I work at the hospital across. This Starbucks is always on point. The supervisor Felix is always pleasant. I never feel rushed or feel bad if I change my order at the last minute.

I just popped in to treat myself to a pre mother's day beverage and some cake pops for my kids. My Mocha Frappuccino was yummy, they made it extra Mocha-y this time.
They finally got my drink right. Just didn't have raspberry flavoring in stock that I wanted in my green tea frappuccino, but the staff was friendly.
My daughter got a drink that she did not like and the guy there switched it for her right away with a smile which made her day :)
Small parking lot and drive-thru is always around the corner. Your best bet is to mobile order and just run in to pick it up.
This location is very efficient and pleasant considering how busy it gets. Drinks are always on point and made in a reasonable time. Customer service is impeccable and I always leave feeling good.

I LOVE THIS STARBUCKS! They get really busy but, are never rude to me. I come here often and the staff is AMAZING! Sometimes my drinks take long but, I don't mind. It's a young guy with blonde hair who makes my drinks the best. He wear glasses and can't remember his name. Everytime he make my drink its spot on and perfect. Everyone there is great!
This Starbucks is the bomb!!! All of the baristas and cashiers are great, but my personal favorites are Felix, Henry, and Joey! Everyone here is extremely nice and I would list everyone by name if I could remember offhand. I have never had a bad experience and this is the closest one to my home so it is great that I love it so much! Clean and beautiful and they are so sweet!
Perfect place for a quick date with my partner. Not crowded and new. Also a drive thru makes it super convenient with exits facing north and east so you can get back home conveniently. Never had a bad experience interacting with the servers.

Family of 5 can be crazy when ordering at Starbucks! The barista that helped us was so patient when taking my children's order. Got everything right and made sure the kids knew exactly what they were getting. Wish all my experiences were like this at all Starbucks. Highly recommend this one!
I went there this Asian dude was so chill got my order and left. Very welcoming only issue was this 1 African lady screaming and making me a little uncomfortable other than that it was all good.
My experience at the east meadow location was amazing this employee named Adrianna Taveras was the best had my order correct was very polite I loved her energy definitely going back!

Made a quick trip before a morning drive, and used the online ordering on the app with a friend! It was super easy, and within 10 minutes of showing up and walking inside, our orders were already made and waiting for us! They got everything correct and I've never had a quicker experience grabbing something from starbucks! Parking is a little interesting but I blame the busy road, they did the best they could with the space they have.
App Ordered coffee. Picked up in-store. The app doesn't have feature to add anything (sugar/milk) "on the side."

It was clean inside. The cake pops taste fresh and the drinks were refreshing. Customer service was good and fast.
Great staff. And doesn’t taste burnt like the one in Levittown does. They don’t freak out about my orders (mega shots) and roll with it. Starbucks itself needs to up its game. I went there 6 month after it opened and the outside walls were broken with screws showing. 6 months! It’s still broken and they don’t seem to care.
I'm not a fan of Starbucks. However, when I do go to Starbucks with my sister, friend, or daughter, I would sometimes order. I went to this Starbucks to get the medicine ball and everything was okay of course they had to substitute some things because they were out at multiple locations of different items that would make up the medicine ball tea. The reason for the four stars is I received my drink and the top smelled actually it reeked of coffee smell and I do not like coffee at all so as I'm drinking my tea I'm Smelling Coffee from the top. I had to eventually take off the cup every time I wanted to drink the tea as I was driving to various stores because of the smell.
Gone are the days when vwnti's were under $5, and refreshers were a fraction of that. Good drinls, but to pay $7 - $8 is ridiculous. And so wasteful, they make more than the cup size then just throw the extra away. Geez.
Place is crowded. Staff work hard with all the orders from drive through and walk in. The iced drink my friend got was 90 % ice. Maybe no more than 2oz of drink in a 10 or cup. The noise inside seems to be amplified by the cavernous size. So hard to just sit there.
Though there were only two people inside there was quite a long line of cars. The cashier was doing well when the person in front of me asked a question and...... well the girl who was assisting her decided that it was a great opportunity to chat about the difficulties of the supply chain and intricacies of getting ALL of the ingredients in. Really? Right now? While the only other customer who is late for an event has to actually listen to this banal chatter. WTAF is on her mind other than wasting my time. And then they wonder why they don't get left a tip for NOT insuring promptness. Dear God! The xtra star is for the other employees who were actually doing their job adequately. They should go over to the store on the corner of Hempstead tpk. and Nassau Blvd. Now that's a well oiled machine.

