Although always a busy location, the place gets you in and out quickly whether going thru the drive thru or inside to place your order. If you order ahead in the app your food generally gets into your hands fairly quickly. Staff is generally friendly and for the foot traffic to eat in the restaurant is pretty clean. One of the better locations in Nassau County

This is one of the best Chik filas I know of and I was introduced first to the ones in the South. Everytime I come here the customer service is wonderful. I usually travel and get breakfast once a month and this particular time I saw the gentleman who owns this location. He saw me waiting a bit, asked my name and checked o n my order. He brought it straight to me and was very gracious for my order. Every time I come here the food is fresh and you feel truly like your being taken care of.

Busiest Chick-fil-a I go to tbh, they always have a massive drive thru line. Theyre very efficent though it doesn't take me longer than 10min to get through it. Overall nice staff, always outside taking drive thru orders in both lanes. Id say the only downfall of this one is just how busy it is, but the new location opening on hempstead turnpike should hopefully help them with that.

Fantastic chicken sandwiches. Ordered food was delivered to the table when it was ready. A few minutes later a manager or employee stopped by to check if everything was good with the order. Name another fast food restaurant that follows up on their orders! Everything was as it should be. Perfect.

The experience I had at this Chick-fil-a should be a model for all other chick-fil-a’s or other restaurants of that nature. This chick-fil-a was super clean and well kept. The staff were extremely kind and checked up on us multiple times to make sure their service was good. I’ve had many experiences at other chick-fil-a’s where the food came out cold or soggy, but the food here was great. One of the best chick-fil-a’s I’ve been to by far!

Pandemic Review. I have been here before and the service was quick. The food was delicious. Same applies now. Only difference is that there are COVID protocols in place. We ordered on the website. When we got there, we saw a very long line of cars. The staff in the parking lot was helpful in navigating us to the proper place to wait. The inside staff brought out the food and got the order correctly. All staff we observed wore masks.

Awesome place for chicken sandwiches. Right now they only have drive thru option. When you drive on the queue someone will come to you and take the order then another person will take the payment and lastly a gentleman will bring your food to you. Enjoy

The food was delicious. Make sure to request your fries crispy or twice cooked as they can be, many times from different locations, be on the under cooked or softer side. The chicken sandwiches are awesome, don't bother with the Mac and cheese not all the rave but their fries and ChickFilA sauce are the best. Absolutely love them. This location was ok and the employees were not to thrilled on working or answering questions from their patrons and that is why I placed 4 stars. Picking up thankfully was a breeze from the app and only asked about my order 3 times as I watched it sadly sitting on the counter.

This is my go to spot for a decent chicken sandwich. It is always freshly prepared, hot and presented well. Not my all-time favorite place for chicken, but as far as quick service it ranks up there. When I can't get to my regular place on Eastern Long Island, I will come here. I enjoyed my meal and will be back. Perhaps they can come up with a chicken sandwich which is a bit more crispy, but aside from that I am good with their offerings.

I went through the drive thru. The line was extremely long (which was to be expected) BUT surprisingly moved rather quickly. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, which in my opinion is #1 OF ALL CHICKEN SANDWICHES. The staff was very pleasant. When I ordered my food I asked for the regular size. Upon receiving my food I noticed he gave me a bigger size drink. Checked my receipt and I was charged for a large drink and large fries. The food was great and I will definitely be going back.

Very clean and well staffed place. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich meal. This tasted great. However, I ordered fried chicken nuggets, and it tasted very salty for my taste. This could be my personal opinion. You can order and decide for yourself. Overall, this was a great location where they had clean dining area, well stocked stations, and a very clean bathroom. Also, plenty of parking spaces with handicapped parking spaces are available.

The Chick fila in Westbury opened recently and the line was long. It is located right next to Apple Bank on Merchants conccorse. While there was a wait, I think the staff overall did a good job. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries. The food was delicious and served warm. Will definitely visit again!

This is a big spot for a place that only sells chicken. The actual dining area is much bigger than what you would expect from a fast food chicken restaurant. This place is kept surprisingly clean. By the look of it they seem to take the issue of cleanliness very seriously. The chicken was very good. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich. I also enjoyed an 8 peice nugget as well as a mac and cheese. The mac and cheese is a new item and im not really a fan to be honest. Its very gritty and mealy except when you hit the gooey part of the cheese. The nuggets are sweet and juicy so no complaints there. Overall it was a good experience but if you wanna go to a fast food restaurant for mac and cheese go to KFC.

