Had a great experience at Texas Roadhouse! The service was excellent from the moment we walked in — super friendly staff, fast seating, and our server was attentive and helpful throughout the entire meal. I ordered the Ribeye steak, and it was absolutely delicious. Cooked perfectly to my preference, juicy and flavorful with that signature Texas Roadhouse seasoning. The sides were great too, and of course, the warm rolls with cinnamon butter never disappoint! Overall, amazing food and even better service. It’s always a reliable spot for a good steak and a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely coming back again!

The food here is so good but it always takes a really long time. It’s also always busy so you have to book in advance for seating or you’ll be waiting 30 minutes to an hour at least. I’ve been a couple of times and the food and service never fails.

I recently visited Texas Roadhouse and was thoroughly impressed with both the taste and price. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous. We went there to celebrate my sibling's birthday, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was lively, making the celebration even more special. There is a wait list on the website. I advise you to use it especially on a weekend night. Place was packed. Wasn’t a too bad of a wait. We sat. We got our drink and app order taken within minutes. We had the sample platter and the cactus blossom. Was served quick and hot. Dinner we had fish & chips 8/10 the pulled pork Sammie8/10 And 2 of us had the smoke house burgers 8.5/10 Hands down a great experience for a place beyond busy. Very well run by the staff. They are all patient and smiles on all. Highly recommend.

Took almost an hour to get tables and many tables were open so seems like better floor management is needed as it didn't need to take an hour to seat us as we were sat at separate tables for a party of 8 anyway. When I asked the host it's been 40 min he seemed unconcerned that there were 8 people and 2 children waiting for the table. Other than that the food was great and service was excellent.

This is one of the better Texas Roadhouses I've been to. It is quite busy there is weight to be seated so you have to get there and put your name on a list but I believe that the food is higher quality for this very reason. It's busy from open to close and so that pumping out good food the staff is really friendly and accommodating of course they have the hot rolls everyone loves. highly suggest a visit.

The staff was nice. The restaurant was clean. The only issue was the steaks were not cooked correctly. My wife's well done steak and my son's medium well steak all came out rare/raw. This is the second time that this happens at this location. We hate sending food back. The waitress corrected the issue.

Improvement from the last few times we've eaten here in the past. Like huge improvement. Still not a great experience, but not a completely awful one either. Food was decent, mid-sized - not a heaping helping that you'd expect from something of it's namesake. Obviously, it's going to be loud - so prepare yourself for a noisy meal. They still have an issue with seating people quickly - nothing irks me more than walking in, with no wait - but standing there for however long as the young girls at the front play with their phones and giggle to each other. This time was thankfully less painful than the last - which was one of the reasons we hadn't been back in over ten years... truth - it was an awful experience. We decided to try again when given a gift card for the place, so here we were! The sweet potatoes are really tasty, so I'd definitely suggest one of those. Snakebites and Mozzarella sticks are tasty, nothing to write home about - but solid. The rolls and special butter are a tasty treat, so enjoy those while still warm. The ribs weren't bad, fall off the bone, and ok flavor. The Barbeque chicken was uber tiny and not really worth the price. The country fried chicken wasn't bad and was a decent size. Server wasn't bad - pretty attentive. Not sure we'll be rushing back anytime soon, but at least it was better than the fiasco on our last visit.

I went here to celebrate a birthday. We order the ribeye combo with ribs. The ribs were absolutely delicious. However, I was very disappointed with the ribeye steak. The ribeye was about 1/2 and inch thick. And it tasted burnt. The rest of the meals were good, only the 2 ribeye combos I would not get again. When you go in you see big thick pieces of steak. Unfortunately that is not what we were served.

I give them a solid 3.5. Overall, the food portions are of a good size, they just need a bit of flavor. My salad tasted like greens, nothing spectacular. The steak was cooked well done when we asked for medium rare. The waitress was kind enough to send it back and the 2nd plate was better, but still, that was an additional 20 mins to receive the right order. The sampler was the best choice of the evening. The mozzarella sticks are delicious! 10 out of 10. The loaded potatoes were great too and the bbq chicken was okay. I would come back for a quick beer and small bites but nothing more than that.

I waited Very long time for a table, I saw many people go ahead of us for a table. The food took a long time to come. When it finally came it was cold.

There was a 30 minute wait for a party of 4 on a Tuesday evening at about 7pm. The menu was extensive and they're kept at the table but not cleaned often enough. The table was sticky, so their bussing methods are less than ideal. The decor was pleasant but a bit bland. There was generic country music on the speakers. The server (Layla) was very pleasant and knowledgable. The apps arrived quickly and the entrees arrived soon after. The food runner was very nice and actually made sure everything was correct. The apps were tasty and the drinks were refreshing. The entrees were hit and miss. Though the steaks were all undercooked vs what was ordered, they were still a bit dry and lacked flavor. The mushroom and onion toppings on the steak was delicious. The sides were well portioned and decent. Value was subpar, as the bill for 4, no alcohol and no desserts, came to over $200. We might be back some day, but we won't put it on our top list of places.