Location is not good for the customer because merging cars from 2 directions is a terrible idea. Parking customers try to back out whilst on line. There's nothing "convenient" about this place. The line moves. The coffee is good
Took a new way to work and this Starbucks was more convenient than the one I usually go to. I used the drive through and they were super quick and friendly. I ordered an iced caramel macchiato, banana nut bread and a smoked bacon cheddar sandwich. The reason I’m giving a 3 star review is because the bacon in my sandwich wasn’t cooked completely I had to put my sandwich in the oven when i got to work. Other than that everything was great. I’d come back again.
I'm definitely not a fan of coming to this location. The people here are not really all that friendly or efficient. The doors are never opened on time and the gnats and the fruit fly problem is so ridiculous in there it's hard to be able to stay there because they're flying all over the place which is very concerning!
Although this is my hometown Starbucks, it's kind of disappointing. There was some very friendly staff members but also some that are not. It will say it is rather dirty consistently napkin garbage can area where they used to actually have different milks that you could use yourself. Not a very warm enticing environment. This is probably the worst Starbucks I have been to. The floors were dirty. The table tops were dirty and I had asked for napkins, to clean the table. I had to ask for the napkins because the dispenser was empty.
Honestly I'm extremely disappointed at how this starbucks has turned out. It used to be one of my favorites. Their hours say 6-4 now, yet I get here at 350 and youre closed....now I go to pick up my coffee at 915 am, that I ordered online to get in and out quick.... and have to sit in line for 20 minutes! What is the point of online ordering?! This needs to be updated on starbucks app. I will be avoiding this Starbucks from now on.

Usually This Place Is Clean & People Working Here Are Nice But The Problem Is If You Go At 10:20-10:22 They Close Their Registers For Drive Thru 10 Minutes Early At Night Don’t No Why. I Went At 10:24 There Was a Car In Front Of Me So By The Time I Got To The Window It Was 10:26 And I Was Told “ Oh Sorry We Closed Our Register” So Had To Leave Without a Coffee. Any Other Time You Go It’s Very Nice & Clean. Just That If You Say Your Closing At 10:30pm Just Close Your Registers a Minute Early But Not Almost 10 Mins Because People Somtimes Come 5 Minutes Before Closing. After All This Is New York City!!
I went to this location for the first time and I wasn’t pleased! I told them to fill my cup up all the way and the manager said she will charge me for a latte (more) for that. I was so annoyed because this never happens when I go to my usual Starbucks. If that was the case why didn’t they fill my drink up with whole milk then? I ordered the iced venti size drink with sweet cream and whole milk. I am not going back to this location.
The lady was very cheerful handing the orders, however they are definitely overwhelmed took 20-30mins to get my drink. The place is relatively small for the crowd as this is a busy street with many corporate offices nearby. Parking can be tight. The staff was kind tho

Wish I could give it 0 stars, extremely rude staff that is minimally aware of the proper way to treat customers and make drinks I had to get my drink remade because it was basically just water with no flavor I recommend going to te Levittown location instead

Worst experience ever at Starbucks. This is Drive thru Starbucks so the individuals in Drive thru gets preference. If you go inside and order You have to wait 15 mins just to get your drink. Only 1 person in front and he or she would take order, remaining 3 or 4 baristas would just cater to Drive thru. I have been few times and everytime experience is the same. If you want quick in and out just go through drive thru dont come inside. Would never go inside again for drink. Management should reconsider and train Baristas to be more empathetic for customers who come inside.
I have been in many different locations over the years this by far is the dirtiest place I have been in. It looks like the have not moped or swept the floors in 6 mo.
I went inside to ask if i could just stay there until the bus came and they said no we are not allowed and i had to stand outside and almost freezed to death. I would never ever recommend someone to eat or drink here because they should be mindful of people.
Many people here are nice, but they have got my order wrong many times, and when I ask them to fix it they have an attitude. I’ve gone through this twice. Will not be returning
i don’t know who was working drive thru tonight but the guy working got my order wrong he charged me for a strawberry refresher and gave me it and i told him i didn’t ask for that i asked for the mango dragonfruit refresher with no fruit so he gives me the refresher i wanted but with fruit what’s so hard to understand no fruit i clearly said it 3 times i am very unhappy if i could give 0 stars i would

The slowest location I've ever been to. Standing here for 20 minutes waiting for a drink I pre ordered online. Drive thru line Is down the block daily. The worst place on earth.
Staff can’t get right a two ingredients hot tea lol if you can make a complicated drink with more than 6 ingredients then it does not make sense. Overly price items in comparison with the stores in the two mile radius.

Awful just awful. Why is it so hard to get my coffee made right? No one understand how I want my coffee put together so I had to go across the street where I had to get it right. Spent 10 mins explaining how I like my coffee and still couldn't get it. Thanks 7-11 for having coffee and being right across the street
I will never go there again. They made my coffee in a dirty blender. The lady took it out of the sink after some one put it in the sink and she never cleaned it out.
I don’t understand how they’re a 4 star. I wish there was something less than 1 star. Their customer service is horrible. Starbucks should really look into that team and provide some customer satisfaction training. I’ll continue to visit the one in Levittown where a customer’s experience is their priority.

