I always come to this checkers since 2015 and it's one of my favorite spots

Never been to checkers, went to try it and it was fantastic, everything is piping hot, well seasoned, and well cooked will be back again! Try the fish sandwich.

Love the weekly coupons and probably the best place for a late night snack.

Use the app. Good deals on there. Been coming to this checkers for decades. Always quick and polite staff and foods great for fast food.

The girl at the drive thru was really nice and it's literally the first time everrr I have been asked of I need ketchup. I appreciate that so much ... awesome.customers service

My wife and I stopped into get a quick bite to eat after a long day of running around and shopping and we couldn't leave the parking lot without licking our lips.

I like going here for a quick late night bite. Their deals are great and the apple pies are delicious. Service is usually quick and the workers are friendly.

The Big Buford is a much better quality burger than the Big Mac. And it has a lot more taste. And Checkers has a special if you buy one Big Buford you get another for a dollar. Their apple pie is better than McDonalds. They always have a special on the apple pie. You get two for one dollar.

The night shift is the best time to go they always make the food fresh. The day crew, however, i don't know what is it they never could get my order right.

No comments.. checkers is always one of my top favorite in fast food chains.. I've never seen anyone sit n eat there.. well for that the place seem to b a bit small.. else, drive in and ample parking space to even buy n eat in car. Nice place overall.

If you're looking for some late night bites, this is certainly the place to go. While they may not have much of a dining area, they compensate with TWO drive thrus! Desserts are certainly the highlight of this place, from milkshakes to sundae stacks, so many great options for a bargain!

Love Checkers and this location is so convenient for me. The checkerburger and mozzerella sticks are unbelievable. Crisp is their expertise. Lines are usually never long and friendly employees. I just wish there was a location in Suffolk County closer to me.

My first time trying checkers was end of 2018. What a great move. The mozzerella sticks are unbelievable. Checkerburger with bacon is solid. Quick going drive thru. Small and convenient location. Portion size was perfect and nice and hot food. 5 out of 5

Service is fast. The food is priced great and it tastes great by fast food standards but it tastes "unhealthy." Probably because the food is very greasy. I don't recommend eating their sandwiches often but Checkers' apple pies are so delicious.

The chicken tenders meal is so fresh and tasty. I love it

I love checkers it right down the block for me, their burgers taste like a real burger off the grill unlike some other fast food chain places, and their service is always pleasant and fast! The food is always hot as well. It’s a great place to go when you need a quick bite to eat.😀

The food is always freshly made to order! I'm a big fan of their fries and burgers so I'm biased but this is the best Checkers I've ever been to. Staff is friendly and helpful, food is on point, always, and the place is nice.

Bit of a mess with very little place to sit and eat. Good food at the right price with ample parking. Great place to use the drive thru and good thing because there doesn't seem to be a restroom.

Always a nice experience. Didn't like the new chicken nuggets. They need to stay with the spicy chicken menu.

I just had a 5 star experience at this checkers. Was starving with my girlfriend deciding what to eat and went to checkers not expecting much. We pulled up to their cool double drive-thru and I ate a bacon cheese checker burger and a spicy chicken deluxe. They were both delicious and satisfying especially considering they were two for 5$. The drive-thru young lady was very nice and accommodating, appreciated the service. Their two for 1$ apple pie was a decadent dessert. Will definitely be coming back.

As fast food places go, this place gives you your money's worth. And it is basically pick up all the time because a sliding window separates customers and staff. Virus prevention in effect.

Checkers doesn't have all the credit it deserve. I mean the sandwiches are excellents, the fully loaded fries and always hot apple pie delicious. Not only theirs sandwiches are cheaper than the competion but they are also tastier. Hang in there Checkers, one day the people will know, until then I will see you tomorrow!

i bought the $4 meal and it was amazing! the burger had thick patty and the fries were seasoned well. my favorite, though, was the apple pie. it had a cinnamon flavor and apple slices inside was well. however the employee who greeted me at the window was in a very bad mood- i think? when she opened the window she groaned oh my god loudly in an annoyed voice. other than this the meal was great.

Took a few minutes to get my food, but it was made fresh on the spot. The chicken sandwich was good and the fries were on point. Only downside was the volume of the drive thru speaker. Very difficult to understand the employee trying to help you.

This was my first time eating from Checkers and I really liked it. I went into the Drive-Thru since it was during the pandemic. They were really nice but for some reason they misheard the size of the meal I wanted. Honestly, I didn't make a big deal about it. The fries are delicious. I ordered the boneless wings which are also very delicious. The choice of drink was a strawberry milkshake which completed the meal nicely. Looking forward to trying more.