We’re here on Saturday 4:30pm for dinner. Our waiting time was still minimum but parking was very full. Kitchen was over capacity and our food weren’t in best shape nor good timing. When we finish our dinner like 5:30-6pm, wait line was long like one hour. However their price was very inexpensive and we enjoyed very much. It’s better try to go this restaurant when not on the peak time.

Would recommend Applebees over this place. Horrible food, the waiters made the experience tolerable. Waited 15 mins to asked for drinks because the host didn't communicate to the waitress. The rolls were undercooked. There were debris in my friends drink. Asked for a medium well steak and it chewed like a now &later. The waitress gave great service, Which she was given a tip. the kitchen on the other hand, need's upgrading.

The first visit was delicious! The second was food to go and the well done cheeseburger was pink, The medium steak was beyond well done the watery mashed potatoes where not edible with a fork, the green beans where a soup, and that after walking in having a drink and ordering Togo food, after Appx 1 hour the food finally came out… the only thing edible was the French fries!

I always love Texas Roadhouse. The bread is to die for. Service is good. The only thing was the flavors are different from other Texas Roadhouse I went. I ordered steak it’s kinda bland no salt at all and the fried onion the breading is falling off. Maybe they just have different recipe but somethings off.

Rainy Sunday evening in Long Island and we spent the earlier part of the day reading the Sunday papers online. Saw an obscure article that said "Texas Roadhouse has become the largest casual dining chain in the U.S., surpassing Olive Garden. This growth is attributed to a 14.7% increase in systemwide sales, reaching $5.5 billion, and the addition of 26 new locations." With a location about 10 miles away, a rainy Sunday evening was a good time to see for ourselves. We checked in on the app prior to driving out and thank Goodness we did. Even at 6:30pm, on a rainy evening, it was packed with people. The wait was about 45 minutes and the receptionist couldn't find any record of our check in. I showed her our confirmation number on our telephone and we were seated within 5 minutes. The 2 top was small, but adequate. We ordered the hand cut sirloin and bone in ribeye as recommended by the server. House salad, Caesar salad, sides of broccoli and steak fries well done. Also a side of the BBQ ribs to try a cross section of their menu. Both steaks were ordered medium rare. The sirloin came out medium and the ribeye was rare. Ribs were tasteless and unsauced. Sirloin was actually not terrible, well-trimmed, beefy flavor. The ribeye was mostly fat, gruel, poorly trimmed, and tough. It was uncuttable with the house steak knife. Fries were cool and chewy - we didn't eat them. The best part of dinner was the 2 salads, both crisp and cool and broccoli, which was still firm and bright green, not soggy. Our server Jeff did stop by to ask how our food was multiple times throughout dinner, but we didn't have the heart to tell him just how bad all the proteins and fries were. Loud and noisy, just like the name of the place. Probably our fault for expecting a pleasant surprise. Not sure why this is the largest casual dining chain in the U.S., but $5.5 billion in sales is not inline with our food experience here. We're in NY and for about $100, with 2 soft drinks, I'd recommend a good Kbbq if you're in the mood for some grilled meats.

This place is way overhyped. Unless you love meat I don’t recommend coming here. No matter what time of day you come here it’s always packed and when you get seated the place is very loud that you can hardly hear the person next to you and the waitress has a hard time hearing you place your order. This place is not for picky eaters and not really kids either and I highly recommend staying away from their baked/mashed potatoes; they taste awful. Even though I asked for certain things not to come with my food it still did and it is very hard to say you don’t want something that is a part of your meal since it’s automatically with it which tells me a lot of the stuff here is frozen and premade. There are way better places to go and I highly recommend to them.

What do you expect from Texas? Honestly… the basics. But even that seemed impossible here. The food tasted like something I could’ve cooked at home for half the price and with double the flavor. The cooking was completely uneven — my mom could do better, and I definitely could. The steak had no flavor at all compared to what I buy at Foodtown or King Kullen. Even the potato wasn’t warm. And the flies… there were multiple flies circling my food the entire meal. One was literally sitting on my salad enjoying himself. The environment was just as rough. I couldn’t hear anything except people screaming from other tables. Not exactly the atmosphere you want when you’re trying to enjoy a meal you overpaid for. On top of that, a quick warning: If you’re the UN-designated driver — meaning you’re not even drinking or driving — they still require your physical ID. A photo of your ID won’t cut it. Be warned when coming here