I just love how all the entitled people going to the drive-through think it's OK to block the road during morning rush. How the town agreed to let this location have a drive-through I'll never know. Here's a thought how about making your coffee at home

Terrible attitude in the drive thru. I ordered a drink the way it’s listed in the app and the barista was extremely rude in response because she didn’t know the item offhand.
The worst locale ever. The counter staff love to ignore walk in customers. I had to remind them to make my drink after I had paid. The counter staff has their heads so far up the rectums of drive thru customers, they can't service the customer standing right in front of them. Very poor customer service. Never again. You're fired.
The drinks were average but they took forever to bring my drinks out !! I went in at 3:30pm and came out around 4:45!! There are better Starbucks places that will give you your drinks on time !!
Who ever designed this property...I’d never use them again for another project. Go through the drive - through and you will see what I mean. Also If I had to describe this Starbucks with one word Inconsistent They always put to much syrup. Not necessary for the over kill, just turns quite gross
The slowest location I've ever been to. Standing here for 20 minutes waiting for a black coffee. Other locations I get my black coffee within seconds since it’s not a special drink. I won’t be going back, will be going to Levittown location. Poor customer service!

I was going in for a coffee with my friend and immediately felt judged by a particular worker when I walked in. I didn’t catch his name, maybe brian but I can describe him with a beard and he was on the larger side. My friend saw him rolling his eyes and whispering about us to his coworkers. We overheard him saying “Oh they’re gonna be here a while” in a nasty tone. And to top it off, he said “have a nice day” to everybody but us.
They are working very hard here but they are understaffed.
Poor customer service, was given a super rude attitude while simply asking for some assistance. The barista literally very obviously rolled their eyes at me and was seemingly annoyed after I handed my card to pay because of an error on the Starbucks app which was not in my control at all. I get having a bad day or being busy, but that experience was ridiculous considering that I was being polite and patient? They did not even end up helping out with the problem and acted like it was something that was unmanageable. If you want a friendly and quick experience, don’t go here.
Im a loyal Starbucks customer, I drink 3 coffees a day , this location is the closest to my job that’s why I come here, The experience at this Starbucks was disappointing due to the excessively long lines and exceptionally poor service. Despite the initial anticipation, the reality was far from satisfying. Upon arrival, the queue extended beyond reasonable expectations, testing the patience of even the most tolerant customers. Regrettably, once inside, the service did little to redeem the situation. Staff appeared overwhelmed and indifferent, resulting in prolonged waiting times and frustrating interactions. Ultimately, what should have been a pleasant visit turned into a test of endurance. Hopefully, improvements are made to enhance customer experience and restore confidence in this place . No one has 40 min to get coffe , that’s insane
This has to be the worst location!!! The last three times i have gone there (for my teens) it had taken at least 35 minutes to get our order (both drive thru and in store). The orders are always wrong when we finally get them. Ask for a crème frappachino and always ends up having coffee in it. I keep telling my kids it’s the last time going to that location and this time i mean it!!!!
Drive thru wait is terrible! 30 min waiting for 3 drinks!!! And on top they added a cup of ice to my shaken espresso. I only took 4 sips out of it.
First they forgot to even make my coffee, then they hand me the wrong coffee and finally after 10 mins I got my 1 cup of coffee. Terrible service inside. Not even an apology for having me wait so long for a cup of coffee. Use the drive through atleast there, they can't forget you.
The lines here for the drive through is by far the worst. I waited 25 minutes for one drink. I ordered a grande iced matcha latte with oat milk. The drink was terrible. It tasted like nothing but milk. Also, the two way entrance for the drive through isn’t great.
This location staff is very ruded and clearly do not know how to talk to customers. Most of the staff need a customer service skills learning class. One of the staff Anny was very ruded to a customer earlier today. All she ask for a new top. An Anny was ruded to her and she yelled "don't talk to me! While she wave her hand away. That's crazy! Yesterday, January 28th at 3:54pm i ordered my usual matcha Latte. This been my every day drink or every two days drink for 5 years. I been to east meadow starbucks plenty of times before ordering the same drink. They know how I like my drink. Shaken not blended. But, the black girl had attitude and the 6th foot asian cute guy had attitude. I said to the black girl " excuse me". She said with her back turn with an attitude, " I have alot of tickets ". She didn't want to hear me. The cute asian guy grab my ticket and I said excuse me can you shake it not blend and take the foam out. He said when you shake it, it comes out clumpy so that's why we blend it. I said I get this drink every day and I never had an issue coming out clumpy if it's shake well. I see the madness in his face. My inner thoughts voice said stop making my drink. The drinks don't come out