Highly underwhelming and even disappointing. The drive thru line was ridiculously long but I'm used to that, I've been to numerous different franchises in several states. I went inside to order and the cashier was rude and was rushing me despite the size of my order. I waited patiently and received my order piecemeal, one at item at a time and didn't even get a drink carrier. The fries were soggy and stale, some even had shades of green. The nuggets were mostly breading and little meat. KFC at least has the decency to call these popcorn chicken. I will not be returning to this store. I'll drive further out if need be in order to buy this food.

The way they handled the line was perfect. Very busy location, but kept orderly. The order process was efficient. The main reason I'm giving them just 3 stars is simply that they forgot two of my sandwiches. I'm still hungry as I right this review. My children did enjoy the food though.

This is a busy place. Pretty much all chixkfila"s I have been around Queens nd LI are not as good in atmosphere and food as compared to other states. Dont know what it is but you just dont get the feel. Its juat random NY style commercial food feel. In other states you get more relaxed feel in chickfila. Not exactly a great first experience. My husband got his order in 3 minutes after we parked at a designated spot. After 20 minutes I asked about my order and the woman couldn't find it in the system. I'm pretty sure they gave away my order and then had to wait another 10 minutes for it. Food was only okay, we got the grilled chicken sandwich and while the chicken itself was great, the bread and the rest of the sandwich wasn't.

Service here is terrible. Maybe Chick-fil-A doesn't make it manditory to be extra kinda any more or something but the employees here usually make it pretty clear that they do not care. I ordered thru app for an in-store pickup and eat them immediately in the premise. However the sandwiches were not warm. The bread was dry and fallen apart on each bite. Listen I spent 45 min on this drive thru. When I got to the window I saw like 5 young people joking having a great time. Meaning they re not short of staff but they are having too much fun instead of ensuring quick service and provide customer satisfaction. Not going back at night again. It was an unusually busy night which is fine but I ended up waiting 30 mins for food when people who came in after me waited much less. When questioned twice about my food, the employees gave me no definitive response on how long I'd have to wait. Had to get a manager to get proactive about preparing my food. It was a horrible purgatory that was not eased by anybody on staff.

Food is fine, its chic fil a, but their accuracy with orders, and then fixing it when they screw up is near impossible. They left multiple items out of a lunch order for my wife and I, we called the store to get the items refunded and they sent me to a different customer service line that told me they would investigate and get back to me, four days later they called me and said it was impossible that it had happened that way because the location didn't have a drive through, they had referred the issue to the wrong restaurant. When I corrected them they said they couldn't do anything about it and to call the original store. All this to steal $6 from us. Went ahead and filed a chargeback on the credit card because that's apparently how it needs to happen and will not be patronizing their chain ever again.

To avoid ! I went to this location to purchase a meal and it was a horrible experience. After waiting more than 40 minutes in the drive-thru, I could finally get to the terminal to place an order. First they asked me for my name and they made me spell my name thousand of times because they they wanted to make believe that they did not understand. After that I was asked for my meal and again I had to repeat thousand of times. While I was saying Meal number 1, they decided what meal I should have. When I arrived to pay, the guy said that I haven't ordered anything and he couldn't find me. I truly felt so much humiliated. I felt he didn't want me as a customer. I wonder if it wasn't racism... He made fun of me with his colleagues and just said that I had to order again and I needed the App to do so. Then the guy with the tablet asked me to download the app if I wanted to order. It was already 45 minutes after I started the line. I couldn't believe it, without a App you cannot have food. I left to go to another fast-food. Never again, I will go back to a location where they're making fun and humiliate people. They lost more than a customer!

You couldn't give me a soup. You made me wait out front to give me 2 large fries. On top of that they were cold! You couldn't give me utensils for my salad. Fast food is so easy yet this place makes it so difficult. The only thing that I can expect from this Westbury location is to mess up my order. Whoever is managing this place needs to be fired! I'm never going back to this location again. I would advise anyone local to Westbury visit the chic fil a inside the mall. They won't mess up your order.

A really sad experience. The burgers were terrible. The day sauces they give are weird - just don't taste good. The fries were just about ok. To top it all, it's expensive too! Went to shake shack to get a much better burger and fries. The difference in quality and taste is night and day! Never again stepping into another Chick-fil-A.

Gave me the wrong food and then an attitude when I mentioned it

I have ordered from this location multiple times thru Uber Eats and when the delivery arrived in sealed bag my sauce is not in there. This has happened at least 4 times. The last time I even called when I placed the order to make ask them to make sure the sauce was there and it was still delivered without the sauce. I called the location and was told I can call the customer care line, which I did before and was told by the customer care line that there was nothing they could do. The location also told me there was nothing they could do. I am totally disgusted and will never be ordering again.

