lighting during the day.

Food normal! But they always mess up my order. I always state I want no cheese, no sour with chicken and add guacamole (I’ll pay the difference), on all three tacos of the chalupa meal... yet they still haven’t gotten it right! Need to practice their listen skills

Staff is too rude. They didnt ask for any sauce and also they didnt gave any sauce with my food. I orderd 4 burritos and 2 chalupas still they didnt offer or asked me for anything like napkin or sauce or spoons and all. Totally unprofessional. Please improve it coz i love taco-food and its one of mine fav. Place.

Terrible experience. They make you use a kiosk to order instead of going to the counter. They gave someone else my food and just kept me standing there for a while. And when I told them the soda in the machine tastes like seltzer instead of Pepsi she rolls her eyes. There was either not enough syrup or too much water coming out. Not good customer service.

I dont understand why they make the employees stand outside to take orders. It is bad for them and bad for me because I cant see the menu. This taco bell also charges more if you don’t order from the app for some reason now. This taco bell used to be good I don’t know what happened.

The only reason this got 2 stars is the food was good. Service was deplorable. Cashier had an attitude, totally unfriendly and couldn't wait to run to the back to chat with the other staff. Out of 16 drink options at the machine, at least 10 of them were out there were no ids for 2/4 sizes for drinks. The condition of the dining room was atrocious. 15 tables and over half were dirty or downright gross. The food was the only saving grace for my visit. Everything else was an utter failure of dining. I work across the street at a restaurant and thought I'd get something quick and easy while on break. That was a mistake on my part. Will not be returning.

I like Taco Bell food but in this location they should make sure that people are always providing good service to customers, I had to wait half an hour to get my order, even though there were only a few people at that time so I thought I would get my order quickly but it wasn’t like that, during the time I waited I saw many workers so I tried to ask about my order but they ignore me... Slowest service in taco bell history.. on a drive thru line with 2 cars in front of be, been here for 25 minutes.. and it took about 5 minutes for the drive thru person to even realize i was sitting at the window when i finally got there.

The worst spot to order taco bell....staff is careless and inconsiderate. Always missing stuff in orders of drive-thru. I find myself always returning because of something missing and they don't acknowledge their mistake.

Employees refuse to take your order at the cash register. Tell you that you muat use the electronic kiosks. Have no interest in any company that refuses to take your order.

This place has the worst management! The amount of times they mess up my order is unbelievable and on top of that they start having attitude when you tell them they made a mistake. Customer service is completely unacceptable, save your money and go to another place.

The problem with this Taco Bell is that it is not handicap accessible. The handicap community should be able to access Taco Bell. I think Taco Bell should consider getting handicap accessibility. Im sure that they have handicap parking, but then how is a handicap person supposed to get inside if they don't have someone with them?

Messed up order twice. First time went to ask them to fix it and when I got it second time the order was messed up even more...for example the Mexican pizza just had cheese and tomatoes on top, nothing in between..and then chip part was raw.

Idk if the person was new or something but he was completely overwhelmed it seemed and messed up my order 3 times. The first time was the completely wrong order so he refunded me it back and put it my order again just for me to realize the order he refunded me for he decided he wasn’t gonna refund me for the drink he wouldn’t take back that was part of the wrong order to begin with. When he did finally refund me the drink, he gave my new order which was still the wrong order. When I told him this he got frustrated and insisted that’s what I told him. Which is wasn’t lol.. during this process he kept handing me drinks to have for some reason lol I ended up with 3 drinks and two of them aren’t what I ordered at all. He ended up swapping the food out the bag with part of my order I ordered ( still getting it wrong … ) all bc he didn’t want to do a refund again. I don’t think a busy peak time like after 10pm is the right shift for him and maybe he should be on a slower shift to keep up with orders and getting them right. The cashier name on all like 5 of my receipts says Ramona J .. idk if that’s him or not but yeah overall bad experience and the attitude I got because he got my order wrong and couldn’t comprehend it the first 3 times is baffling to me

Person at drive through window was trying to convince me that what I was trying to order was not on the menu. It had a full section on the menu devoted to its description. When I proceeded to read it word for word I was told they do not have it. But I'm looking right at the menu where it's in full color print. Get some competent employees!

Not sure why they ask if your order is correct on screen. By the time we got home it was wrong!!! It's very upsetting they can't seem to get it together at this place. If we're not missing food items its wrong. We keep giving them the benefit of the doubt. I called to let them know our order was wrong, they are pretty good at giving you the correct food items when coming back again however no one picks up!!!

I went thru the drive thru ordered two taco supreme and two fiesta potatoes. I was saying how good the potatoes were until I ate my taco. The taco had a long strand of hair in it. I almost ate it. I almost threw up in my mouth. I thought they are supposed to wear hair nets. I'm definitely not going back there again.

Drove pass it because it looked closed at 8p on a Sunday. No outside lights, building is dark so very easy to miss the narrow entrance. Good way to avoid having customers.

But i would be wrong if I was to say something about their nonspeaking english self . They very unprofessional and to top it off the counter top is dirty . I was very disappointed that I had tried to order a flaming, hot grilled cheese burrito with the robot at the drive-through and being repeatedly told that it didn’t exist. When I went to receive my food and asked for the flaming hot burrito, the guy said I had to go around the drive-through again to get it because he was being timed. overall a bad system, and I am very displeased.

Well looks like AI is taking over the drive through. Computer order taker is impatient and gets confused if you change your mind. Ordered a 5 layer burrito and 4 layers were missing. I think i got a bean burrito see pix. Double decker was my go to back in the day and today its not the same, wasn't crunchy.