right when someone is mad. He shake the drink a quick 1 2 then he pour in venti cup sloppy. He slam the cup down in front of me. The venti cup was wet and the top was wet. I couldn't believe it. I just stare at the drink an took a photo of it. I look at one of the male customers and he gave the look like say something. But, I just said wow and grab some tissue an wipe the cup down an left. I had a 2hr drive, already stress with head hurting so I didn't want to argue or go back and fourth about a drink. As driving I start to drink the matcha Latte. It was the worse drink ever. It was disgusting and I couldn't drink it. It was like drinking dust. I kept the drink in car cup holder until I go back to check on my property in east meadow tomorrow then I will go back to starbucks for a remake of drink. I will give them the old drink to show it wasn't drinken.
By far the worst Starbucks you can go to. You can order your drink for pick up and 30 minutes later it still won’t be ready and than once it is ready it’ll be wrong. A bunch of kids working in there. I continue to go because I live near by and am disappointed every single time I go! Realized how bad it actually is too after going to other locations.
Rude is an understatement. I frequent this Starbucks pretty often, while yes, they are usually very slow, everyone is relatively nice until I came across the heavyset male manager with blue lense glasses today. He said he was the manager when I requested the managers business card. One would think working for a company which prides itself on customer service and being a store manager, they would bare minimum apologize for the wait or be friendly. This person should be setting the example for other employees. He has zero business running a store.
The location is closed. Only the drive through is open. The wait time is ridiculous.
Terrible service by this girl she gave such and attitude it was an Asian looking and almost threw the coffee at me it was Saturday morning
Hands down the worst Starbucks. I've been there 4 times in the past month or so. You’re wait time is guaranteed a min 20-25min. Doesn't matter if you're going through the drive thru or at the counter. If they make a mistake with your order they take just as long to fix it. Truly a masterclass in inefficiency.
This Starbucks must be perpetually under staffed, or under the worse management possible. Every time I’ve gone it takes at least 20 to 30 minutes to have my drink made.
I don’t know who is making these coffee drinks around 8-11am on Sunday mornings but PLS re-train whoever it is. It doesn’t matter which coffee drink I order (hot or iced) the espresso shots are always mad BITTER and clearly burnt. I gave it a few tries hoping it was just a one time thing but it’s been consistently awful and it does not taste this bad at other Starbucks locations. I ended up calling corporate for the first time this morning and requested a refund because I had to toss my drink after a few sips. Not to mention, the baristas are never friendly and refuse to talk/interact at the drive thru which creates an awkward experience. I’m not saying y’all need to hold a conversation but a simple “Hi, here you go” and “thank you” or “you’re welcome” is the bare minimum. For how expensive these drinks are, please do better. If y’all are gonna slack on customer service then at least make the drinks correctly?? smh like how y’all gonna be bad at both?
I am a loyal customer at Starbucks. This morning, my friend and I went in to go get a coffee. We came in and ordered, very respectfully I will add. One gentlemen working, I think his name is Brian, gave my friend and I very dirty looks. We weren't sure why and it continued all through the time we were there. I also heard him whispering to his coworker saying "they are going to be here for a while" is a harsh tone. My friend and I were very confused because we hadn't done anything to offend him. Usually when I enter this Starbucks the employees are friendly. This experience does leave me very unhappy with the service and there was not a welcoming atmosphere.
I’ve have been coming to this location for a while and today I felt very disappointed with my experience. My large drink wasn’t even full and half of it was ice. My friend ordered a medium macha and it was all ice, she had to order another large macha with specific instructions of very little ice and still half of it ended up being ice. At that point, it’s not even worth the money and the trip.
I usually have no trouble with the drive-through, but I got in-store today at 7:40 AM. I tricked on my drink, one drink at 7:57 and one of the workers told me it was going to be at least another 10 minutes. The manager scolded him for being honest with me, and I asked for a refund because I didn’t plan for 30+ minutes waiting for a coffee. If you go in the drive-through or Mobile order, they prioritize your drink over the Inside of the café. No big issue really but if the wait times are gonna be 30+ minutes then the management needs to adjust. They had five people working, and the Mobile order guy was just waiting around for another mobile order, clear the line.
I went to this starbucks and I requested for light ice as you can see but when I got the drink it was filled completely with ice. They informed me later that they dont do light ice options after i already purchased it but they said that if i pay again they could make it with light ice which made no sense to me. If they dont do light ice with this drink they shouldnt have put that on the order ? The fact that they told me to purchase it again with it being their fault Im never ordering from here again. The girl with glasses working here was not helpful at all.