Very terrible service this morning at 8am. I ordered nuggets with my breakfast. Waited 10 minutes after they tell me they are waiting on the nuggets. After getting frustrated they asked the cook where is the nuggets and they said there is no more nuggets. I am also in the service industry specifically retail management for over 25 years and I very disappointed with the the drive thru service received by Adoobi. I am not sure if it was just cold, she was tired, bored or hates her job but for a company that stresses “my pleasure” she did not exemplify service at your establishment. In just a matter of 3 minutes she turned me off to drive thru service. She did not greet us to take our order, she looked upset, after just one order request she stated “is that it?”. I am not sure if she was trying to rush us or wasn’t happy with our order. I would suggest to substitute that phrase with “what else can I get for you”. Once we completed our order we did not receive a Thank you or the legendary “my pleasure”. We have complete drive thru for the past 4 years and never had an issue until now. She needs more training.

I have been to Chick-fil-A in Texas, it in no way compares. My mom ordered the chicken wrap meal, w/frosted limonade for $18usd. The wrap came in a plastic box, the chicken wrap itself was no bigger than a white castle burger. Do not waste your time. It is ot the "Real" deal.

I bought a market salad here yesterday and specifically asked for apple cider dressing, but when I got home, I realized they forgot to include it. I made a special trip back today, and the manager told me they could only give me one packet because each dressing costs 50 cents. I explained that it was their mistake for not including the dressing with my salad — not mine. She kept asking me to provide a receipt, but who actually keeps those? Our visit was extremely disappointing. The employee who took our order gave us something completely different from what we asked for. I ordered a regular chicken sandwich but was given a spicy one, which I cannot eat due to medical reasons. I also asked for a Coke Zero and received a Diet Coke instead. Even the coffee tasted off—almost like toothpaste—and didn’t taste like coffee at all. We didn’t have time to drive back and get the order corrected because we were already running late. I had a nightmare of an experience at the Westbury location. I was disrespected and embarrassed by a manager named Carmine a week ago after placing an order and paying for for cookie crumbles for my sons Ice cream and this person accused me of not paying for it when it was clearly on the receipt. Then Carmine decided it was a good idea to become hostile with me in front of dozens of customers after I had to return to the store 3 times because my order was incorrect. Then the GM SCOTT BUCCELATTO has been avoiding me and has not even contacted me, which further explains why this location and its management were so casually disrespectful and reckless. When I told Carmine that I would contact the GM to report my experience he laughed and said “go right ahead” This behavior was disgusting, unprofessional and far from the stellar customer service of Chick Fila. PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION. THE GM SCOTT BUCELLATO IS RUNNING A CIRCUS HERE AND NOT HOLDING HIS TEAM ACCOUNTABLE FOR HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARMINE IS PROBABLY A FAMILY MEMBER OF HIS THAT HE IS PROTECTING. Go spend your money at a CFA that values customer service and treating people with respect, not accusing a customer of not paying for something that was ON THE RECEIPT!

Imagine your wife comes home from Chick fila in Westbury and tells you a manager named CARMINE accused & embarrassed her about not paying for cookie toppings for your sons ice cream cone when it clearly was on the receipt. I wonder if my wife was not a black woman, would this have really been an issue? Then she had to go back because the wrong sauce was given to my son when it clearly showed which sauce was ordered. The wrong sauce that was given to my child is the only sauce that he’s he actually allergic too from CFA and could have easily sent him to the hospital had she not noticed. My wife then had to go back into the restaurant a THIRD TIME because CARMINE was so busy being unprofessional that he gave her the wrong item and continued to be COMBATIVE ABD CONDESCENDING towards her in front of multiple customers. What makes this all more concerning is that there was never an apology, and the GM Scott Bucellato has been notified about this and has yet to reach out to us regarding this. It’s hard to believe that racism didn’t play a big part in this. CFA Westbury used to be known for their stellar customer service! My family and I have frequented this location hundreds of times. My teenagers go there with their friends after baseball and swim classes and it’s a true disgrace how my wife was treated. Trust and believe this was not taken lightly when I heard about this and we will move forward with all investigative options when necessary. SHAME ON YOU WESTBURY CFA, CARMINE AND SCOTT BUCELLATO. YOU DISRESPECTED AND EMBARRASSED THE WRONG ONE!!