There is never anyone in there. Kinda like a desert island which is strange bc they have good fries. Well the burgers are a bit much. ALWAYS an awkward encounter with the workers. Floor is normally sticky.

They the food was ok, nothing like down south, where I first had Checker's. They also took forever to dispatch a simple order of 2 Chilie Cheese Dog's and a Value shake when the place was empty; though the drive thru!

The 2 for $8 double checker burgers were good The chicken nugget box with fries was old and dried out The fries were ok The BBQ burger with Swiss was drenched in BBQ the burger was too too dry They gave 2 napkins no ketchup or sauce for chicken

Nice location with a Friendly Staff. 2 drive through lanes makes ordering easier. Daily food and drink specials. Reasonably priced. Clean facilities with a walk up counter that is enclosed. Outdoor seating is available. Easy to see right off of Old Country Road in Westbury New York. We will definitely be going back.

Only went because shake shack had no beef,waiting for delivery.....I'm not comparing ,so cheese not melted on both cheese burgers, fries a bit over done, it was just ok.....and I saved money 💰

At night it seems that they do not have staff to work, the last few times visiting this place we have had to wait in line for at least 30 minutes, it seems too much to me, before that, they served in normal time like in the other stores

Sandwich and fries were cold, I asked for change they just heated the patty and gave me the new sandwich, dont go there worst place to eat fast food.

Worst Checkers in Long Island. All 3 time I've gone there, its been terrible. The food makes you throw up and other things I rather not mention.

Absolute garbage..... Help barely understands English..orders wrong half of the time...you ask politely for NO raw onion and you get it anyways.. Save your money and just stick to McDonald's...

Slowest service imaginable. 2 employees were wearing masks below their noses and none of them were wearing gloves. We are still in the middle of a pandemic and ignorance on that level should not be tolerated in the food service industry.

Waited 40 minutes in the drive thru. They said their computers were running slow. When we got to the window, we weren't given all of our right food. The fries were cold and soggy. The lettuce in the spicy chicken sandwich was stale - feel like we might get sick. How do slow computers affect the freshness of food?

Cold burgers and fries. All the shakes are just vanilla with different flavored syrups. Nasty and ignorant female night manager should be deported back to whatever central American suit hole she slithered out of. Oh, did I mention DIRTY too?

The "dining room", if you can even call it that, is disgusting. The employees are so slow and have an insane attitude, it's like they don't even want to work there. The only redeeming quality about this place is the two-lane drive thru, but that means nothing when the staff are all slow as molasses. The interior looks like it came out of the 1950s, doesn't match with any of the modern Checkers restaurants. Avoid this place at all costs. Instead, I highly recommend the Checkers on Hempstead Bethpage Turnpike, it's just 10 minutes away from this trash dump.

After an overnight shift, I just wanted something quick to eat so I pulled up to Checkers. After I received my food and went home and tried Checkers for the first time. I ate my food and went to bed. That night woke up with stomach pain and got terrible food poisoning from it. I don't know what's going on behind the scenes but it got me sick.

Sunday, december 28 2025 , i went with my brother to get some food at checkers westbury and he found a hairs in his food. It was disgusting and unsanitary.

I went to grab something to eat after a long day at work and was already exhausted. The employee messed up my order, and when I politely asked her to fix it, she refused and became rude. She cursed at me and provided extremely unprofessional service. She did not want to refund my money, and I was left waiting outside for about 15–20 minutes. There was another car also waiting for food, so I wasn’t the only one affected. She showed no concern or urgency and did not communicate at all. I eventually received my refund, but only after a long and frustrating wait. Overall, this was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend this place if this employee is working.

The frozen fries taste better after I air fry them because when I went to the location to order some I could taste the old oil in them. Not all locations has bad tasting fries but for this location it’s time to change the oil

Who eats here? I have never been to a checkers so I bought a Philly burger, fries, chicken wings and fingers and mozzarella sticks. The ONLY item edibital was the mozzarella sticks. The burger was so so disgusting, fingers were dry and nasty, and the fries, how the heck can you screw up fries, and the chicken wings were just gross. Holy crappy. Well first and an everlasting last time. Wasted 30bucks and does NOT look like any menu picture.

Called up their number 3 times I think it’s an invalid number they forgot two of my burgers. Trying to call so I can go back next time and they redeem me but it’s terrible they even forgot my food their was no one inside or at the drive thru and I also asked the girl when she handed me the food. I said is this everything she said yes! I’m pissed

Just stopped by at 2am after my evening shift to get some late night food and there was one single worker hiding in the back. She wouldn’t answer the intercom at the drive thru and we had to drive up to the window for her to motion that they are “closed.” Google, the Checkers website, even the sign on their door all say that they are open until 3am. Not sure what is going on at this location.
